This rental was extremely clean and the perfect size for my husband and our 11 year old daughter who came once again to enjoy Kingdom Trails and East Burke. The secure shed for all of our bikes was truly appreciated. Check in and out was super easy and Amy was such a gracious host who was enjoyable to chat with. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and affordable!

Clean, cozy, everything we needed and more.

With the weather we were inside most of the time so a little difficult with no windows. It would have been nice to at least have cable tv. Could not even get local news. The black couch very uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and slept very well. A larger coffeemaker would have been nice.

Very charming place. The hospitality of Amy and Will was amazing. Everything was there to enjoy our stay. Thanks.

Nice. Small apartment but could use a more efficient coffee machine and more coffee cups

The outdoor seating pictured in the listing was not available. I texted the owner to ask about outdoor seating but did not receive a reply.

Traveling for a wedding. This apartment was so clean and well kept. Nicely done. Beds were super comfy. Nice and quiet location. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great location and ride to trails convenience. Clean and comfortable. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Kitchen is efficient for simple needs. Lockable outdoor sheds was a very pleasant surprise. Having a washer and dryer in the space was huge for dirty and nasty cycling gear. Thank you Amy for having us. We will be back.

Everything was great! The only downside we noticed was the property has double beds-queens would be better for larger people. The host was great! we communicated a few times and they were prompt with replies. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was very good. The place served our purpose perfectly. It's close to Burke Mountain (obviously). Stores are within 15 minutes of driving. The best part was microwave/air fryer/other stuff device. The beds are very soft (you decide if it's good or bad)
I would recommend the place.

The place was warm and inviting when we arrived. The candle burning made the place smell so good. I loved the way the bed lines smelled and there were plenty of towels. It was a bonus that they had TP, paper towels and even coffee filters. Loved staying there. The owners left us a nice gift, travel size Vermont maple syrup to bring home.

Clean and cozy with great access to the Kingdom Trails. The kitchenette is a bit small, but has most everything you need to put together a meal for those staying in a small apartment. Would come back again!

We were here for site seeing. All of us were pleased with the property.

This unique apartment was great - quiet, clean, cute with the bicycle motif. The host/owner lives upstairs, and the dogs do a tap dance early in the morning, but they don't bark. The facility is fully stocked, including the kitchen, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. I didn't receive the text about check-in, (I blame it on my old phone) but after initial confusion, check-in moved smoothly. A lovely, quiet place to stay.

Just what we needed. Was like a home away from home. We only needed it for one night but was perfect. A peaceful little get away. A little off the beaten path but for us it was perfect. Thank you Amy the little gift of maple syrup was a nice touch and appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment located close to kingdom trails. I enjoyed my stay at the unit.
I was a little confused whether or not I would have access to the porch and other amenities. However, the unit is located underneath the house in the basement. It’s very well laid out and comfortable. There are two beds. One is very soft and the other one is pretty firm.
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again in the future.

Amy is a wonderful host! I was concerned with not being able to bring bikes inside, but relieved when she has a secure storage space for them! Thank you for the syrup!

We had a great stay in Amy & Will’s apartment. It is adorably decorated and very clean. It was a quiet place to stay as well and a great location to be able to attend the Caledonia County Fair with family local to the area. Highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great little apartment. Sleeps 4 in 2 full beds. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was large and nice. There is a firepit area we were going to use but it was rainy and we watched Netflix on the Roku tv in the cozy living room instead. We spent the day riding Kingdom Trails and this is a great location for anyone visiting the trails. The apartment is about a 1/4 mile from the "Dive" trails of Kingdom Trails (swan dive, nosedive, etc.) which are a few miles of road biking from the official KT parking areas. That was a great amenity because we were able to bike those trails in the morning before we checked out right from the apartment.
