The house, the furniture and everything is to a high standard and very tasteful. It is a charming position with good views. The garden is very pleasant and also the pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We cannot give enough praise to Eva and Roberto for being such wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the care taken to make our holiday special will remain with us all for a very long time. The children particularly liked the swimming pool and the garden was a delight. The house has everything that you will need for a great holiday

Eva was so nice to wait up for us because our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive into the night. She couldn't be nicer and even stocked the fridge for us. We had little kids and the stores were closed when we arrived and the next day Sunday. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood on the outskirts of Carballo, with a lovely yard, ample living room, big windows and a nice kitchen. Eva was there to support us with any questions answered and in general was so nice and also sent me an email with lots of information that she took extra time to compose. She and her family renovated the house and she takes great pride in it. The pool was very refreshing, and the washing machine made it easy to wash clothes.

From the beginning Eva and Roberto are amazing hosts. For every question they were fast and good helping.
The house was in one word: amazing. Every thing is clean, modern, and simply beautiful all the details. Garden is perfect and swimming pool is really nice.
When you go with kids it’s just a perfect house.
If we could give more than 5 stars we would have give it for sure!

Beautiful & Peaceful
This is a wonderful home exactly as pictured. Has all you need and more. Wonderful welcome basket and treats and Roberto explained how to use and work everything. Any technical difficulties we had they were there and swift with communication. Truly wanted our stay to be the best and it was. The place is in a small town in the country, so it’s a drive to typical tourist sites but I don’t mind that plus it’s nicer to have space and peace and quiet. My friends and I may want come back again possibly make it a yearly gathering. Oh I wish I could remember the small supermarket name…Albina maybe the strawberries 🍓 best I’ve ever had in my life! My favorite was the room with the tub, I love a nice bath. Too cold for the pool to kids played in the bath which was totally fine. Loved the fireplace and the views from the living room just gorgeous. Very happy with our stay and virtual and personal interaction with the host.

La casa se encuentra situada en un entorno precioso, a 5 minutos del pueblo de Carballo, donde puedes encontrar todo lo necesario (centros comerciales, buenos sitios para comer...). Desde la casa hay unas excelentes vistas y es cómodo el acceso por carretera. La casa por dentro está impecable, con una decoración muy cuidada y con todos los detalles que hacen cómoda su estancia. Uno de nosotros tiene movilidad reducida y pudo manejarse perfectamente en silla de ruedas dentro de la casa. El jardín es grande y muy cuidado y a la piscina le da el sol durante todo el día.
Sus propietarios son muy atentos, siempre disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Además, nos sorprendieron con el detallazo de tener algunas bebidas frías y algún producto de la tierra para degustar. Un amor!!!
También nos indicaron sitios preciosos a conocer por la zona y lugares donde comer bien. Qué más se puede pedir?
Sin lugar a dudas, recomendamos su estancia. Nosotros, en un futuro, repetiremos!!!

Simplemente como llegar a casa.
La casa maravillosa y llena de detalles. La decoración está puesta con mucho gusto, te sientes como en tu propia casa.
Lo mejor de todo los detalles de los propietarios, te dejan todas esas pequeñas cosas de uso obligado gel, champú, papel higiénico, detergente lavadora, lavavajillas etc, etc, sin contar que como bienvenida te llenan una gran cesta de fruta, te ponen algún producto de la tierra y en la nevera te esperan unas cervezas fresquitas y unos refrescos, que más se puede pedir recién llegado de viaje!!
El trato de Eva y Roberto es de lo más entrañable, ahí están en todo momento pendientes para hacerte la estancia más agradable todavía si cabe.
Muchas gracias a los dos por hacer posible unas navidades inolvidables en familia.

Casa espectacular con todos los detalles para una estancia perfecta
El alojamiento se encuentra exactamente como se representa en las fotos del anuncio. Es una casa espectacular para una escapada en grupo numeroso. Está perfecta, limpia y con todo tipo de detalles.
Tiene todo tipo de comodidades, chimenea para tiempo frío, piscina (que no hemos podido usar por el tiempo, pero que esperamos volver a probar en verano), barbacoa, ...
La cocina está completa con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días, y detalle de una cesta de fruta de cortesía (nos ha encantado el detalle!!).
Recomendable 100%!

Amazing property not far from beach
The house was better that we could have expected, with thoughtful and contemporary interior design, a nice pool and garden, and was very well equipped. It was only 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches of Razo, and 5 minutes away from Carballo. Amazing welcome from the owners, Roberto and Eva, who provided an overview of the property, a guide to the local surroundings and attractions, and some very thoughtful supplies in the fridge. Definitely a 5/5 stay. We hope to visit this property again.

