I like everything expect from cats and property access
It’s not disabled friendly which need to be clearly stated. A lot of stairs to come to the property and is not very safe. So many cats are around and they are coming in apartments which is not good at all. If guests are allergic on cats would be huge problem. It’s stated parking is available but if you move the car you can’t find space. Public car park is very far from apartments and is not easy to take luggage Mima did help on arrival but she didn’t even appeared when we left, which was very disappointed

We stayed one week in August 2022 in the appartment at 1st floor. In general, we spend good holidays and felt ourselves well at this place, it is probabelly the most important. The appartment is quite cosy. There is a huge terasse and the view to the sea is great. The beach is 1min, down stairs. Half of this beach is private, 25€ for the day for 2 deck chairs + umbrella. I recommend you to plan it in your budjet as it is much more comfortable then to try to have a place at free part of the beach. You can reach Sveti Stefan in 20min walk via nice park. There are 2 other free beaches on the way. It is possible to park the car near the appartment with some arrangements : it is easy to find a place after 8pm and till 9am; if you arrive/go away during the day, Mima puts her car to keep you the place. The system is a little bit surprising and not 100% comfortable, however, taking in account general traffic & parking situation at Montenegro, it is great to have this option. And thank you to Mima to do this service to her clients as it requirs big availability. Clearning is done every day. Air condition works well (I think it has been repaid comperativelly to other remarks I saw at booking site). To sum up, the appartment loacation close to sea (rare for Montenegro), big terasse, sea view & clearness are the biggest and main advantages of this appartment.
When you book 70m2 appartement and pay it 2000€ for one week, you expect to have good equipement and separate rooms. Or, there is one parantal suite and the 2nd big bed is put in the main room which is also kitchen & dining area. So, if you travel with children, either you leave them separate room + big bathroom, either you wait in the morning till your children are awaken to have your breakfast and you go to sleap together with them in the evening. Pillows are hard, so we took some days to accustom to sleap on them. There is no microwave, no coffee machine. There is a dishwasher, but no any soap at disposal to use it. Persanally, we didn't wish to buy an intire pack for one week. In general, you have an impression that the host doesn't expect that people will cook. Or, prices in local restaurents are equivavelent to EU prices. So you will not eat there twice a day, every day.

location and view from bedrooms are perfect
small and no common place, super small terrace

Absolutely fabulous stay - the location is great, away from the crowded concrete and walking distance from Sveti Stefan. The host "Mima" was wonderful - right from helping with paperwork to her and her whole family helping us with a flat tire in our rental car. The apartment is quite generously spaced and it was great to sip a beer on the balcony.
Nothing really - we should have planned for a longer stay.
