Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo

No m gusto nada, una experiencia bastante desagradable, no deberían seguir promocionando ese tipo d departamento

Una señora d lo más grosera, lejos d orientar solo se la paso insultando, No m permitió ocupar el departamento xq llegue a la 1 q sólo podía ocuparla a las 2 Y eso no era problema pude esperar, pero es imposible tratar con ella, tengo mi chat lleno d audio d insultos....

Una notte vicino Palenque

L'appartamento è comodo e fornito di tutto. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte di passaggio ed è stata una buona soluzione. Il check in si può fare autonomamente.

La zona è molto lontana dal centro e vicino non ci sono negozi o posti dove mangiare. Inoltre la strada per arrivare è molto dissestata.

Chouette appartement mais situé dans un mauvais quartier

Appartement assez bien équipé et pratique pour cuisiner

Logement dans un quartier très pauvre, on se sent mal a l’aise quand on arrive avec notre voiture et bagages. D’ailleurs j’ai fait tomber ma trousse de toilettes en prenant les sacs de la voiture et je l’ai retrouvée quelques heures après dans le tas d’ordures à bruler des voisins en face… on est d’ailleurs très très loin du centre

Reina Roja is a little gem of a place in the midst of a typical Mexican neighborhood

I loved the self contained and fully furnished apartment. It was clean, well designed and very comfortable. I had no issues with the self-check-in as the owner's instructions were very clear and concise. The brochure about the apartment also makes no qualms about the location of the property's neighborhood and its surroundings... kudos to such honesty. Although I did not get to meet the owner, she was very prompt in replying to my WhatsApp messages. She was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi for me upon my check-out. Muchos gracias Senora!

Unos días de mucho descanso y tranquilidad

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, con todos los servicios y, lo mejor de todo, tiene una cafetera y un café excelente para prepararlo al gusto

El espacio reducido para la taza del baño y un poco la distancia al centro. Que por otro lado se agradece porque en las noches hay mucha tranquilidad

Sensação de estar em casa.

É uma edificação bem interessante, bem cuidada, organizada e silenciosa. Gostei da receptividade da anfitriâ sempre pronta a nos responder. Infraestrutura com acesso a máquina de lavar e secar, garagem o que traz conforto e segurança. Jardins e vasos que trazem harmonia e vida ao ambiente. Forma de acesso com chaves eletrônicas e físicas num sistema bem bolado.

Algumas coisas a melhorar: box no banheiro, talheres melhores, panos de prato na cozinha, aparelhos repelente de insetos ou cortinados nas camas,, cortinas que assegurem um controle da entrafa de luz externa no apartamento.

La posizione pessima dove le strade sono bianche con enormi buche. Per quanto possano pulire l'appartamento era infestato da formichine e qualche piattola.

Wonderful apartments for a nice stay.

The space at the apartment was lovely and had everything that was needed. Kitchen, bathroom , private space for one of the beds, ac, fans, closets and even a jar of cold water inside the fridge. The owner send the complete information to access the electronic front door before the arrival.

It is 25 min walk from centro and the only way to get a taxi is to call them. Walking outside there is no taxis around the area. Pulic transportation is not very practical to get by colonia Los taxistas.

Everything ! It's a very nice and comfortable appartment. It's very clean and it has everything needed . It's safe and we can walk to the city center. The wifi was very good. I definitely recommend this place and would return.

