Nice room, terrible cooling

Bed was super comfortable

The air con it kept turning its self off, when I tried to fix with the manager I was dismissed as doing something wrong me not knowing what I'm doing.

Very nice stay in the heart of Lecce

Great location (right in the heart of the historic district), convenient parking at a good price (very modern), nice breakfast (simple but tasty) and the lady who served breakfast was super nice. We liked the automatic air conditioning system - the temperature in the room was stable so we slept well. Free water upon arrival which was nice after a a walk with a luggage.

The bed was a bit squeaky (this should be fixed). There was no chair or table on the balcony (it was tiny). Mind that the parking is 4-5 min (with the luggage) from the b&b and you will have to bring the luggage up the stairs (not many but very narrow). No free water offered in the room.

Amazing accommodation highly recommend. Kim you are a star!

It was very well located, lovely room good size super clean very comfortable bed and pillows and Kim was super friendly and kind. She did a great scramble egg and bacon for breakfast with fresh orange juice and delicious pastries. Andrea the owner caught up with us at a bar. He was extremely helpful with suggestions of eateries beaches etc.

Great location in Lecce, in a beautiful part of the Old Town, and with easy walking to all parts of the Old Town area of Lecce. Rooms are particularly clean and nicely furnished with plenty of space. Bathroom is awesome. Hosts are super friendly and welcoming and very happy to assist with any questions you may have about Lecce. Breakfast every morning was a lovely experience, being welcomed by Kim and being able to sit on the beautiful terrace to have a very varied breakfast of whatever you may choose. We also appreciated the secure parking which Andrea organized for us before our arrival in Lecce and we particularly appreciated the extra hospitality from Andrea as he took our 'bigger' bags to the parking space via his own vehicle and we met him at the parking. Thanks heaps Andrea. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lecce.

It’s the best kind of living in city center to use all it’s facilities: sightseeings, restaurants.

The location is amazing, near the main sightseeing, St.Croce Basilica

An amazing stay in Lecce!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay was the best it could be throughout the entire week! The accommodation is situated in an old building, but the interior is extremely modern and provides all the facilities you could hope for. There is also a great terrace where we would have breakfast every morning. Overall, would highly recommend Agape Rooms for a stay in Lecce!

lovely staff and very comfortable room with everything you need. Great service and the staff went over and above for us.

I would suggest softer pillows but that is a personal preference.

Exceptional

breakfast on the terrace was so nice and the Hotel is very new and modern. Location was perfect to walk around the city. and the staffs are very kind (Thanks Andrea & Bona) and helpful to recommend the good restaurant in Lecce and nice beach place. for the next visit in Lecce, will definitely stay again in this Hotel :-)

Lisa, Andrea and Kim were absolutely amazing. They were very kind, helpful and professional. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the location was fantastic! If you are in Lecce, I would absolutely reccomend to stay here.

The location is perfect because it is in the old town city center but in a quiet street. The room was exceptional: clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I can only recommend Andrea and Kim who not only took care of us during our stay, but also provided us with nice recommendations and information about the neighborhood.

A beautiful stop on our trip in fabulous Lecce.

We liked everything about it. The location is perfect in the center of beautiful Lecce. The place is spotless with very nice touches along with a beautiful breakfast served on the roof terrace. Andrea, the owner and everyone there was very friendly and nice. All around it was a great experience.

Perfect stay excellent location w wonderful host and very clean.

Lecce is beautiful, Agape is in a wonderful location Andrea and Liza were available 24/7 for assistance. They met me at train station and brought me to train on checkout. It was a perfect location wonderful breakfast and Joy who served Breakfast is wonderful and is tri-lingual!

Superb B&B and hosts in Lecce!

