Place is spacious but for our 2 nights stay we expect the rooms to be cleaned at least once.

Owner of the place did a great job in waiting for us very late and let us check in around 11:00pm. After this point she was no where to be seen. She never cleaned the rooms during day or visit the place. We wanted to get invoices from here and she kept promising she will come and give us invoice. As she did not have printer she promised to email the invoices but she never sent them by email. Very bad experience from the point of checking in.

Behaviour of the property owner was not professional. She did not have realisation of how to provide a good customer service.

Superb

Brilliant place to stay and we had everything we needed! Comfortable and great facilities, really close to the supermarket too.

We forgot to say when we would arrive so had to call, but pur host arrived very quickly so not really any problem 😀

Not a 5* hotel but comfortable, clean and good value.

Location is excellent for all nearby facilities. No breakfast, but good communal facilities to prepare food. Cleanliness was also excellent.

Double glazing would reduce street noise but the location is relatively quiet.

Visit to Alpiarça

Location is excellent in the town center and close to every point of interest including the river Valada de Alpiarça, about 15 minutes by foot. There is a bus stop in the main road close to this lodging. Some but not many possibilities for dinner close-by, especially on a monday. Room was good with good wifi and you can use kitchen.

The room was noisy with car traffic from the street, soundproof windows would be a good upgrade to the room.

Clean linens, nice staff, great common area to prepare and eat food. Free parking and supermarket very near by.
