Great experience, from start to finish. A wonderful property, really well-appointed and clearly a well-cared for home. This wasn’t as advertised; it was even better! Rafal made the experience seamless from the very beginning, was responsive and great to work with. A great stay!

The setting is peaceful and spectacular. The pond is so very clean and the water very refreshing. The house, including the kitchen, is extremely well equipped. It was helpful that beach towels were supplied. We very much enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boat . It is just a short walk to the tennis and pickle ball courts. Our host, Rafal, was gracious and always available. Our family had a delightful week. We look forward to coming back next summer. Thank you, Rafal!

Everything was better than expected.
The house itself was great, cleaning, even better than the pictures, the location was amazing with lake front view.
The host makes everything hassle free and he was fast to respond any questions that we had.
Definitely will look forward to stay there again.
Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful waterfront house. The house has everything you could ask for and is perfectly laid out so everyone had their own space as well as large open areas to gather together. The house is even lovelier than the photos and the pristine water for swimming and going out in the watercraft provided, makes for a perfect retreat. We enjoyed the surrounding towns and discovered many fun activities such as blueberry picking, mini golf and fine dining, a short drive away.

This gorgeous home is exactly as listed in the property description. It was spacious enough to accomodate four separate families allowing everyone to enjoy time together but also provide privacy when needed with the three levels. The view of the pond was breathtaking and access to the pond was right on the property. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding throughout our stay. The little beach was a short walk and the kids enjoying swiming to the docks and jumping in the water. We enjoyed the outside screened in porch and campfires daily. The owner, Rafal, was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any of our questions. I've rented from VRBO on many occasions and this property was my best find yet!

This is a first rate property with an attentive, considerate owner. The lake is very quiet and we took full advantage of the kayaks and paddleboarding. The house is great for family dinners, lots of reading and sleeping, ping pong, hoops, etc. It's not far from Wolfeboro which has waterfront restaurants and mini-golf.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return. Highly recommend!

Rafal’s home was as described and very clean. It is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. We had a great weekend on the pond. There is plenary of room to spread out and access to the water is perfect. The 3 season porch is a gem. Check in and check out was smooth and Rafal is very responsive.

My family and I enjoyed a terrific stay on the lake! The home is amazingly comfortable with lots of nice amenities to make the week special (fresh espresso on the lake every morning!) ... Even a rainy day isn't a big deal when you can play ping pong, take a sauna, and cook dinner in a well-stocked kitchen. The lake is big enough for kayaking, padleboarding, and fishing, but small enough to feel like you're truly getting away from it all. From first contact to the end of the trip, Rafal was responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

The home was perfect for our family of 10! Large enough for all to gather as well as have privacy when needed. The photos represent the home accurately. Our family spent many hours on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards, my favorite times were having my morning coffee on the dock enjoying all the beauty and serinity the lake had to offer.
Rafal was great to work with from initial contact and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

The home far exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped for the lake sports and the kitchen had more than any VRBO house where we’ve stayed. Rafal was quick with answers to our questions beforehand - a very attentive owner for sure. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a small group or small family reunion.

Just Beautiful
A beautifully decorated, well appointed, and exceptionally situated property on a pristine lake. There was plenty of room for our group of 10-12. We used the kayaks and paddle boards each day, and when the rains came there were plenty of indoor diversions. WiFi was solid for the few work meetings that a some of us had. The photos represent the place well, and Rafal was a great host. We’d gladly return here.

Beautiful home, beautiful view!
A group of 7 adults, 2 babies, and 2 dogs stayed at Rafal's home and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The house is maintained incredibly well, was super clean, and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property is gorgeous, with a firepit and dining table right on the dock over the water. Rafal was very communicative before the stay and whenever we had a question during. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Family memories
We had a family vacation with our adult children and their families, first time ever. Our grandkids had never been to New England / NH nor our Daugther in law. Everyone loved the house and the location. I grew up on a lake in NH and was used to a lot of boat noise. What a pleasure it was to be on a beautiful lake with no boat noise.
The house was everything we thought it would be and more. The site amenities were great and everyone enjoyed all the "toys." When were packing up to leave Saturday morning my 8 yr old grandson looked up at me and asked....."Grandpa when can we come back to the lake house?" That made it all worthwhile. The owners take good care of the property and everything was in good working order. A beautiful landscaped property and wonderfully designed home. My family made a lifetime of memories which was what we grandparents wanted. Many thanks.

The perfect home for a perfect vacation
Our family LOVED our vacation in this wonderful home. Everything was just as presented in the listing and we felt so welcome. Our group ranged from 23 months to 70 years plus a dog, and each one of us had a *perfect* spot for sleeping and quiet time. And we all were so comfortable in the house - plenty of room to spread out and read, chat, nap, game, and just chill. There were SO many toys to play with inside and out, but our (adult/foodie) sons' favorite toy was that Wolf range in the kitchen, lol! The kitchen alone was worth the trip! Rafal was a cordial and responsive host - he clearly takes a lot of pride in this, as he should. We hated to leave, and we're already discussing our next stay! Thank you, Rafal, for such a perfect getaway!!!

Fantastic Property For a Group
This property was fantastic! Rafal the owner was easy to communicate with and helpful in every way. The house itself is even better that the pictures! Our large group had plenty of space to spread out, be together or find space and just have fun. Whether it was making meals together in the great kitchen, sitting around the gorgeous dining room table, or using one of the two living room spaces we were comfortable and happy. Outside the frozen lake was perfect for ice fishing, skating and having more fun together. We truly couldn't have been happier with this house and our stay! Thank you Rafal.

