A lovely property located close to town. We had plenty of space for a family of 6. We could walk everywhere.

Lots of space, we were 2 adults and 4 children, and in a great location to ski Park City.

This is our second time staying in this great condo just a short walk from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It’s a perfect layout for our family with plenty of room to spread out. We had three generations with us this time including two infant grandkids that weren’t with us last time. The condo was well stocked and the management company was very responsive with our needs. Having four full bathrooms is also a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Property and host was spot on. Accommodating and great communication. All bedrooms and dad’s were very good. Will be on our list for a return trip.

Nice place. Could work on kitchen products Some chipped glasses. Knives don’t even cut butter. No Kleenex? Or dishwashing liquid? Overall I’d stay again but house could use a little tlc

Family snow/ski vacation with our 3 adult sons, spouses and 3 grandchildren! Condo was clean, spacious and in a GREAT location!! We were able to walk to ski rental locations and base of mountain. We contacted the host with a question and received quick reply! Highly recommend this VRBO!

This property was perfect for our vacation! A short walk to resort and town. Great space to cook a big dinner and relax after a day of skiing!

The property and location are impeccable. The kitchen is well supplied and the amenities are wonderful. However, communication with the property managers left something to be desired. We were not informed check-in instructions would only be available in the app, and then the codes in the app were wrong! We tried contacting the managers via the provided phone number and never heard back. The property’s dishwasher needs to be replaced - it makes a loud and sustained sound when it’s running (which is over an hour). Lucky we got ourselves in, once we had access to the property we enjoyed our stay immensely.

iTrip delivered a 5 STAR VIP experience ski trip for the 6 of us who were planning a 50th Ski Trip Adventure in Park City. The cabin was spacious, clean and immaculate. The view and location was 2nd to none. We were in walking distance to Main street and the Mountain lifts. Very quiet, and very spacious. Highly recommed...and will be coming back for sure!!

Great location and wonderful house. Lot of room and space for big family. We had a wonderful time and the management team was over communicating throughout our stay. Would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, enough blankets and pillows for all, clean place, and a nice hot tub and fireplace! It was perfect for our family and a wonderful location. We would stay again.

This house was so nice and exactly as described in the listing. The deck has a nice view of Park City. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was nice to soak in!
The garage will only fit two small cars or one SUV.

The property had a great location within walking distance of downtown Park City and the Main Lodge Resort area. It was clean and spacious with plenty of beds and comfortable living area. Everything about the place fit our guys’ weekend trip perfectly; with the exception of the Jets on the Jacuzzi, not working, which was a big disappointment. We did reach out to the management agency, who responded right away that they would have the maintenance person look at it, however, it wasn’t fixed while we were there.
The only other issue was that the fire alarm in one of the bedrooms started chirping at 6 AM the first morning we were there. The management company upon notification did send out a maintenance person to replace the batteries that same day.

Pros:
- The location of the property was excellent. Situated halfway between the Park City main base and the town life run, it was easy to go in and out during our 3 days of skiing.
- The house was perfect for 6 guests. Very spacious and plenty of room. The living room was a good size and having 4 full bedrooms was great!
- The hot tub seemed to be maintained well compared to some other rentals in the past. We did have a very dangerous situation as a very LARGE icicle had formed on the water drain directly above the hot tub which eventually fell INTO the hot tub! If someone had been sitting there and struck on their head, they would be severely injured/killed!
Con:
- The cleaning crew that this host uses is LOUSY. There was debris found throughout the house and many areas were clearly not wiped down.
- Lack of amenities was very disappointing. Cooking utensils were scant. Did not even have aluminum foil or a proper cutting board!
Overall, the house was great. The host definitely needs to address the cleanliness issue with the house for future guests.

Property was great, as described. Easy to communicate with host. Used Stacy’s grocery service as recommended. Hottub was serviced (refilled and chemicals added) multiple times during our stay. Easiest mountain access is to walk a few blocks down the steeet to the mountain entrance, and ski in is through deep powder off of a private access trail on Kings Crown. Its a difficult hike back up to the trail with all of your gear if you wanted to “ski out.”
We had a great time and would stay again! Fit 8 adults with enough privacy.

Just an average townehouse in park city. Hot tub needs to be replaced, jets missing, buttons don’t work. Just old and used.

We loved our time at this property during the Sundance Film Festival! The condo is an easy 10-15min walk from both Main Street and also Fresh Market/Park City Mountain resort. It was such a plus to have so many bathrooms, and the whole property was clean and well-stocked. Would rent again!!

Nicky was wonderful to work with. She provided support from the home to places to eat to transportation. We had a situation with plumbing/flooding and it was immediately addressed. Nicky came urgent over and helped move us to another home identical to ours. Fantastic support from iTrip all around. Great location, great layout for a large group! We will be back!