good care for guest enjoyment, best coffee

I liked it very much. It's not luxury, it's not all new, but it's evident the host does her best to make it as good as possible. The price is right. Close to Palenque archeological sites. Access is through a keypad on the door. Parking is behind a locked gate. Cameras for safety. Good communication through Whatsapp. The road to acces is "adventurous" to say, but possible with a regular car. Depends on your driving skills and how good your insurance is. I came in through highway 199, not through the town center. Don't try the latter, or at night on your first try. There is a (funny?) brochure with tips and tricks, including that you're in a residential area and yes, there are indeed dogs barking and people singing in church. I did not find the noise a problem, it's not deliberate screaming or anything. Just life :D The kitchen is stocked with as much as you would want. Including a coffee maker and IMHO the best coffee Mexico has to offer. Delish! The shower gave warm stable water, one of those electrical showers. There is a seperate part with a bed with a good working A/C next to it. There is a mini-fan for added comfort, much appreciated. The A/C doesn't cool the whole place, but it's a good enough job. I had the unfortunate situation I came to Palenque when there was a power outage in the whole of town. I called booking.com to see if they could help but they take 24 hours to respond. I needed electricity for wifi. Nothing to do but pray for better times. There were 2 girls who came by to offer me candles to use at night, very sweet. The host apologized, but she can't control the electrical grid of the city, obviously. Laundry machine is available for a fee and upon reservation/request. I walked to town in about 15 minutes, also at night, no problems regarding safety. Friendly people. Many dogs. Make your own judgement, I'm not your dad.

The wifi is not the best. I recommend running a cable from the wifi router that's in the hallway, and connecting the cable to a wifi booster in the apartment.

A gem 30 mins from zentro by walking

It's a fully equipped mini home, with air con, very quiet, very rural, raw & indigenous. It's for those who want to live like a local. the helper is always there to assist.

It is a great place with ample facilities (especially kitchen and couch), and responsive, friendly staff.

A bit 'out of the way', but walking distance from the center and bus stations, and taxi drivers all know the place and keep it cheap.

Perfect apartment

Perfect little apartment with everything required to make our stay good. The coffee was much appreciated . The host was very helpful.

Not far from town but bad road to get there so many taxis did not want to go. When we had no luggage we walked. Only took 15min into centro.

super comfortable

Very clean and spacious room (felt like a small apartment) with a really well equipped kitchen. We felt very much at home here. Small French balcony, where we were able to have a drink on it. The owners were very helpful. It’s a short walk to the city/bus station, but no problem for everyone who likes to walk (like us). Great value for money!

Spacious, clean and well equipped property - 10/10

We have been travelling Latin America for about seven months now (Argentina to Mexico) and this was one of the best properties we stayed at for the value for money. It had a spacious American/Californian vibe and was completely different anything else we experienced on the Americas. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped (the supplied coffee and coffee machine was a nice touch), hot shower water, A/C, a TV and filtered water. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The host was also very communicative and friendly over WhatsApp. The property is quite far away from the centre of Palenque (20 minute walk, 2 minute taxi), but we thought it was worth it as we could relax, get work done and cook in a pleasant environment (it felt like being back at home!).

Beyond expectations, a couple inconveniences

The apartment was beyond expectations. Nice couch, nice kitchen... all in all it was well thought out with everything you need to be comfortable.

The mattress was not the most comfortable. There was also a LOT of noise at some times of day, either from neighbors or welders. I found this a humorous contrast to the comfort of the place, but no doubt it could be annoying if you are in a grumpy mood.

Comfortable studio apartment. My wife enjoyed cooking for our two days stay. Free water.

The ac wasn’t powerful enough. You cannot walk to town. This place is way too far from the city centre. You must take a taxi either way. You may have to phone for taxis. Yes, many dogs around…

Disappointed and disrespectfull

The beds were nice and the appartment had enough space for three persons. Also private parking for the car next to the appartment was very nice.

Staff didn't treat us well. They were not honest that they changed things behind our back in the booking while we earlier made an agreement on the phone about it. So in the end the price for the three bed appartment was a lot higher than we discussed. Later when we checked out already and found out by our card that they have charged more then agreed on we really had a big discussion with the manager about it. The manager was rude and disrespectfull. During our stay the stove and fridge were not working well, we have called them and they said we come within 5 minutes. Nobody showed up and never heard from anyone. Overall not a very pleasant and nice place to stay and we will not recommend it. Not because of the appartment itself but because of the staff and how they treat costumers.
