The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. Home was absolutely amazing! Views were great. Kate couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. All the suggestions for dining were great. Easy walk to beach and at night walking to restaurants for dinner was nice don’t have to worry about parking! Yard was a plus for the kids to play yard games at night!!!!! Thanks

The house was clean and well equipped with 3 porches facing beautiful ocean views. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping, but away from the bustle and noise. Kate was a wealth of knowledge of tours, activities and restaurants nearby. Everything was very nice. We would stay here again.

This was a girls trip with 8 of us. More than enough sleeping room. Across from the beach and could also walk to town. Great outdoor seating. This is the best house I have stayed in at Foley Beach.

Wonderful house for our big group. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect for the beach and an easy walk to “downtown”. Kate was really easy to work with and we will definitely rent again the next time we are in the area.

We chose this house for our family vacation. It was my husband and I and our grown children and their spouses and children. We had a great time. The location was great being so close to the beach and Charleston and with the sliding doors open the sound of the waves was peaceful. Kate was an amazing host. She promptly responded to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The first afternoon/evening we hung out in the third floor master bedroom with the Atlantic Ocean as our commanding view. That day we dined at Loggerheads. The house is too cool for words. Walk to the beach. Walk to the restaurants. Listen to the ocean waves at night and the quiet of Folly. We only turned on the main floor tv cuz playoff football. The kitchen was perfect. All that we needed was there. Had enough linens. A short jaunt into Old Charleston and to the other islands. The Owner was gracious, responsive, and knowledgeable. Recommend this house for a large group. Don’t skip out on Rita’s, Lost Dog Cafe, or a drink at Blu in the bar to reflect on the ocean. Da bestest.

This was our second Christmas staying at this location. It is a perfect location for our large family. The bedrooms are spacious and most have 2 beds. The large master on the top floor was a perfect escape for my husband and me, (the grandparents), to have some quiet time!

We grew up in Summerville and have always had a soft spot for Folly Beach so when it came time to organize a sibling reunion it was an easy choice. We are all in our 60s and 70s now with a few family members having some disability issues so the elevator was a huge plus. The house had plenty of room for 5 couples. The reverse floor plan can be a little confusing at first but we got used to it and the yard was great for lawn games. Short walk to the beach and to the main drag and shops.

Overall this was a great property for our group. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It is a great location for just parking your car and being able to walk to restaurants and , most importantly, Bert’s. We had a few housekeeping issues early on but Kate is extremely responsive and did her best to resolve our issues quickly.

The house location was very nice. The bedrooms were good. The main floor and other areas of the home were lacking cleanliness. I would suggest better kitchen organization. Some furniture pieces need of repair. We felt the price warranted certain expectations not delivered.

All of our expectations about our rental house and stay at Folly Beach were fully fulfilled and even exceeded. The rental property is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The pictures online are very representative of what get. The house is very located in a hot, prime spot accessible to all activities and restaurants. The manager promptly responds to all messages within minutes. Heaven awaits you at Folly Beach!

Sunrises, sunsets, beaches, restaurants, everything very accessible and great location. Great view of ocean & beach even though it was not a beach front. Clean! Lots of towels! Beds were comfortable! Great communication with the owner who is very responsive. Cleaning crew is awesome. We plan on being back!

Great location, easy beach access. Quiet bedrooms on bottom and top floor, living/dining on middle. We had five couples and a baby and never felt crowded. Within walking distance of dining/shopping. We plan to return. Kate was great to check on us and let us know she was available. Get the penthouse suite, the morning view is perfect!

This home is beautiful and in a great location. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to her. The only recommendation I would make is maybe doing a deep cleaning after every so many stays and making some minor repairs. Otherwise, we have had no complaints and really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful home from the outside in!! Surprise features were enormous back yard which could entertain a good game of Yardzee. An elevator was like an angel in warm weather. 3 separate porches on each of the 3 levels. Oh yeah, clean as a whistle with plenty of towels and comfortable beds!! Can’t say enough great things about this place! If you are a early riser, the sunrises are captivating! We will definitely be back for round 2.

We stayed with here with two families- mostly teenage kids- and there was plenty of space to sleep, eat, and hang out. Rooms are large and the living space was laid out well. Easy walk to beach and town so everyone had plenty to do! House is very well stocked, clean and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

This house is perfectly located walking distance to beach and restaurants. The lift off the garage was an added bonus for luggage. The views from the upper deck are spectacular especially at sunrise and sunset. We stayed with two families with teenage kids and the rooms were perfectly arranged and beds were very comfortable! The jetted bathtub was an added bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed though we ate out for most meals. Would definitely stay here again in the future

This is a great house for 4 or 5 couples. Kate was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions promptly! I brought my boat and there was ample parking for it on the E Ashley side of the house (could park up to a 24’ easy)

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach, restaurants and all the amenities of town center. Short drive into Charleston for shopping and dining. Spacious house and gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of ten. Kate was very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. I stayed at this property last in 2014. Living room furniture much better. The cabinets did not stAy closed and were dirty as well as the floor in living space. Not enough blankets.

Our family reunion was a huge success thanks to this home that had enough space for all 13 of us, including a large dining area where we could eat together. There are many stairs in this home, but the small elevator was a huge help for loading groceries, suitcases and people. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Location is great with a 3 minute walk to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to Center St for restaurants and shops. We will stay here again!
