It was close to the beach.
Overpriced. Not much to offer besides the proximity to Main St. Not even a free breakfast.
The room was small. Aircon was not strong enough for that particularly hot day we came in.

The location was great, close to lots of great restaurants and shops, beautiful scenery, the staff was friendly, easy of check in.
The mini fridge didn't work. One outlet by the bed was also out, and the bathroom needed a better ventilation fan for the shower.

Location in the three villages.
Property is getting old and they are not keeping it up. People might say it is “quaint.” It’s not quaint, it’s old.
3.8
Great location and decent enough to stay for the night after a party at the Inn.
Expensive, nothing special about the room. Could hear conversation from adjacent room and no fridge.

Location; attended a wedding at the Inn.
Pricey and still no breakfast included; no frig, no microwave, no fitness room. Furniture very old. The bathroom door would not stay shut. The shower did not drain. Narrow stairway difficult to carry luggage to second floor.

This is our second time staying at the Three Village Inn. Each time it's been a stop we make on our way out further on the island. The setting is very pretty with the water so close by.
Everything was fine!

right by the waterfront. easy check in.
For the location and price I think they need to change from cheap pillows and towels and upgrade. The lights were falling off the walls in the Strong Cottage.

the inn is lovely, quaint. I was thrilled to stay there rather than a chain hotel. the grounds are pleasant, near the water and a little shopping area. very clean and hospitable.
well, it is off-season which is likely why it was so economical, but it felt a bit abandoned. I would have loved there to have been coffee available at reception in the morning. only a little machine in the room, so you can make coffee, but only have powder creamer. The little “village” mall was two steps away though, so that was just a petty preference on my part.

The central placement right at the harbor and across from the commons filled with shopping food entertainment music and more. Local parks and nearby towns offer even more amenities and site seeing!
I did not realize when booking that there are no continental breakfasts or commissary amenities such as waters or snacks at the hotel front desk. lack or a room fridge or ice. The tv services were a little spotty and the room air conditioner had to be services to function. Mostly addressed by the staff in a timely manner!

Location: Across the street from a neat shopping plaza of sorts --- shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a superb tea service place (...though they all close early...), and the best of all, the harbor and the beach. Because it's not exactly a tourist trap, the lovely neighborhood is very quite, great for a relaxing getaway. (At least it was in early March when it was still cold). The locals are very amiable, friendly folks.
Staff: Absolutely courteous, knowledgable and personable.
What we did not like: The in-house bar / restaurant was closed when we stayed there.

i loved the cottage and the privacy.
I did not think the staff were very accommodating nor professional. I was given the wrong cottage.

I was a Little disappointed with my stay to be honest. First of all, there was some water(it sounded like someone was constantly flushing water) noise the entire night and I couldn’t sleep normally, bed sheets had some spots, coffee machine wasn’t working, Hair dryer and it’s pieces were all over the place.

Location
There was significant heat loss around the front door (Strong, #11) on a very cold night.

clean
staff was mean and would not give a bottle of water and the restaurant was closed.

The room itself was fine, the primary problem is we ask for a view when we made the reservation and what we got was a view of the garbage. There was only two cars in the parking lot but the person who checked us in could not be bothered by changing our room stating there was none available. Almost the entire place was available.

Lovely place, nice staff, and warm fireplace in the room.

The town, the area and the quaint cottage
The room was half renovated. Hole in floor, walls coming apart. Light fixtures were loose.

The location was lovely, right by the water. The restaurant was good though not exceptional. Service was very good throughout.
The room was very nice until I looked up. The ceiling and tops of the walls were not pretty. The main bed was very comfortable, though, and everything was clean.

Beautiful room. Contactless checkout (anytime). Friendly staff.
