Nice, would stay again

Easy access to highway. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast choices and price of the selections. Breakfast was not included.

Great short Mother’s Day visit.

Easy walk to restaurants, bars. Outside seating.Nice view of the river. Staff was amazing. Very polite and friendly. Staff made eye contact, greeted you with a smile. Easy trip into Albany.

Would highly recommend if you are staying in or near the Troy area.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom. Shower was exceptional...easy walk-in and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable. Friendly staff.

If the heating/cooling system was quieter, the stay would have been exceptional.

We had a great time overall.

Location, room was cozy and the food was decent but not free. I also Iiked the option of checking in ahead of time.

The view of the water was ok. Not what I was expecting with the highway right next door

The hotel was modern, updated and welcoming. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious

Decent location, fine enough service but maybe a bit short staffed?

Property was near a cute little area with loads of restaurants and small businesses

When I arrived and tried to ask about checking in early, there was no one at the front desk. I had to leave and come back later

I stayed here one night with my son before a college visit / tour. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms. Spacious lobby that doubles as sitting area and dining space. Friendly and professional staff. Hotel is located next to a river. Hotel parking lot was free.

The hotel is not in a part of town where you could walk to somewhere.

Back twice, would come with particulars as to location

Personnel was very good and worked to please.

Extend breakfast and coffee hours, provide more in room coffee, towels etc in lieu of maid on multiple nights stay. End of hotel near the traffic light was noisy, next time moved to other end and up and it was nicer.

DISAPPONTING

OUT SIDE PATIO !

2 nights NO MAID SERVICE !!! HORRIBLE PILLOWS AND MATTRESS DIRTY ROOM COFFEE MAKER INCOMPLETE, NO CONTAINER ! PILES OF DIRTY LAUNDRY IN FRONT OF THE BEDROOMS DOORS, IN THE HALWAYS !!! WAITING TO BE COLLECTED !

A bit expensive for a chain hotel in Troy, NY. Troy has Rensselaer College and not much else we came to realize. Probably was a booming city back in the day with the factories in full operation. The moment we arrived and parked our vehicle on the property, we were briefly accosted by a man requesting $. Not an ideal welcome to the hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. The staff was very cordial and helpful!

Loved this hotel

Great stay. Clean comfortable room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Particularly of note is the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and as bartenders at night. Super nice and service oriented. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really noted. Only suggestion would be a little later closing for breakfast and at night.

Do Not Use This Hotel

This hotel is unfriendly, over priced, and not helpful in assisting RPI families. They would not assist in harnessing a cab, only to find out that RPI was sending a shuttle for the commencement.

Staff rude, overpriced and hotel very loud. For a 400 dollar room we were placed in a room that was road side. The road noise kept my family awake until 2 am on the eve of our RPI graduate's commencement! Shame on you! To do that to our family!
