The place was nice the management company was hard to deal with. Had to send multiple forms of ID to verify myself along with holding up my license and sending a selfie. Then had to Uber to office just to sign a paper I had already signed online. The actually unit was nice

A beautiful condo in a great location.

The Frozen themed room was great for the kids. The room was very clean and updated. We had a refrigerator in the middle of the dining room, and the water in the unit had a burnt smell to it. Other than that, the furniture was nice, beds we’re comfortable. I would stay here again.

I am writing this review to warn others so they don't have the same experience I did. This will be long, but it will also be an honest review. (Scroll to bottom for main points if you don't want to read the whole thing)
Let me start by saying this was my birthday trip, so I got to pick everything how I wanted and was extremely excited for the trip and specifically this resort as it was a splurge for us as we typically stay at a cheap hotel on vacations. It was absolutely not worth the money at all.
First, it took us over half an hour to check in as the emailed door code did not work and we had to leave a message and wait for a call back for the new code. I will say the call was returned in a timely manner as we did end up getting a call back about 10-15 minutes after our message, but not a great way to start off. We were still very excited at this point though.
This brings us to the actual condo. First the positives: it does look like the pictures, is spacious compared to what we are used to, and the bed was very comfortable. The negatives: it smells bad (musty/mildew smell), you can not turn the air conditioning below 75, and freezer broke so our food went bad (they said they put in a work order but no one came before we checked out).
Now onto the resort itself as that was what I actually booked for. Main reason I booked was for the waterpark area (small children's tower with slide and splash pad). My son talked about it for weeks as I had showed him pictures of the resort before we left. We went to spend the day at the waterpark on 10/19. The sign said open 10 am-6pm but it was closed off for the day. When we asked about it we were told there is nothing they can do and they weren't opening because it was cold. Other people were swimming in the pool and that was open but we didn't end up using it as my son was disappointed. We ending up taking him to the playground to cheer him up and try to make the best of the day. We walked from the clubhouse to the castle playground and on that walk passed a terrible smelling swamp. Several other people around us were also complaining of the waterpark and smell. We ended up getting to the playground. It was very nice and my son had a lot of fun and made tons of new friends.
Overall, it was not at all what we expected and absolutely not worth the money.
SUMMARY
Pros: playground, soft bed, looked like pictures
Cons: stinky, temperature of condo, amenities closed, freezer broken, hassle checking in

Disney Trip
The property looks exactly like it’s described. Great location, access to the water park is included in your stay the only bad thing about the property is they don’t provide any necessities such as toilet paper or paper towels. Was a bit frustrating once we arrived but other than that the property was great!

Saddened Vacay!
The check in process is amazing you get there at 4:30 you will have a line to sit in, once you arrive to the room walking into the condo is breathtaking however the soiled children’s beds the very soiled with every imaginable bodily fluid you could think of master bedroom blankets and pillows were disgusting, the walk-in closet are used for storage which brings down the comfort level of the property, The master bed was broken, there were blinds missing from the living room, the overall furniture was very distasteful. On her first night was very difficult to reach out to management to get new linens for the bedding and the bed fixed so our first night was terrible and we had to go actually buy bedding to be able to sleep in the beds once we got a hold of management they were great and came the very next morning the bed was broken and they had to take it completely apart and fix it they also took pictures of the linens , and they agreed they were pretty disgusting we had to postpone our day to fit into the schedule of the repairs, the following day the AC broke which was Fourth of July maintenance came right away and advise us and an AC company would be coming to fix the property that night so we had to postpone our Fourth of July events that we had planned needless to say we were all very disappointed in addition to that there were gnats constantly flying around and we found roaches in the children’s bedroom in the last part that we were so very disappointed in was the AC when you open the AC door it was at least an inch of debris and dirt and filth which was utterly disgusting to be breathing that it. The positive note was Desiree and her staff they try their best to fix and make us comfortable and understood when we decided to check out early due to the property not meeting our standards

The location, price and space was great. The overall condo needed updating. The master mattress was very worn, with large dips in the mattress. The toaster must be European as the plug does not work with American outlets. Master bedroom remote had corroded batteries. It was warm in the condo since we couldn't put the air lower than 74 deg, it would have helped having a ceiling fan in the second bedroom.

O
It could of been a nice condo but the owners need to do some work on many things through out the place. No tv remote was ever found for the master bedroom tv. The master bathroom sink did not empty and we were unable to use. The other bath sink was somewhat better still very slow thankfully there were only two people using the bathrooms . The ceiling fan in master , speeds were only able to be on high which isn't nice while sleeping. The blinds in family room every other slat fell off unable to close. Let's say this is our 9th year staying at Windsor hills and by far this condo has needed the most work. But the pictures that are shown does not show all the work needed. Also no shower door in master shower just a curtain. Over all I would say not very happy with our place especially for the high price we paid. Also I put a call into magic vacations Monday morning at 8 and never got a call back until the following morning. Which she said I'd get a call the next morning to discuss the problems. By this time half of our stay was over. Not the service you'd expect from magic vacations. Luckily for us we were still able to have a nice week but very disappointed with the conditions of our condo.

Value for the price.
This condo was a good value for the price. It was a little "tired" but clean and adequately supplied. The only real complaint that I would have is that the lighting was very dim. I like to read at night and found that difficult. I would stay here again.