Wonderful Family Holiday
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. This house has everything you need! We would DEFINITELY stay again with Rafal - he is a responsive and caring host who thought of every detail a family would need. The house was very clean with bed linens and towels provided.... but the best part was the dining room table which fit our entire family for dinners and game nights! Thank you Rafal!!

Beautiful lake house
When we first arrived at the property we just stayed at the dock for a few minutes to take in the view, we loved sitting at the dock. We didn't have a chance to swim in the lake since it was late October.
The house was perfect, and we loved the fall decorations that were spread around the house.
The kitchen was fully stocked and had great appliances. We probably spent the most time here, cooking and chatting with the family.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone that enjoys the outdoors.

Great Family Getaway
This spacious well appointed home on a beautiful pond near Winnipesaukee was just what the doctor ordered. Our family members came from as far away as Virginia and this property checked all the boxes for all nine of us. We fished, kayaked, and paddle boarded for hours. We all took a boat tour on Winnepesaukee, and we enjoyed many home cooked meals using the well equipped gourmet kitchen! What I especially like about the location is that it is very quiet, yet also very close to Wolfeboro shops and eateries. The week just flew by, we will be talking about this trip for a long time!

Our Perfect Stay in Hidden Valley- Tuftonboro, NH
The entire VRBO experience was perfect. The home in Tuftonboro was immaculate and in excellent condition. The kitchen was state of the art and appointed with every kitchen implement, spice, and serving pieces for us to make wonderful meals. The location could not have been any better. The area was quiet, on the water and had kayaks, paddle boards, a paddle boat and row boat, all of which our family loved using. It was everything promised and more. It was a soul restoring vacation! And lastly, our host Rafal could not have been more attentive, gracious and caring. It is no wonder he is a premiere host!

Lake House
We stayed for a family vacation and this house did not disappoint! There were 9 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 and 1) and there was always something for everyone to do - kayaking, swimming, tennis, basketball, ping pong, cornhole, the list goes on. The water was amazing and the house was absolutely beautiful! It was a perfect set up as each couple had their own space. Our host, Rafal, was always available to answer any questions and he definitely made sure we enjoyed our stay. Highest of recommendations for Rafal and his gorgeous home!

Beautiful Home on a Lovely Lake
Every year my extended family and I like to visit a lake house. We have stayed at many and really enjoyed this one. Rafal was a great host and very responsive. He even made arrangements for us to rent a 2-person kayak, including drop off and pick-up, so my older father and I could go out on the lake together. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on some amenities we had expected such as having towels available for use by the lake, shampoo and soap in the showers, some laundry detergent, etc. that we had provided to us for previous homes. We went out to purchase these items but if the listing had mentioned this we would have brought them with us so we would have more time to enjoy the lake. The house is very well maintained and has everything we could have asked for. In addition to enjoying time by the lake, we used the sunroom table to do a few puzzles and really enjoyed playing ping pong and corn hole in the garage on a rainy day we had. A good time was had by all and I'd recommend this home to others looking for a nice get away with a larger family. There were six of us plus our yellow lab who I think had the most fun of all of us!

Wonderful vacation!
This is our second time staying at the Tuftonboro home. It was just as pleasant as our first. The added sand area was a wonderful addition and gave our 18 month old grandson a great deal of fun. The family vacation was relaxing, restful, peaceful and scenic. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the dock or deck. The owner is easy to work with and is very responsive.

The house is very good for a group of families. The five bedrooms allow for distributing family members according to age and sex. We had three pairs of adults, three boys, and one girl. Each adult pair got a bedroom, the three boys had the upstairs bedroom, and the girl had one of the ground floor rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with an large fridge, a 6-burner range, a gas oven, an electric oven, a wine cooler, and a dishwasher. There is a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a 1st-rate home espresso/latte machine. There also is a microwave. There are two full sets of chef's knives and all other utensils necessary for cooking. Lots of flatware, cups, and glasses. There is a large main sink overlooking the lake and a small bar sink on the opposite side of the kitchen. The kitchen counter seats 2, good for getting breakfast into hungry children in the morning. The dining table in the great room seats 10 easily and could seat 12 if a little cramped. The ground floor has walk-out access to the yard, and the dock is conveniently close to the house. Kids can swim off the dock close to the house or go to either of the two community beaches close by. Two hard shell kayaks and two paddle boards are provided, including paddles and life jackets. We supplemented those with our own inflatable kayaks.Wifi works well. Cell phone service is spotty around the property, as it is in the entire vicinity. It disappears entirely in many of the nearby valleys. Sometimes GPS signals do, too. There is a lot to do in the area: boating and swimming at the property itself, lots of games (foosball and table tennis indoors, basketball outdoors), good streams and waterfalls with wading pools not far away, excellent hiking in the White Mountains only 60-90 minutes away, depending on where you go, and restaurants and a very good World War II museum in Wolfeboro. The owner is very easy to work with.Minor negatives: no good place to sit and read (the couches are much too deep, there are no reading chairs, and there are no reading lights except for a weak one in the master bedroom), no hooks or towel racks for the second bedroom on the main floor (perhaps bring a small folding drying rack of your own), not enough hooks or towel racks in the ground floor bathroom (which serves two bedrooms), the A/C is a single zone and the upstairs bedroom gets hot unless the A/C is on but then the main floor gets cold.
