Ons verblijf was werkelijk perfect!

Sólo fui a descansar 1 noche.

I loved everything. The views, the way the room was decorated. Also the living room was totally stunning and the breakfast and dinner were great.
I kind of expected shampoo on the shower, but luckily I brought mine.

We loved it here, the property is very stylish and the location is outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike. We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned in that time. We didn’t mind but it might have been nice to have emptied the bins? We wish we could have stayed longer.

The setting is very peaceful and nice. The staff are helpful.
The communication over WhatsApp could be improved. I felt I had to insist in order to finalize tour details and repeat requests several times. They handled everything and all was fine in the end, though.

The room was big. The property was quiet. The best part was that it was close to the thermal baths in Coporaque.
Breakfast could have had more fruit. The wood for the chimney was green and wouldn´t burn. We might have spent more time there if we could have had a good fire. The rooms are cold. A heater would have helped or a nice feather comforter instead of the heavy wool blankets. The ceiling lets a lot of light in, which would be great if we spent more time in the room during the day. But we mostly were out and about. It also lets in a lot of morning light which doesn´t work for a late sleeper.

It was a stunning location with the cutest buildings. Amazing decor throughout the property. Wonderful staff and fabulous food. Just a short walk from the village with ancient terraces all around the landscape. Amazing thermal baths close by. I loved my stay here.
Nothing. I loved it here.

Fantastic little pearl in the mountains. Very unique and cosy, the most amazing view over the mountains and vulcano. Highly recommended!
That we only stayed one night. Would have been great with at least 4 or 5 days at this amazing place!

superb location close to the Colca canyon, amazing view and lovely houses. warm water in the shower and the dinner provided was delicious.
too cold in the buildings, we were freezing while wearing thermal layers and pyjamas with hats and a fleece on. was too cold to sleep in and we both woke up with a cold. also too cold to walk without shoes so very advisable to bring slippers with you.

This beautiful lodge is located in the perfect spot from where to explore the amazing Colca Canyon. In fact, this lodge is within our top 3 of all the places we stayed at during our one month trip through Peru! Johana, the french girl that runs the place is super friendly and informative. She recommended us a hike from a small village through an incredible canyon ending at one of the hotsprings, and that was just great advice as we had such an incredible day! Around the hotel there are several great trails to self explore, as well as the nearby hotsprings at just a 20 minute hike. Coporaque itself is a lovely authentic village with an interesting Casa Cultural and photo gallery. The locals are friendly and often dress in their own distinctive traditional clothing, you really feel high up in the Andes! If you get a chance, talk to Johana about all her ideas and her own social project, she has a great story to tell you & you may even want to support her great ideas for the community! The lodge itself is beautifully built, with incredible artwork and style. The meals are fantastic and healthy, and the last breakfast we had outside in the sun which was great! Oh, and I almost forgot, they have very tasty ¨papas fritas¨...we ordered a bunch of fries and loved them after a long day hiking!
Nothing - just stay here! Do bring warm clothes & hiking shoes!

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. We loved the decor and very comfortable beds. Homemade jam at breakfast was delicious with great volcano views. Joanna (the current hotelier) was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to spend our limited time. Super kid friendly (ours were 7 and 4 at the time) and cozy. Laundry prices were fair and it was done quickly.
Nothing of note.

We had a really good stay in Johanna’s lodge. The place and the rooms are so beautiful. The dinner and the breakfast are delicious. The lodge is calm and surrounded by an amazing panorama.
Johanna is so friendly.
We highly recommend this place
Everything was great.

Whimsical, fun concept. lovely rural location. Good staff interaction. Very clean room. Lots of blankets on the bed.
Some way to warm room would have been appreciated, or maybe a hot water bottle to help warm the bed. It was below 0 when I was there and uncomfortably cold.

The hospitality was on the highest level! We had wonderful dinner and breakfast and next time we will plan more than one night here! We really enjoyed our stay.
it was a little bit cold in the room

Absolutely unique experience for Lord of the ring fans. The "hosts" were very friendly.
It was very cold in the room at night, electricity plugs fall off the wall and hot water in the shower lasted only for a short time.
4.5
The hosts are super friendly and caring. They helped us when our motorbike broke down. Breakfast is good, but dinner (for additional 25 soles/pp) was delicious. Location is excellent, with great views on vulcano and surrounding nature. Natural hot pools are only 20min walking distance away - great downhill hike and taxi back up. Would recommend a stay at Ayni Anna Wasi.
There was not hot shower at first, but the host fixed it after we asked for it and changed our room/house. After it was hot, but not consistent.

