I have stayed at Cibola Vista Resort on two occasions. Both visits have been exceptionally nice. Next visit to Phoenix, I will stay at Cibola Vista Resort again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation and/or stay.

Very nice property, the beds in the room could be updated, very soft. The mattress for the pull-out couch was amazing. Pool was perfect and super clean. The staff was everywhere are always very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The facility was great although there is no patio, the pictures were a bit deceiving. No big deal. Well appointed, basic but clean and comfortable.

First time I stayed here it was in August the room was exactly as the listing stated so, I booked again in November extremely disappointed the room was nothing as the listing presented. I asked to speak to a manager. He got back to me. Two days later the room was filthy. Furniture was broken and nothing was done. I did not want to waste my time, so I finished the week extremely uncomfortable in the room. I was staying besides waking up with bumps all over my body. When I spoke to the manager, he told me he could not accommodate me because I booked through a third-party, slow season plenty of empty rooms to move us to a room that was to our liking, and with the amenities promised on the listing, but he did not want to do that. Instead, he declined my request to move to a different room or give me an option to pay for an upgrade not a good experience the second time around will not recommend this place

We had a wonderful time during out stay. The condo was amazing. Everything that we may have needed was supplied and was very clean. We were spoiled when visiting the pool area, being able to get a drink and food if we wanted, it was great. It was very close to everything that we needed to do in Peoria... Thanks again !

Unit is convenient to the main pool, and the elevator. Only downside is a very loud AC unit - usually wakes you up when it turns on and off

This place is the perfect getaway from all the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and serene. Thr resort style pool was a lifesaver in thr AZ heat. The one bedroom suite was perfect, the bed was perfect, everything was clean and sanitized. Located close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will be back.

Great location, great pool. The unit we stayed at was getting a little tired - frayed carpet, etc. I believe the resort is in the process of updating the rooms in the older buildings.

We were unaware the unit was part of a timeshare. At check in we were directed to a concierge office for a parking pass. It was the sales office. After a long days drive it was not our preference to be in the situation to set a time to tour the property. We declined.

Was there mainly to check in on a friend so we didn’t spend a lot of time there but what time we did……was amazing!! I loved how easy to get around everything was. Our space was nice and well kept. The bed was amazing and we especially appreciated being able to wash our clothes before heading back home

We love staying at the Chibola Vista resplort in Peoria,AZ. It is centerally located to everything you need, groceries, entertainment, out door adventures. Front desk is great, however, I feel there is not enough information provided at check in regarding, cleaning schedule, towel exchange and resort amenities. Property is nice, but in desperate need of repairs & updating. Screen door doesn't slide, Lever to ingage the shower doesn't work. Huge waste I'd water as it is coming out the faucet & shower at the same time. Dishwasher is horrible, it us old & doesn't clean the dishes. Washer is clearly in need of replacing, loud banging & grinding noise when in use. Time to update to stay competitive & retain & gain owners

I stayed at Cibola Vista resort from July 31st-August 13th for work. I chose this property because of its value, its location, and the fact that it had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The Cibola Vista property was well maintained and clean. If there was a need, it was promptly taken care of. The room I stayed in was perfect for one or two people. Because I was staying in the “lock off” of a larger suite, there was no balcony or porch to access, but I was working so it was not needed. This particular room was close to the entrance of the pool which was nice. For the price and resort amenities, I would definitely stay again.

This offer and the place was ....WOW. I did not think this place would be so beautiful. The room/apartment like setting was fully furnished. Kitchen was stocked will all cooking utensils. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was a great value. Room was larger than expected and very well stocked. All items were clean and well organized. Pool was large and had a great slide. There is also an adult pool with a bar. Will definitely stay at this property again.

My teenagers and I stayed here for almost a week and we loved it. It was clean, safe, welcoming, and quiet. The only thing was that the door to the room slammed very hard, but that wasn’t a damper on the stay. I liked that there was always someone patrolling but they never made guests feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. I stayed there for my ASU undergraduate graduation ceremonies and I plan to return to stay next year for my master’s ceremonies.

This was a lovely resort and the condo was fantastic. The neighbors upstairs were very loud the first night, but nothing the owners can do about that. They were quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay again.
