It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a cozy overnight on the way to the beach, mountains or city. Located close to major attractions and activities you can do what your heart desires. From hiking, mountain biking, rollerblading, sightseeing, fine dining, skiing, swimming, to just reading and relaxing at your own private beach, there are endless possibilities!
Within 10 minutes one can drive to Belcarra Park, White Pine Beach or Buntzen Lake. These parks offer swimming, picnicking and a wide array of hiking trails. Alderside Road connects to Old Orchard Park, a short stroll away where one can enjoy a public beach, covered picnic areas and a children's playground. From there you can continue along the path which is a good venue for walking, jogging, roller blading or cycling to Rocky Point Park, or walk the scenic Shoreline Park Trail along the water's edge where you will find a variety of bird watching areas.
Public transportation is within a 5 minute walk. There are two Sky Train Stations in Port Moody which once there, will take you to Vancouver in approximately 40 minutes. Shopping is about a 5 minute drive with several restaurants, pubs, a liquor store, bank, pharmacy and supermarkets. Craft Beer lovers will enjoy Brewery Row
