We enjoyed our stay at camp ugly wolf. It was just as described. Plenty of room for our family of 11. The dock was perfect for our pontoon. Perfect place to be lazy and just enjoy the lake with family.

Perfect location and lots of room for the family to spread out. Good dock for fishing and boating. Nice firepit at the water for making smores.

Everything was fantastic! There was plenty of space in all the common areas. There was a small dryer issue, but Cindy was very attentive and kept me well informed about it. It didn’t affect our stay at all.

One of the few rental properties on a semi flat piece of land…an easy walk to the water with no stairs on your way down. The dock is great. It’s called Camp Ugly Wolf for a reason…nothing pretty about the decor, but everything is useful and clean. The two downstairs bedrooms have no air, but there is a split system in the hallway if you leave the doors open. It is not even a 10 minute ride into town, so convenient for picking up odds and ends, and close to a few restaurants. A great place to stay for sure.

Awesome place. Thinking of renting it again.

This was a great place for 9 lifelong friends to reunite and catch up! The view from the house and lakefront is beautiful. We went ziplining on the sunny day and shopped and enjoyed a nice dinner in on the rainy day. There was a 2 hour rail bike excursion that looked wonderful but it was fully booked so look into that early if you are there in nice weather. The colorful autumn leaves would really add to the enjoyment of this activity.

We had a great week at Camp Ugly Wolf. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have a second livingroom downstairs for the kids to play and watch movies in. The only negative for me was the bedrooms were small and although we kept the air on in the bedrooms the whole time it still felt damp to me.
The location on the lake was the best. Beatiful views down by the water, could sit there all day.
Everyone had fun fishing off the dock. We even rented a pontoon boat for a few days. Docked and dined at "The Dock" for lunch one day. Food and drinks were delicious! We went to Buchkills Falls (about a 40 minute drive, but worth it) Everyone loved it (kids, parents and grandparents). Also went to Claws N Paws Wild Animal Park. I have never been to an animal park where the animals were so active! We all had fun.
But the best part was sitting by the lake with a drink and watching the kids and grandkids having so much fun catching fish off the dock!

Great spot on the lake, had beautiful sunsets and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kids caught more fish than any other rental we’ve had in the past. Great dock for boat and fishing. Loved the screened porch off back of house overlooking the lake and enjoyed a puzzle that came with the property. The house itself and its amenities could use some updating. Bedrooms were very small although we spent little time in these rooms. Furnishings and fixtures are all very old and could use some attention. Although that would push the rental price up and we just loved the location and loved the price so careful what you wish for. ;) Outdoor furniture however was great! High quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was well stocked and garage was spacious. Location was great! However, The house was not clean, the bathroom inside shower doors have not been cleaned in a long time. Rug in dining area is quite dirty. The outdoor porch cushions were badly stained and should be thrown out. Outdoor gas BBQ was dirty as well. Coffee table under TV was very dusty. I feel bad about this review but I hope this will help the next person who rents. More attention needs to be given to the cleanliness of this home.
4.0
Very convenient for water/boat access. Local restaurants and grocery stores close by. However, disappointed in the cleanliness. House smelled musty, especially bedrooms up and downstairs. There were spiderwebs throughout along with moldy woodwork. We realize this is typical of cabins in wooded areas but bed covers absorbed that the mustiness. The sliding glass doors in basement were almost impossible to open. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were great. Large counter space and large dining table really came in handy for our group of 8. Lighting could be improved in main areas.

Had a really nice time. Had plenty of room for the family. Nice home. Only negative comment is; there was no where to store all our food. Had to rearrange some cabinets to make it work. However the plus of that was there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses , silverware, utensils, mixing & serving platters/bowls, etc. to use! Property manager was VERY nice and easy to communicate with!

Thank you for letting me and my family rent this beautiful home. I loved that there were barely any stairs on the property and it was an easy walk to the dock.
The dock was absolutely perfect and on the newer side. Wild life was cool to watch walking through the property and a quiet area as well.
Boat launch for the association was walking distance.
Cindy was very kind and easy to work with and I’m definitely going to rent here again!
Thanks!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was so much space for everyone, the bedrooms were perfectly sized. I’m obsessed with the back yard and the walk down to the water. It was so great to be able to have our boat right there for easy accessibility. My dad has issues with steps so the trail down to the boat was perfect for him. And the view from the screen in porch had amazing views for sunrise and sunset. It’s the best family vacation we have had in a long time!!

Very easy to deal with owner. Great house that’s not too fancy if your looking to have multiple people stay. The only issue was finding it in the beginning. Google maps takes you to a dead end. Overall great experience

Comfortable home, well equipped all the way around. Carpeting needs cleaning but we stayed at the end of peak. Understandable. House was very clean otherwise. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great time for the weekend. The house was cozy and clean. The outside area was great for all of us to hangout at. Everything was easy to use and kept nice.

Stayed an extended weekend with my husband and our friends. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. We had some other friends stay for the day and the yard was perfect and flat for games and safe for kids to play (when Mother Nature cooperated) and was an easy walk through the yard to the boat dock. The boat launch is within walkable distance which was convenient. The views from the covered porch were relaxing and beautiful. The propane tanks were empty when we arrived and it was easy to communicate with the property manager and she took care of it super quick for us.

Great time with family! Lotsa skiing, along with great nights of games and cocktails with the family!

The location of this property was beautiful, and the lounge and dining areas of the house were really well set up for a large group. The only hitch for this property is that a number of basics aren't included with the stay. Especially at this price point, I'd expect toilet paper (especially when there's only one acceptable brand for the property), garbage bags, and bath towels to be provided. Additionally, when we came in, we all had to make our own beds. Coupled with the rules/regulations/fees, it just wasn't an ideal tone to set up for what, again, was not an inexpensive place to stay. It didn't ruin the enjoyment we had, but all of these are really easy fixes for the property owners and take some burden off of the guests.

This weekend we had a gender reveal party. The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy. No noisy neighbors. Wonderful outside area for kids and a nice balcony with was guarded with a moscito net. So the place was wonderful for an evening hang out!!
