This place is fiction. The guy who runs it has no apartments in Broto at all. He preys on real owners who failed to sell their property on date and "sells" it. There is no actual address, no real specifications and no key.
When we arrived in Broto no one knew what were talking about. Nice Spanish speaking people, called his phone. First he had sent a lady with a key who had no idea where the app is. It has taken two and a half and hours of using my phone, until the man who helped us, succeeded in finding an apartment that was not we bought. I am scared of my credit card being miss used. He refused to issue a receipt. Worst experience with Booking ever. Real shame. The room and towels were stale, the water boiler was dripping on the microwave. Dangerous. Pls. Make sure to prevent misuse of my credit card.
