Teenagers Haven

Parking garage in not fitting for anything bigger than a compact car. Condo had great decor but was dirty! I took multiple pictures.

We enjoyed our stay & will be returning

Beautiful place inside & out . The view is amazing especially for the 4th of July . The pool is beautiful , it’s huge which is always a plus.

You could never get an elevator so you’ll be up and down the stairs a good bit.

The view was amazing! We were on the 3rd floor and it was the perfect spot! I loved the same level parking and we were a ways from there but that just made it tucked away and cozy

Loved the view and the pool. It was a working trip so we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool but it looked fantastic.

I had to park off site because of an oversized vehicle. Although I understand but it was just too far of a walk.

coffee maker was not good the bed was too soft for us it would be nice if the facilities provided beech chairs to lay on beech year around!

The location of surroundings of things to do was excellent.

The elevators were horrible. They where so slow that we used the stairs the whole trip except for loading and unloading the car. This was our third time staying at this hotel. No real major problems with the room other than lack of cover and comfyness of the couch pull out. The hotel itself wasn't as great. They no longer have live music at the bar and the bar closed earlier than it had in the past. The little food place by the pool that used to have great food had changed and wasn't great. So we ate out a lot instead of our usual pool eating. The kids loved the pool as usual. The hotub however was only open every other day which was a huge disappointment because that's mine and my husband's go to. In the end we enjoyed the ocean location so well we stayed an extra night.

Great Location. Very nice room, and pool area is amazing.

Didn't have any issues. Parking garage, and parking space is far to small, but that's it. Definitely wouldn't recommend taking any large or even a mid size vehicle. A lot of difficulty getting in and out of vehicle if someone else is parked beside you, or if you have a parking spot beside a wall.

The condo has a great view of the ocean! located on the third floor so we didn’t have to take the elevators at all. Bed was super comfy and condo was clean. No complaints!

the parking space was small so beware if you are traveling in a larger vehicle. The garage has a lot of cars close to each other.

our stay was amazing and we look forward to going back

the location and atmosphere where amazing. the condo was very neat and had an amazing view.

the distance from the entrance was lengthy but the view made it worth it. also we did not like that we could not park the golf cart we rented for the week on the property, we had to park it a block away and walk back even with a parking pass we were not using since we flew in. the resort staff were not very personable or inviting.

Cleanliness and the air conditioner are the most important things to me and both were great. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens stored in closet. Room was stocked with the toiletries we needed. I always bring ice packs to use in our cooler and there were extra in freezer, which were appreciated. I spent alot of time on the balcony and the furniture was taken care of and comfortable. The onsite pizza spot was a big help for my teenagers. Contacting the owner was easy with quick responses. I would definitely try to stay here again!

The only complaint I have is parking, which is not the owners fault and its the same almost anywhere you go at the beach. Spaces are small for large vehicles and there's no extra spaces provided. But I did appreciate parking on same level as our room was located to cut down on elevator waiting.

Excellent access to the beach and pool. Great view!! Loved the security constantly checking.

Don't put the other side of the mattress up so the comfortable side doesn't get ruined. A little misleading as it appears that the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are the properties for guests to use as they wish, not for rent.

The location was great for accessing multiple things within walking distance. Parking on the same floor was extremely convenient. Also, being on the third floor was super convenient when it was impossible to get an elevator. Everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes for making snacks or heating up leftovers. The views were spectacular.

I came on the absolute worse weekend. I was very scared, but this was not at all the fault of the owner. I wish that the information on booking.com included the extra $75 charge at checkin.