First of all, can we say adorable. All of the properties have a short round door so you have to like crouch to get underneath them. My mom said it looks like Snow White and the seven dwarves. I thought that was so funny.
They have five cabins, and then the main house that you can go in to have breakfast, relax and chill and there’s an art gallery. The main house is so well decorated and super cool. You can feel the love that went into this facility.
The people were awesome the conversation was phenomenal. The views are epic. Like a dream. You just walked outside and you cannot believe how beautiful it is, it’s like the movie “The sound of music.” So beautiful.
This is where you go to disconnect. There are no TVs in the rooms but they do have WiFi.
The breakfast is simple it’s basically bread, an egg made of however you choose, I’m sure you can ask for an extra egg I never did and fruit. They have a variety of tea and they might have juice if you ask but I don’t drink juice so I don’t know. They do have coffee if you would like that.
I never had lunch or dinner there so I don’t know if they do that. I always went to town for lunch during a tour and I don’t eat dinner so I didn’t inquire about that.
The Wi-Fi is excellent here. But you have to be in or near the main house. It worked perfectly in my room cabin 3. I think it doesn’t work very well in cabins number one and two as they are a bit further but it works well everywhere else.
They do you have a mosquito net on the bed so you just have to make sure that there’s no bugs in it before you get in. There was a fly in the room when I got in there but it was probably because I left the door open for a while before I walked in while talking to the owners. I just sprayed it with some bug spray and it fell so I felt bad killing a bug but I couldn’t have it buzzing around all night.
The rooms were so well decorated and the bed was so unbelievably warm. Everything about this place is phenomenal.
I have to be honest there was no hot water though. They said it was some thing with the gas running out, so just when you make a reservation call the day before and make sure that they have hot water. I didn’t shower for two days and I was fine with that because I was going to a more expensive hotel afterward. it would have been uncomfortable after day 3.
Nearby they have two different hot springs that are 2 to 10 minutes away. One has a pool so you can always just go there and relax.
However this experience was priceless, just walking outside and seeing that view, was so energizing and invigorating. I love this property. I love the people that run it, it is a once in a lifetime experience and it’s worth every second. It is a beautiful property.
I highly recommend spending a day or two here if you’re deciding to go somewhere else in the area. It is an experience of a lifetime.

The owners Mila and Stefan have build a unique set of small casitas around their dream house on a mountain flank overlooking the beautiful Colca Canyon.
They made us feel very welcome after the 8 hour journey from Lake Titicaca, with a delicious home cooked meal in the evening, lighting a cosy fire in the living room, and extra blankets to stay warm at night. They arranged transport for us with their friend Denys into the Canyon, to see the main sights. He knew al the stories and good spots. In spite of it being the peak of the rainy season, we were lucky enough to see the condors. We landed in the middle of the annual Carnaval ( which is actually a harvest festival in The Andes) and the local dancing competition in the small village of Yanque.
Stefan, a talented painter, is the driving force behind many of the cultural activities in the village of Cabanaconde. He was hosting a drama professor from Arequipa who was preparing a performance with the local youth who were on summer holiday, and he hosted a Ceramics professor who was working with the village artists to rediscover the old Inka methods.
On our second morning when the sun came out and the clouds cleared, we could see the active volcano of Sabancaya from the breakfast table, spectacular!
Our only regret: we only staid 2 nights, not nearly enough to hike all the trails.

Quaint & quirky property with a homely feel. Amazing views all around with some scenic walks too. Very quiet. Lovely to listen to the birdsong. Plentiful breakfast & we appreciated the delicious dinners as well. Spacious room with great artwork & styling. Good warm shower. Firm but comfortable bed. Stephan & Mila are kind & genial hosts. Very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay & having a more personal experience than a hotel. Excellent value.
It's cold at night but lovely once the fire's lit in the main house & there's a heater in the bedroom. Location is a out of town but taxis are available if you don't have a car.