Great ski in/ski out
Had a great stay. Loved the location and ability to hike up to the ski trail + ski home at the end of the day. Roof had a leak while we were there and seemed like the property manager was already aware of the issue. Someone came at 4:30a.m. (!) to clear the roof without any notice, which woke us all up. Beyond that, great place and would stay again. Could use some throw blankets and no circle drum in the living room as shown in the picture -- just a standard coffee table. One guest in our party was bummed. ;-)

Great location near town and mountain
This was a great spot! Location was perfect, walkable to the mountain and town. The house was well appointed and the hot tub was a definite plus!

Park City Condo
It is a very nice property. Very roomy. The i line review was a little misleading. It is a very short downhill walk to the resort center and lifts. You can ski to the end of the street and walk a few minutes down the street back to the condo. It is a ski in for a very advancer skier that can find the trail that leads to the house. The house only comes with 1 ski rental per day for 1 person. The house is a great location and the property managers were very easy to deal with

Perfect.
Place was just right.

Open, spacious, and on-point.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at 1175. The primary floor(kitchen, dining, den) was very large and sets this property apart. Location was great, just a short walk down the hill to PCM Resort.
Great place for a multi-generational family vacation.

Fun trip
Good space and location. Plenty of rooms and beds.
Ice maker did not work and the living room couches and rug are in need of replacement.
Overall good however a bit pricey for what you get.

Perfect Park City Vacation Home!
The house was perfect for our annual family ski vacation! We are a couple with 5 children (3 married), so there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The location was fabulous, a short walk to the lifts and to downtown Park City. My children figured out how to ski in/out from the house which was great for them. It's a little harder skiing out but still doable. The house was just as described with comfortable beds and lots of space and privacy for all. It was great having that full 4th bathroom on the main floor! The kitchen was large and well stocked with pots and pans and with such a large group, we ate in every night. Our only complaint was the coffee maker which was very slow and never made a full pot. With 10 coffee drinkers, we had to make several pots each morning. Overall, we all had a great time and my children said it was the best house we've ever stayed in for location, amenities, cleanliness, functionality, etc. We would definitely like to return for another family trip!

Great location!
Townhome was about 6 minute walk to the slopes and 10 min to downtown. Mgt company did a great job. Would stay there again

Everything was as advertised. Good communication. Fireplace was very nice. Short walk to ski rental and lift. Easy walk to Main street. The hot tub needs updating. It was not ready when we arrived but they responded and fixed it. It sounded like a tank, the pump was very loud. One day it didn't heat up enough to use. Had a leak in basement ceiling, looked like from a pipe. Would be nice to have a few more towels, barely enough for the advertised 10 people. Ran out of TP. For the price should have some coffee available to get started.

Great family vacation!
We really loved staying here! It is so close to the ski runs, either town lift or pay day. We weren’t able to ski in or ski out due to too little of snow but we really loved the location. The house is cozy and was wonderful to have so many bedrooms/bathrooms. The grill did not work properly, but the neighbors let us use theirs.

Good times but...
Had a great time staying here but the check in process was a bit painful. We had two cars with four kids ranging from 6 to ten years old. When we got to the townhouse the garage keypad failed to work. After waiting an hour the managements handy man finally told us to simply lift the garage manually and that he forgot to let us know to do that. Not only was it never fixed but we had to deal with manual garage door the remainder of our stay. Hopefully that will be fixed for the next guests because the overall stay was perfect less this experience.

We loved our experience!
The house was very homey and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and everyone was satisfied with the amenities. I reason why I did 4 and not 5 on some questions was because lack of communication with VRBO and property owners/managers and me. Also, not a complaint but a few drains are super slow draining. Over all I would def come back and stay!

Great Long-Term Rental!
We used this house as our base for the summer. It held my family comfortably along with room for guests to come up and visit. It's in close proximity to so many things, and we're already looking forward to booking it again next summer!

Great location
The house is ideally located for walking into town and even though it doesn't have AC (and the temperatures were in the 90's) it stayed relatively comfortable when we used the fans.

Great Luxury Home, Not the Best Ski-In
The home was a great place to stay for 8 adult skiers. The only issue that we had with the property is that it is not a true ski-in destination if you have any beginner skiers in the group. If you wanted to ski-in to this property you would have to take a small trail around the back and slide down a 6 foot wall of snow to get to the back porch as well as walk a quarter of a mile down a steep hill in your ski boots to get to the lifts. Other than that we loved the house itself and it had a great kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms!

Nice Mountainside House
We had a blast in this house with a party of 8 people. We all enjoyed the hot tub on the back patio and the kitchen and common area had enough space to fit all of us. The one thing that was a little off for us is the true ability to "Ski In". We did not "ski in" once the entire trip since the closest lift is about a 10 minute walk down a hill and when you are in your ski boots and carrying all your stuff it makes for a very sweaty morning. We chose to keep our skis and poles at the base in storage and get dropped off at the base every morning by a non-skiing member of the family. Then we walked back to the house after the day was over.
