Great location and value for money

Great location in the middle of Corfu old town. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The balcony facing the square outside is really nice

A bit hard to find but the host sent good directions. No elevator, but just one flight of stairs up

Would stay again

Great location right right in centre old town. Bathroom very small and shower ok not great. Good air conditioning. Reasonable size and clean. Not many toiletries supplied so byo.

Very good

Located in the Old Town, the property was well placed for shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. A great balcony for people spotting!

There are some building works taking place immediately outside the property, which spoiled the view a little but the builders were quiet and unobtrusive.

Exceptional

Location in the old town could not have been better. Inclusion of a washing machine was a lifesaver, and host was very helpful when we had to find another place to stay due to a sudden change in travel plans.

The host was amazing. She welcomed us well and provided us with useful tips. The highlight of this apartment was the location. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of the old city with Restaurants, supermarkets just around the corner.

Unfortunately, the wifi wasn’t good. I was meant to work during this holiday but I could barely connect my computer. There was a leak in the bathroom too, it wasn’t very comfortable to use.

Small basic flat in good location (save for the bells)

Aside from being so close to the church bells, the flat is in a good central location. Air con and wifi worked well too.

We didn’t sleep well here, the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and, above all, it’s about 10 metres from a church spire with some hefty bells that ring EVERY HOUR. The bathroom could also do with some TLC, some of the fixtures and fittings were broken. We also had a cockroach in the living room we had to deal with. The servicing company contact was not particularly responsive. You have to check out at 10am which is quite early and we were disturbed at 09.30 by the cleaner.

We spent our time very well;

Location, interior decoration; communication with the manager - she was always in touch and helpful

It could be helpful to install a microwave oven; it could be difficult to stay for people with some health conditions - it is located on the fourth floor with no elevator

Great location and clean. Noisy from church bells.

The apartment was in a great central location, it was clean and had everything you would need. The instructions were great to find the apartment.

The only negative was the noise from the family in the upstairs apartment and the church bells until late.

What didn’t we love about Nicolas Luxury suit? It was even more stunning than the photos, location was perfect and with an incredibly kind and hospitable host what more could you want!!! When arriving do follow their instructions and message over WhatsApp - once we did that the apartment was ever so easy to find!

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like anything necessarily merely the time we went, there was work on the island on the so the Wi-Fi cut out every so often but in such a beaut place who really needs it! Another tiny thing would of been the shower took quite a while to heat up and lost heat quicker than expected - this being said, the bathroom was so stunning and the shower so clean and strong we didn’t notice the impact till we showered separately and I used up all the water!

In the old town

In the old town, everywhere was very close and in the artistic area. Lovely meet and greet and communication. Safe and washing machine.

Only one desert spoon asked for some more but did not arrive. Shared small patio.

The property was partially refurbished, the bathroom was relatively old and the shower did not work properly. The house didn’t have any coffee or tea, or water complimentary. They were suppose to provide us 2 toilet papers for 2 days for 3 people(!!) and there was one. The house was closed for a long time

It was the worst place we have ever been!

We traveled with a one-year-old child, so we chose clean accommodation with a high rating. When we settled in, we realized that we had been deceived. We have never seen such a dirty house. There was a thick layer of dust on the floor and on the furniture, there was some long black hair everywhere, the apartment had not seen a vacuum cleaner or a mop for a long time! We could not use the dishwasher because there were no tablets for washing dishes. There were also no balls for general garbage. The bed didn't look clean either... The internet was very bad. During our 3-day stay, no one cleaned or asked if everything was okay, despite the fact that when we checked in, there was no electricity for several hours, the owners and administration did not care about it. Instead of resting after the trip, we had to be outside with a small child, because it was dark and cold in the apartment. The worst thing is the large number of cockroaches in the apartments! It was the worst place we have ever been!

Great location, and room was ok for 2 people. It is in a old building, so WiFi and mobile Internet connection is really bad. Teresa was our host, she got in touch as soon as we made the booking and always replied to our messages straight away.

Arrived 11pm, city heaving, taxi driver not sure whereabouts to direct us off after main drop off point, although video good in daytime next day, ppl guided us to church in square as shown in main pic, and eventually when asking another we were literally next door!

The apartment was in a great location, and has a gorgeous balcony to have dinner and drinks on. It had everything we needed.

Lots of stairs was a bit difficult with a big suitcase. Other than that, it was perfect!

I will avoid this property in future

Grossly overpriced in my opinion.The view was into the another property from one window and an untidy space on the other side . I found it very difficult to find. Even locals had difficulty . I did not like the small bathroom. Photos taken. to support what I have said