Espectacular
La casa es fantástica. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades y está todo cuidado al detalle. Los propietarios son muy amables y se preocupan por que todo esté perfecto. Fueron muy atentos y nos facilitaron mucha información de la zona. Hemos pasados unos días maravillosos. Cuando volvamos a Galicia repetiremos sin ninguna duda. Una estancia perfecta
Nuestra familia ha pasado unos días en casa A Chavella y fue una gran elección. La casa está completamente preparada para que te sientas como en casa, decorada con todo detalle y totalmente equipada. La limpieza, un 10.
La propietaria fue muy amable y nos envió un dossier con sugerencias para rutas, excursiones y restaurantes recomendables.
La verdad es que si volvemos a esta zona sin duda repetiremos.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!
Im August 2016 haben wir, zwei befreundete Familien mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern, eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht: Sehr sauber, liebevoll dekoriert, mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche mit Obstkorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank (!), Grillmöglichkeit draußen und auch der Pool wurde täglich genutzt.
Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rand des Ortes, war allerdings etwas schwierig zu finden, da sowohl zwei eigentlich aktuelle Navis als auch die aus Deutschland mitgebrachte Karte nicht alle neuen Straßen enthielten. Auch die Autobahnen waren schon viel weiter ausgebaut als angegeben.
Eva hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt, Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben (auch im Vorfeld gab es schon eine nette Mail mit Hilfen zur Urlaubsplanung) und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.
In Carballo ist ein großer Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Cafés und auch ein Markt. Der nächste, sehr schöne Strand (Playa de Razo) ist 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es auch Restaurants und Buden für Eis oder Kaffee. In A Coruna ist man in einer halben Stunde.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Galicien, auch dank dieses wunderbaren Ferienhauses und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Peaceful and relaxing!
We had a lovely stay at Casa da Chavella! Eva and Roberto were extremely nice and took very good care of us and making sure we had everything taken care of upon our arrival. Eva greeted us warmly at the house and showed us around. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend in their home with our two children and our dog. The property is in a beautiful location with a beautiful view! The area is very peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. The house is very well taken care of and everything we needed was provided. It was very nice to be able to order breakfast and dinner to be delivered to the house as well so we didn't have to bother with going out and we could enjoy being in the home longer. The weather was a bit chilly to enjoy the pool, much to our kids' disappointment. But there is plenty to see and do in Galicia! Other than a problem with the smoke alarm waking us in the middle of the night (which Eva and Roberto promptly took care of) we have absolutely no complaints and very much recommend a stay at their gorgeous home! We so wished we could have stayed longer! Some day we hope to return to Galicia again!

Amasing House!!!
We was 2,5 weeks in this amasing house with the dearest owner we ever met. In the house is nothing to complain. It is furnished with much love and professional competence and taste. We did not miss anything.
But we will miss definitly Eva and Roberto, the owners. I don´t know if their hospitality typical galzien-like is or they own kindness. However we love them.
We wish them only nice tenets and guests.

UNA ESTANCIA INOLVIDABLE Y CON RETORNO
Buenos días. Mi familia hemos estado alojada en esta espectacular casa. No hay ni un solo comentario negativo que pueda hacerle, ya que es tal y como se ve en las fotos: ESPECTACULAR!!. Eva y Roberto, los propietarios, nos han dado todas las facilidades necesarias para que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa y los han conseguido. Los niños han disfrutado muchísimo y los padres encantados y relajados con esta casa que transmite tanta tranquilidad y en la que, verdaderamente, desconectas de TODO. GRACIAS chicos, gracias mil veces. Nosotros volveremos seguro, por vosotros y por Galicia. Cuánto nos ha gustado la Lonja de Malpica donde todas las tardes hemos ido a comprar pescado para nuestras cenas en la barbacoa. Una pasada, de verdad, recomendamos ir a todos los sitios que os proponen porque a cada cual han sido todo estupendos.

Nos ha encantado!
Pasamos unos días fantásticos en familia. El trato con los propietarios, excepcional, siempre atentos. Nos recibieron con flores frescas y productos de bienvenida.
La casa, a un paso de Coruña y de Santiago, es una maravilla, no le falta detalle y es enormemente acogedora.
El salón, muy bonito, muy amplio, con enormes cristaleras que nos permitían ver todo el valle.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y muy cómoda.
Las habitaciones, igual que el resto de la casa, tienen una decoración muy cuidada, y el descanso está asegurado.
Los niños y nuestro perro, estuvieron correteando sin parar por el jardín y hasta pudimos disfrutar de la piscina.
Por último, la casa se encuentra en una aldea muy tranquila, muy cerca de la costa, en un entorno mágico, el bosque de Verdes, el paraje natural de la playa de Razo…
Sin duda volveremos!

Qué decir de casa chavella..es preciosa..tal y como aparece en las fotos. Decorada con mucho gusto y pensada hasta el minimo detalle.La cogeria tal cual está y me la traería a Ibiza. Sus dueños, Eva y Roberto, encantadores,estuvieron pendientes de nosotros para que no nos faltara de nada, y nos aconsejaron sobre distintas rutas para hacer y optimizar el tiempo. Por cierto recomiendo el restaurante Casa Rosa que aparece en su guía y el refugio de verdes o el bosque de la bruja como le llamaban mis hijos..En definitiva..volvería sin dudarlo

Perfect house for a quiet getaway with family.
This house has been lovingly renovated to a high standard and is stylishly decorated. The new kitchen is well-equiped, the bathrooms functioned well and everything was neat and spotlessly clean. We were warmly welcomed by brother and sister team, Roberto and Eva, with a basket of lovely treats, and some basic supplies of essentials - coffee, tea, milk, sugar, olive oil, etc. All cleaning supplies, basic toilettries, firewood and even charcoal for the barbeque were also supplied - which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. There are lovely views from the house onto farmlands, and it is extremely peaceful. We needed a relaxing break for our daughter to recuperate after illness so it was perfect for us. If you want to be more adventurous, the sandy beaches are a 20 - 30 min drive away through some very pretty countryside. The nearby town of Carballo has everything one needs and a weekly market on Thursdays. Eva and Roberto were very charming and were willing to make the effort to communicate in English which was much appreciated as we speak no Spanish at all.I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return. "
