About this house rental
This lake front property has it all. This property sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms, pull-out sofa, boat stall, boat ramp, and boat storage plus much more. This quiet cozy home nestled on lake Hamilton will allow you and your family to relax in every way. Additional sister property next door for rent and extra amenities available. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and its own walk-in closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the master level that have queen beds and closets and bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, oversized refrigerator, and dining table. There is a separate table for the kids or games. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a large deck that overlooks the boat dock and lake and has a large table and grill for outdoor meals and fun. The basement has two separate bedrooms, one for the kids that sleep 4 and another separate king bedroom. There is another bathroom in the basement as well as an extra refrigerator. There is a boat dock with an extra large swim/fishing platform and also a covered boat storage. This property has its own boat ramp as well. There is a sister property next door that sleeps 20+ with an extra large ice machine and outdoor fireplace for use if needed.

Our 2 daughters and their families joined us for lake time, board games, local attractions, and seeing extended relatives from the area. Nice, quiet neighborhood. House very comfortable and clean. The host was informative and helpful.

The property manager was the most awesome person you would want to meet. She made sure we knew everything about the property before she left. She never bothered us after her introduction and tour of the house but assured us she was there if we needed her. The rooms were big, and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We had plenty of space for 13 people. The kids and some of the adults enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house. It had rained so they couldn't swim. The water was too dirty but that was OK we had plenty of other things to do. The kitchen was well equipped with about anything you would need to cook. There was an abundance of bath towels and bath cloths. Plenty of extra blankets if you are cold natured. There was plenty of seating room with two sofas and a loveseat. Also, plenty of seating for eating with two dining tables seating four each and a game table seating four. We had lots of fun, lots of laughs and made many memories. We would go back again if we ever decided to vacation in Arkansas again.

We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay very comfortably. We booked this trip to go to visit family and go to the Horse Races which is always a fun time. Allison was super nice and very helpful with any questions we had before we arrived and once we were there. The house is located on a canal which would be great for summer and access to the lake. Since we were there in February we really didn't use the outside area but there is a nice outdoor deck overlooking the canal. It is a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciate. We plan on renting this house again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Don’t think about it just book it!
The property exceeded my expectations. It’s in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean upon arrival. Allison walked us through the house and showed us everything. She was very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. The house has everything you need! Towels, dishes, even leaves a few dishwasher and laundry pods for you. The AC in the house works amazing especially for the hot days. The house feels has a very welcoming factor to it. The WiFi was fast. We did not get to enjoy the lake behind the house for swimming due to rain, but it was beautiful! It’s the perfect house for a big family (up to 14 people). We all had plenty of room to sleep. The beds was comfy. The couches was comfy to sit on and have a movie night. I love that they have two dining tables so everyone had some where to sit when we cooked at the house! The water pressure was great in all 3 bathrooms and the water gets HOT which is amazing! The basement has another “living room” with a big tv so the adults could watch a movie upstairs and the kids watch a movie downstairs and that worked out perfect. I can’t say nothing but great things about this lake house and I could go on and on about all the great perks but I’m going to leave it at this and let you go ahead and book it and see for yourself! Also if your family is bigger than 14 people they have a house right next door that’s bigger, we didn’t get to see inside of it of course but looking at it from our deck it was beautiful and had a huge deck and hot tub! My family and I will definitely be booking this house everytime we go to Hot Springs, AR!

Graduation trip / family vacation for my son that loves to fish
I booked this house for myself and my 5 kids, two spouses and 3 grandbabies. This was the perfect house for us all. It's immaculate. The deck and view is very nice. The house was super clean. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was well-stocked for all of our needs. We will definitely consider returning again and maybe even using both properties with extended family.

Great space for a large family
The rules and regulations seem a bit overbearing for renting a VRBO but apparently they’ve had some trouble with people having loud parties. It was a very quiet neighborhood and great for families. The yard had space for the kids to play and we loved the space to eat outside too. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal there and a full laundry room. I’ve never had someone meet me at the house to check in so that was different. We had an issue with a breaker flipping but they answered our call and helped us.