The hosts Lisa and Andrea are some of the kindest, friendliest and funniest hosts we have met yet. They really have an eye for detail and you can tell by the way they set up their B&B and the rooms. Also, they took great care in respecting the COVID-19 regulations which made us feel all the more comfortable. The B&B is situated in the city centre but still in a calm street. We had a great time at their B&B and would come back anytime. Grazie mille, Lisa and Andrea, for making our stay as pleasant and special as it could have been. Modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean

Agape Rooms was a wonderful place to stay in Lecce. A lot of attention to detail and design was given to this place. It is modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It is near all the major sites of Lecce within a very short walking distance of all the attractions but is situated in a quiet side street, so you get to escape the crowds when you return to your room. There’s a lovely terrace on the roof with comfortable seating and we highly recommend picking up a bottle of wine from one of the many enotecas and bringing it back with you to enjoy there in the evening. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of pastries and coffees as well as eggs and bacon. Joy, who runs the breakfast, was very gracious and helpful. But in all honesty the best thing about Agape Rooms are the hosts. Andrea and Eliza are impeccable in their professionalism, hospitality, and friendliness. They went above and beyond to meet all our needs, from transferring our luggage from the car park to our rooms, to recommending a variety of local restaurants and bars, to providing dry cleaning services when we requested it, to helping us pick the best pizza restaurant to order takeout from. On the night of my birthday, we messaged them to ask where we could find a bottle opener to open a bottle of wine to celebrate on the terrace and they obliged by coming over to the accommodation to bring us one, which led to all of us sitting on the terrace and chatting and getting to know each other for hours. It made my day more special.

AMAZING PLACE - OUR BEST STAY IN PUGLIA We absolutely loved this place!!! Everything was top quality, when owners run the hotels there is a huge difference, and this is Agape, a beautiful, comfortable and perfectly run hotel. We had a perfect stay in Lecce. Why? The hosts!!! The design!!! The price!!! Breakfast!!! The room!!! The view!!!! The Location!! Cleanses!!!

Should we ever come til Lecce, we would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was some of the best we had in our 2 weeks italy! The location was excellent, in a small quiet and calm street. Still it's very central, in the old town close to restaurants and bars. We loved the luxurious feeling and decor of the place. Notice that parking is 5min away on foot (no driving/parking in the old town) - the small walk was no problem for us.

Recommended

Recommended. We stayed two nights in the double deluxe with balcony. Everything was very comfortable. As others have mentioned the location is ideal, super quiet, but not even 100 metres walk and you are in the centre of things. Good wifi, nice breakfast and terrace upstairs, excellent hosts. Discount on parking offered if arranged with host (a five minute walk, near the Neapolitan Gate - the old town is car free).

It is a small property with only a few rooms, and our room was right next to the reception desk, so we heard guests and staff at some times, but never too early (8am) or late. From outside the building you will hear nothing. Some might find the stairs a little narrow.

The AC did not work that well, so we had really warm nights. But we told the owners and he apologized and is going to check it :) so it will be fixed!

Best experience of our Holiday!

Our stay at Agape was amazing! We were welcomed very friendly by the hosts (Eliza & Andrea) and they guided us to the beautiful, spacious and clean room. It was designed elegantly with details of the original structure visible as well - super cool! The location of the apartment could not be better, in the city centre of the old town, close to all kinds of great bars and restaurants. The hosts sent us all kinds of valuable tips for places to have a drink, a snack, dinner, and various places to go to the beach. We went to several of their recommendations and they were all excellent. Joy (breakfast and housekeeping manager) was also super friendly and helpful. She made the best cappuccino’s and she served lovely pastries, typically from Lecce. The room was tidied/cleaned daily and the bathroom was extremely clean as well, it was a real joy to get back ‘home’ at the B&B. We have travelled a lot in our lives, but we will remember this B&B and its hosts, and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Andrea, Eliza & Joy!

Our best recommendations for Agape Rooms!

Very good breakfast, adapted to our habits. Nice service, good coffee. Also nice to meet the hosts every morning. Very helpful and nice hosts, Lisa and Andrea. Beautiful renovated house in the historic centre. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, historic buildings in this baroque jewel.

Everything was super! Difficult to find a reason for complaints!
