Little Harbor is located on a partially private guest reserved beach in Ruskin, a short drive from Tampa, Sarasota & St. Pete. The resort overlooks Tampa Bay & features a heated outdoor pool, basketball & pickleball courts, fitness area, a playground & a marina. Dining within the Resort include a bay-view restaurant, a poolside bar/grill.
NEW FLOORING AUG 2024 The master has a serene view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the private, covered balcony. The second bedroom offers a custom built king and twin bunk bed with room to fit the whole family! Also featuring a fully covered balcony with views of the marina and water ways. Dolphins are frequently seen sitting on the porch!
Little Harbor offers two restaurants - Sunset Grill overlooking the beach and Hooks with a patio and bar next to the pool and riverside.
A beach side tiki bar offers cocktails and live entertainment.
Jet skis, Kayaks and fishing boats are available for rental.
A 250-foot fishing pier is on the premises. Fishing charters are available for a fee.
The resort community features a secluded, one-half mile, white-sand beach with private beach for residents and guests.
*There may be times that the algae levels in Tampa Bay will be high and swimming may be not recommended. It is out of our control to know at the time of booking but we would be happy to check the Hillsborough County site prior to your stay per request.

Very nice little condo to stay with a nice view of the water and it’s close to food and shopping!

The location is very nice. The layout of the condo is nice; however, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs and peanuts left on the carpet, as well as an opened safety pin (OUCH). The beach area is covered in seaweed right now and during our stay we witnessed police officers and sheriff's surround an apartment at the inn looking for a wanted criminal (a bit scary).

This two story condo had plenty of room and was well stocked for cooking, laundry, etc. Beautiful balcony views and lots of activities to choose from (beach, pool, kayaks). A short drive away was EG Simmons Park that we also enjoyed for a second beach location.

This was just as described. Everything was beautiful inside and out. We loved the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again. Amanda is very responsive to all questions!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable Bungalow! The location was perfect and our group of 5 enjoyed the four different balconies to sit and relax. My sister and niece especially loved having use of the kayaks. They spent an afternoon kayaking behind the condos alongside a friendly dolphin. Also, there were beach chairs and beach towels available for our visit to the beach.
The owner was very professional and responsive whenever we had questions. One piece of information that may be helpful is that there are steps to get into the condo, and then a flight of steps to get up to the bedrooms. The older ones in our group were huffing and puffing a few times, but we all had a lovely time. : )

We would certainly go back again. It was nice that they provided so many snacks/drinks for us when we arrived. One improvement would be a full-size ironing board. Very responsive to our communications. Maybe next time I'll actually get out on the kayak!

We were greeted with snacks and a bottle of champagne! There were plenty of kitchen items and even misc things in the bathroom, that was a very nice touch. Lots of recommendations for food etc, in their binder. Clean pool. SUPER COMFY beds! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome area for a mini family vacation
The instructions were clear and they even had beach toys and kayaks for us to use. My husband left his glasses there and the hosts was so nice to and told us she would ship it to us. Such a wonderful experience.

We had a great time at this place. We found everything we needed for the little ones, the community pool and the beach on site were favorites, and Ruskin is a great starting point for exploring the Tampa Bay Area. Many thanks to our amazing hosts!

The condo was well equipped for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We slept great! There was a good selection of equipment for beach activities. I would recommend this location for a family of 5.

The townhome was as advertised. GREAT 4 PATIOS WITH WATER VIEWS!!! We had a great time and will be back. You can walk to the beach, pools, marina, restaurants, everything! The house was furnished great. We really loved it! The owner was great .

We had a great stay. My son and I caught a Rays game in St Pete. My wife and daughter saw a Taylor Swift concert in Tampa Bay. We played wiffle ball on the private beach at Little Harbor, played tennis and took a walk on Harbor trail. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Grill that is right across from condo. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials and some. Would definitely stay here again.

Little Harbor Resort is a great location with great amenities and a private beach that is not too crowded. Our unit looked over a canal where we watched dolphins every day! The unit has two provided kayaks that were the highlight of our trip. Super easy to transport to the launch. We loved watching the manatees graze and exploring the mangroves! Our last night along the sea wall at the end of units we had the most exciting dolphin experience. 2 dolphins swimming next to us on the wall looking up at us over and over. The unit was well equipped and the views of sunrise and sunset are fantastic. Any issue was immediately addressed by the manager. Simply a great getaway!

Comfortable accomodations in a great community. It's a great place for a family with any age children with so many activities in the community available within a short walk. It would also be fun with a group of adults or as a couple. Thank you so much for sharing your AMAZING place with us.

Everything was as expected or better. Condo was stocked well with necessities. Great view of the lagoon in the back yard. Did take a paddle around with the provided kayaks.

Nice Townhome!
The townhouse is nice and so is the Little Harbor complex. The snacks on the table when we arrived were a great touch! 3 balconies and a front porch are great for watching sunrises, sunsets, all the fishing boats coming and going every day and the random kayaker. We loved the beach, the pool and the dolphin fin sightings. There are lots of water toys in the garage too. The owner is very responsive and nice. Amanda clearly deserves her Premier Host status.
For dinner, we would recommend Sunset Grill. It is 1 of the restaurants on-site. It was hands down, the best grouper I had…the key lime pie was probably the best also. We would also recommend The Vineyard, Stonewood Grill and Bella Cucina. I would suggest staying away from the other onsite restaurant, Hooks. It smelt bad and they refused to serve us although we were there about 15 minutes prior to the time they had posted on the door regarding closing. For breakfast, we’d recommend Fiore’s. We would also recommend taking in a Rays game (it was the nicest baseball park we’ve ever been to) and Cypress Creek golf course (lots of water, sand…and gators).
Unfortunately, we couldn’t figure out how to use regular TV to get local news and traditional programming. I felt bad for the owner. Her cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the townhome before our arrival. I emailed the owner about a few of the issues and she kindly apologized.
Would we stay here again? Probably!

This is a perfect vacation home, everything you need is there. The view from all of the balcony is great. This place is very clean and all the basic products are include. The beach is just a short walking distance away from the house. We even add the chance to see dolphins many time during our stay. I truly recomand this place.

Cozy beach retreat
Perfect winter get away - excellent location for sunrises and sunsets on the water and plenty of local activities on site. Amenities were as described and comfortable and hosts provided easy check in and lots of info on the location and property. Everything we wanted and more for a Florida retreat.

Relaxing and quiet
This townhouse looks exactly as it is pictured. We loved the location in the resort since it was a nice short walk to the private beach, and the two restaurants. We really enjoyed using the kayaks! And even had an opportunity to see the resident dolphin. Amanda was very quick to reply to questions and had a nice little basket of goodies ready for us.
