This was the perfect place to stay in Grand Junction for me and my pup. Centrally located to several National Parks and lots of wineries in Palisades. It’s also a few blocks from the main Downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. Super quiet at night and a very safe area. Tara communicated the check in process perfectly and the Carriage House had everything we needed. I absolutely plan on coming back and staying here.

It was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed it very much. Very walkable area.

Our only concern was the amount of noise from the 2 air conditioners necessary to keep up with the Grand Junction summer heat! They did the job though.

Location is perfect with easy walking to downtown. Driving access is also simple. Our hosts were attentive and fast to reply. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Really only issue was the air conditioner was not big enough to properly cool down the cottage. Owner was very responsive to any issues.

The Carriage House was the perfect place for me to stay for a convention at the Convention Center. It was an easy walk, and it gave me a place away from all the hustle and bustle.
The room was the perfect size and everything was just as it is pictured. I would (and will) stay here again.

My husband and I (and 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable carriage house. Everything was as promised! It was our first time in Grand Junction and will definitely re-visit when we get the chance. Palisades with their wineries, cideries and peaches are close by. Grand Junction has plenty to offer as well. Thanks to our awesome hosts for an unforgettable experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Although bathroom is very small, did like the hand bar on the side wall.

The Carriage House is an ideal arrangement for a stay in Grand Junction. It is immaculate in both cleanliness and furnishings. The kitchen is fine for light cooking. And the bed is wonderfully comfortable. The property is off any main road so it is quiet and feels quite safe.

What a wonderful surprise! This was a quaint, well designed studio apartment. So comfortable. We used this as an overnight stay but plan to request a longer one in the future. So enjoyed this rental and look forward to a return visit. Jim and Sandy

Great proximity to downtown, Grand Mesa, Colorado Monument, and if you want to take the drive to Arches National Park/Moab! The place is a nicely decorated and clean place to rest. Nice place for two and if you need a blow-up mattress (in case your partner has jumpy legs), there is one! We were there in July and it was HOT, but with the additional fans and the air conditioning unit we were good to go! The host was very communicative and we would highly recommend staying here when visiting Grand Junction.

The Carriage House is a great place for one or two people--quiet, clean, comfortable. It looks just like the Vrbo listing photos. Excellent response from the owners on a problem we encountered during our stay. Highly recommended!

My husband and I needed a place to stay for the night after catching the Amtrak to Grand Junction. Our train came in hours late but thankfully the carriage house wasn't too far (15-20 minute walk) and the check in was simple! It was very accommodate, neat and very cozy!

We loved our stay at this small but charming and well appointed carriage house. We had everything we and our 3 fur children needed. It is located in the old section of Grand Junction so on our dog walks, we could look at all the beautiful old houses, many of them being restored by Millennials; anyway, we thought so because many had signs about living in harmony with nature and the rest of humankind. There is a beautiful park just a block away and it is also close to downtown. Be sure to stop and order from Pollo Azado at 304 North Street which is also a few blocks away & has delicious grilled chicken. There's a giant chicken in front of the place and you can tell it's been there for years.

Loved our stay. We wanted a nice place to get a good night rest on our wedding anniversary before we made our way to Moab, UT. This spot was perfect, our dog had a little yard to his business and we were able to cook some burgers on the grill while relaxing in a perfectly decorated cottage. Owners were responsive and helpful!

The home is adorable but without a good nights sleep the adorability is not a factor. The unit has way too inefficient A/C to handle the high temperatures we were experiencing. Even with 2 fans to try to blow the air around I had 3 miserable nights. If it wasn't for this situation I would give this unit a high rating but sadly I hold sleep in high regard as I suffer terrible migraines without it. The owners were communicative and location great but sadly this is a place I could not return to. It may be a great winter rental.
