Our seven grandchildren (aged 4-15) loved the large heated pool and the separate areas where cousins could gather. The 6 adults loved proximity to shops and cafes, the flexibility of who slept where and the classic 50's house features. I appreciated owner warning about slippery stairs in wet weather. Plenty of bathrooms. A separate unit let my husband and I (happily in our 70's) occasionally escape.

13 of us stayed here over the long weekend and it was truly the most magnificent house. It is so wonderful and spacious in person, the attention to detail, the aesthetic, the love, the comfort and genuine effort that’s gone into this place was easily felt by our whole group and we would all stay again one day. David was also super kind and easy to chat with when we needed to check in and out. Honestly, this place is just amazing and I’d recommend it to everyone :) so happy we came here!

Couldn’t be better!
Wow! What an amazing place, exceeded expectations by a million miles! Thank you David, you made us feel so very welcome. The property is lovingly restored and very comfortable for a large group. There were 12 of us (six couples) and we all had our own space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The large sunny dining room is beautiful. The perfect spot for breakfast and to celebrate my birthday dinner with friends. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Girls weekend away
Travelled with group of ladies who wanted their own rooms, so house worked perfectly for us. We loved the retro feel of the place. We self-catered (shopped local) and place had most things you’d need. Comfy beds, hot showers and nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Lots of Fun!
We were an extended family group of 14 people and there was plenty of room. The house is equipped to handle a lot of people as there is plenty of space, chairs, crockery, glasses etc. The outdoor drinks fridge and large outdoor table are brilliant! Just steps away from all that Berry offers, and a short drive to either the ocean or the mountains. A quirky house that is lots of fun.

After driving past this iconic home for many years I organized a group to stay at the BelAir for my sisters 50th. It was fantastic! This home is a show stopper from the outside and the inside didn't disappoint. The home is layered in nostalgia with it's retro kitchen and funky décor. An easy stroll in to Berry to enjoy the great shopping, cafes and pubs. It was a memorable place to stay! Thanks for having us David!

Fabulous friends get together
My friends and our partners had a fabulous weekend away at The BelAir whilst attending the Shoalhaven Food & Wine Festival.
The house is as interesting inside as spectacular outside. Clean, great artwork, furnishings and very comfortable.
Plenty of room for 6 couples, lots of shared spaces for us to eat together, beds were very comfortable and all linen/towels supplied.
The coffee shops, restaurants and pubs are right on your doorstep and David was very kind and gave us a late check out.
We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next stay.
Thank you David :)

Retro entertaining at its best
We went for a work getaway for Christmas and had 6 couples and this was perfect as there were lots of spots inside and out to relax and catch up. The styling of the property was retro and comfortable and its obvious the owner is an avid collector with a great sense of humour. Absolutely love the place and several guests said they would be back with other groups. The location is so central and a short walk to all the fabulous boutique shops and cafes.