Amazing property especially if you have little kids
Our group had a variety of ages from 1 to 82. The property was beautiful. We loved that the house and outside sitting areas are safe and secure for the children. There is a gait at the top of the stairs. The balcony porch was gaited. The lower level sitting area was perfect to set up our corn hole boards. It is also completely fenced in!
The kitchen is extremely well stocked and even has sharp knives which we do not always find at the homes.
The only recommendation I would suggest is considering changing out the toilet in the shared bathroom upstairs. It takes forever to flush and then multiple flushes to actually get the toilet paper down. This may be a plumbing issue but I think it is the actual toilet.
Overall I would highly recommend this property!

Sofa bed was not able to be slept on. One child literally fell through. Have never stayed at a house that did not provide ample toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. House was clean, convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. House manager was very attentive and nice.

Excellent place to accommodate a large group.
We really had a lot of fun. We got to feed the fish and geese. It was an central location to go and do things. Alison the manager was amazing doing our walk through. Will stay there again.

Family Fun Week
Great Lake house for a family of 12 with space to spread out. Kids loved the downstairs. Only drawback was the muddy condition of the water, so the kids couldn’t swim from the dock. But it was perfect for fishing and kayaking.

Plenty of room for all
Our family group included 4 boys ages 6-13 and the downstairs living space was great for them. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The light switches throughout the house were strangely placed & took a bit to figure out, but overall the house was great for our group. The lake was drained (which we were not told about until the day of our arrival), so we might want to visit again when we can enjoy the lake.

Lake Draw Down
Our primary reason for choosing this property was lake access. When we arrived at the property we noticed the lake had been drawn down leaving us no access to the lake. We were informed that this is a yearly occurrence but no where on the listing was this noted. I can understand if the the lake was down due to lack of rain or other natural instances but this is a known issue and we were never informed before booking. If we had known we would have chosen another property. When we brought this up with the owners property manager her response was I will let them know. This is information that should be mentioned in the listing and we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

Family Getaway
Our stay was great and Allison (Caretaker) was most accommodating. Fishing was not good in the canal but we found other things to do. A couple of suggestions would be to create a level fire pit area. We sat tilted on the hill. Also it would be great to have some simple games, dice and cards there for guests. Finding dice was most difficult in the area stores. Overall the beds were comfortable and the place was great.

Very spacious and very peaceful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to doing it again. House had everything that was needed for a stay a way from home. We will definitely be doing it again. The family had a great time fishing ans swimming with the kids right in the back yard. Would definitely recommend this house for any large family looking for a place to stay together for an event.

The property was very nice, plenty of room for us and our kids!! I really liked the extra living room for the kids! House manager was very nice!! It’s a perfect location in the water, not to far away from the restaurants! We loved that it had a boat dock & it’s own boat landing! The only downfall was that there was no pathway to the boat dock, you had to walk through slippery grass that was very muddy and the bottom!

Perfect house to relax and recharge.
The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked better than any other home we have ever rented. The owners were quick to respond to questions and provided us with all information we needed. They have an amazing caretaker named Allison that made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of room and space for the entire family. Make sure you bring your fishing poles. The kids called plenty of fish off the boat dock. The pics of this property on this site does not give it justice of how beautiful this home really is! Will be back for sure!

HotSprings- Stay
House can accommodate 14 guests but Hot water is sufficient only for 4 people. Every day we have to give a break of 30 -45 minutes for the next 4 people to take bath which cut our time to visit outdoor events.
Internet details were provided but it never worked for us and most of the carriers signal is poor and no way to communicate if one of us go out.
No response from house keeper or manager till the last night of the trip related to internet issue.

Excellent for a small family reunion
The location is out of town on a finger of Lake Hamilton. It is a quiet neighborhood, and there is direct access to the water. There is a grocery store 10 minutes away, and most of the Hot Springs area attractions are less than 30 minutes away.
We had a group of 10 adults and one child, and we had plenty of room.
The main bath upstairs became the general “shower” option. The Master shower and the one downstairs are easily accessible, but a bit on the small side.
Overall, the space worked great for us. The large bonus room downstairs and the open concept upstairs gave us plenty of space to spread out into groups for talking and games.
