We loved this neighborhood. There are good restaurants and a Trader Joe’s within walking distance. The woman who lives in the house was very kind to help us carry our bags to the back of the house when I forgot the directions and had our Uber driver drop us in the front rather than the back of the house. My only concerns were that there was not a tv, and the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. Also, if you are planning to use public transportation, which is very convenient, get your Metro card before you get to the VRBO. It's a LONG walk to the nearest spot to get one.
which is convenient, be sure to get

My wife and I had a wonderful week in Seattle. The Oasis at the top of Queen Anne Hill is a great location in a safe quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around to wherever you wish to go.
Accommodations were as described, very clean and relaxing. We were gone from morning until night every day, so did not spend much time at VRBO other than sleeping. No TV as stated by owner and small couch in living area do not lend themselves to spending a lot of time back at the VRBO which was fine with us. Check in was simple and owner was there briefly when we arrived, never saw them again the rest of the week.

Impressed with the ease of checkin and checkout. The directions and instructions were clear, concise and user friendly. The communications from mgmt were so timely, caring and welcoming. The private parking is a huge bonus and stress reliever after a day of sightseeing! The accomodations were clean, cozy and so comforting. Can't wait to return to Seattle and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed 9 days in Seattle. They have made their oasis a beautiful and peaceful place for this visiting the city. It’s a great place to retire after dealing with the hustle and bustle of city life in Seattle. It was nice to retreat and enjoy the kitchen and patio area. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind being up the hill on Queen Anne. Neat little places are in walking distance. But we drove most places. Really nice neighborhood and hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was up to our expectations. It was situated in a very nice area, it was clean and very well suited for a grown up couple.
The host responded quickly and gave us all the information we needed.

Last minute changes in our weekend destination caused us to pivot to Seattle. Luckily the property was available, and turned out to be a quiet, peaceful, quaint little place to use as our base camp for the weekend.

Perfect area to walk! We easily walked to the main shopping area for dinner, lunch , and some groceries.
We went to the QA farmers’ market where we found great produce and bakery items. There was even live music!
Our apartment was clean and comfortable with live plants and cozy lighting.

Lovely refuge, convenient to everything
Everything was simple and easy. A couple of extra steps to getting approved, but nothing too demanding or complicated and the place is spacious and lovely.

Pleasant location
Please read the description carefully. You will be required to submit "Government ID," which made me uncomfortable. The rental contract is 10 pages, and clearly states no visitors. We picked up our 7 and 9 year old grandchildren at their school two blocks away on their way to piano lessons. We allowed them to enter the apartment to wash hands prior to eating ice cream in the garden. We were promptly reminded that visitors are NOT allowed. It's a clean and uncluttered space in a great location. There's a generous sized closet, but a chest of drawers would be very useful if you're staying more than a couple of days.

Perfect
Superb location in one of Seattle's finest spots. Clean, fully equipped, down to the shower gel and other pampering extras!. Beautifully created guest apartment. Could not have been better. Greeted when we entered. Treats and adult beverages left for us. We loved everything about it!

Enjoyable Quiet Space
The property is as stated online. We needed to reread as Back entrance is where to enter is as pictured online. Queen Anne has many shops to visit just a final touch to our stay. The host were welcoming and checked us in with meet and greet. Was all around great stay. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful clean apartment with patio and garden. Short drive to the downtown area but seems a world away. Located a short walk from food, shopping and views.

Perfectly Right
For our particular situation, this Visit was perfectly right. The location was 15 - 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see. There were only two of us, we are quiet people and we had no need to entertain.

Clean, comfortable setting in a great location.
A wonderful place to stay in the historic Queen Anne Hill area of Seattle. The setting was lovely, clean, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches (like flowers and a welcome basket filled with yummies) to make us feel at home. The location was ideal for those of us that enjoy an easy walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and the amazing views of Seattle. On-site parking and a beautiful garden entrance made each arrival a joy.

immaculate
There is a long contract that intimidated me, but I trusted it would be a good rental. The place is immaculate - looks brand new. Grocery store within walking distance. Lovely neighborhood. There is no TV. I have rented places without a TV, but that is usually mentioned, not simply excluded from the list of amenities. Lovely garden.

Mostly great
While we had a great trip, sometimes one small issue can have an outsize impact. The property came with 2 bath towels and one hand towel, that was it. Luckily we were only staying for 4 nights, this would have been bad for a week or more. When we asked for more towels we were told, no, because of COVID. If I were the host and this were an issue I would have gone to a store and bought more towels. I should not have to ask a host how many towels they supply and travel with extra. Aside from this issue, the place was great.

Great place in nice, safe neighborhood
Charming garden cottage in the heart of Seattle. Very welcoming Hosts & super relaxing home. As a Chef, I took full advantage of the herb garden & well appointed kitchen. It was our home away from home. Will definitely be back.

Cool (temp) and nice garden
This property was very cool during some hot temps, the garden is really beautiful and the parking space is a nice bonus. The apartment is sparsely appointed. The pictures in the profile are the only items in the kitchen. I was only able to cook because I could bring my own kitchenware - pots, pans, bowls, knifes, etc.
The only real downside is that there isn't anywhere comfortable to sit. I ended up sitting on the bed most of the time.
I would recommend this property if looking for an 'off the beaten path' apartment in a lovely Seattle neighborhood.
