Built in 2003, this apartment is surrounded by mature gardens and boasts an unobstructed view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The large terrace is spread over 2 levels, and overlooks the shared swimming pool. The interior is bright and spacious, with wall to wall windows in the living room, ensuring you never miss the amazing view. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with patio doors off the master bedroom leading out onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, making a self-catering holiday simple and trouble-free. The beautiful port of Cabopino is just 10 minutes walk away, and features several bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Cabopino beach is one of the best on the entire coast, and is busy even in the winter sunshine. There are plenty of watersports available throughout the summer. The apartment is perfectly located just 13km from the centre of Marbella, where on the right as you come into Marbella you will find the beautiful 'casco antiguo' or old town, with its narrow winding streets leading to Orange Square. A left turn will take you down to the seafront where you can walk along the promenade as far as Puerto Banus, Fuengirola is only 17km away in the opposite direction, giving you dozens more restaurants and bars to choose from. This is where you will find the famous department store El Corte Inglés. Buses run from just outside the apartment complex every 20 minutes. Just an hour and a half's drive or so will take you to the beautiful city of Granada - and it is only another half hour up the mountain to the Sierra Nevada, Andalucia's famous ski resort. 2 and a half hour's drive west is all it takes to drive to Seville, and there are plenty of shorter trips in the area, such as a visit to the beautiful white village of Mijas - only a 15 min drive away. Cabopino is a golfer's paradise. There are over 70 golf clubs in Andalucia, and this apartment is in the very centre of the 'Costa del Golf', situated right beside the 18-hole Cabopino Golf Course. Marbella Golf and Country Club and the golf clubs of Santa Clara, Miraflores, Calanova, La Cala and Santa Maria are all only a few minutes drive away.

A beautiful, spacious home for our week in the CaboPino area in Marbella. The rooms were all clean and comfortable, with a stunning view from the terrace. The large fans were very useful and much needed in the bedrooms. 👌Thank you Lesley for being so friendly and contactable!

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4 - right near the pool and a short ten min walk to the beach - we know this area well as we have been coming years. Great places to eat and drink nearby and easy comms and check-in / out. Would def stay here again.

We had a great 2 week stay in this lovely apartment. Lesley gave a very good handover with instructions for how to find and access the apartment everything was as described, but more spacious than we had imagined it to be. Beautiful views. We have stayed in this area many times before and it was a perfect location for walking to Andy’s beach, Cabo Pizza and DaBruno restaurants

The apartment is lovely - spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. There are wonderful uninterrupted sea views with the apartment’s beautiful gardens and pools in the foreground. The location is superb, there are lots of good restaurants and some lovely beaches within a 15 minute walk and a little local shop just across the road. We are planning our return!

Very spacious apartment, and not too far from the port and beach. Overlooks the pool and the sea in the distance. Plenty of space for a family visit. It was very quiet in March, but could be more lively during the summer months when the pool is in use. For us, a much more pleasant place to stay than the large tourist resorts. Some great places to eat locally too, Da Bruno and Alberts are our favourites.

The advert states sleeps 6 but only 3 beds so not true We were not met on arrival and keys left in shop up the road as she couldn’t accomadate us. I had no choice but to agree The floors were filthy and the oven doesn’t heat properly The sofa had massive stains on it and the bbq was thick rust with weeds growing through patio There were spillages in the door runners and when we moved the furniture to retrieve some coins dropped it was appauling The building front door was running alive with ants and we had to pay and treat them 3 times in the week I complained the the owner and when we left they reported that we had smoked in the apartment which was an absolute lie as we would never smoke inside. Our English home is pristine and we scrubbed the apartment so that other residents didn’t have to accur what we did Shame on the owner debiting a £50 charge to my card stating we had smoked in the apartment. BEWARE AVOID THIS OWNER THEY CAN TAKE WHAT THEY LIKE AND YOU CANNOT PROVE OTHERWISE. I HAVE PHOTOS AS EVIDENCE

Badly in need of upgrading. Curtains dirty, suite in lounge smelly, musty and needing replaced. Bathrooms need complete refurbishment. Ant infestation in the utility room. Pillows smelt musty also. The cleaner does her best, but the whole place needs a lick of paint and investment. Gardens and pool area excellent. Great sea view from balcony. Would go back if refurbishment carried out.

We stayed in April 2018, weather was a little hit and miss. Apartment was clean, well upholstered and enjoyable. With great views. 10-15 minute walk from the port. Owner was really helpful and we wanted for nothing. Only slight negative was the noise from the builders (just unlucky timing) and oddly we were told we couldn’t use the sun beds.

This our second time staying in this apartment because it is really lovely and Sandra is a wonderful host...We love the area so the location was perfect for us. The beach and the marina are a short walk with bars and restaurants. The larger supermarkets are about a 10 minute walk away. However, there is a small shop, bar and Cabopino Pizza just across the road and De Bruno restaurant a three minute walk down the road. We will return...

Drawback was it's proximity to a busy dual carriageway. Has a terrace overlooking the pool and well cared for gardens. However the terrace was full of weeds. There was a locker, on the terrace with two loungers. These needed a clean and one was ripped.

Having stayed here before we new the location well. The apartment is very large and the balcony has fantastic views over the pool area and out to sea. The apartment is very well equipped and spotless. Bed in main room is very large and had to re - introduce myself to my wife each morning! Towels are included and could be a little larger is the only recommendation I could give . As I new the area well I fully understood that there would be a little traffic noise, but you hear nothing on the inside. The communication with the owner and meeting at the apartment was excellent. This is fantastic value and will be booking again next year. Fully recommend. Regards Alan & Arlene

This is a very well maintained and comfortable apartment with a lovely pool. We like the area so the location is perfect for us, it is a short walk to the Port with restaurants and bars. A car is recommended because it is about a 10 minute walk to the local supermarkets however, there is a little shop across the road for essentials. i would recommend this apartment as it has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday.

My husband and I and our 3 children have just returned from a great holiday during the last 2 weeks in June. This very spacious apartment surpassed our expectations with all its home comforts. It was spotlessly clean with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. The large patio was great for shade, with a wonderful view of the gardens and sea. The pool was only a few steps away and my husband was happy playing golf on the nearby course. Great restaurants in the Port, only 10 mins walk from complex. Our favourites were La Despensa and the Chinese. Great food and reasonably priced. Only 5 mins walk away is Da Brunos which we loved, and they really looked after the kids there. We rented a car and did quite a bit of touring the area - we went up to Mijas which was about 15 mins drive away, and into Malaga City (very hot!). We also went into Marbella a few times as it is only 10 mins away - we loved tapas on the seafront and also the little streets off Orange Square. We would highly recommend this location and are already planning a return visit next summer.
