Indian Harbour Beach Club condo 404. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your extra large private balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.

This unit comes with everything you need for your vacation. Free wireless internet, spectrum, with 3 flat screen televisions, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and much more. You can sleep 4 people comfortably, king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the guest room.

My husband and I purchased this condo 5 years ago. We had been staying in this complex for several years before purchasing. From our first stay we just loved the spaciousness of these condos. The beach is so quiet. You will never have to fight for a place on the sand or even at our pool. The views from the balcony can not be beat. It’s a great place to watch launches from Cape Canaveral. It is close to many great restaurants. You are approx. an hour from Disney and Universal. There is also a great zoo in Melbourne. This is a perfect place for families or couples looking for a fun but a peaceful get away.

Our family loved the condo and area. It was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The balcony views are spectacular with sunrises and we saw dolphins as the sun rose one morning as well. No fighting for space at the pool or on the beach. We brought a body board which I would suggest if you like the beach and waves. Great area for it! You could stay at the condo and never leave or you could explore the area as we did in Cocoa Beach, Universal Studios one day and the local restaurants had some of the best food! The BBQ on site was easy to use for those nights we stayed in. Parking and instructions were simple and easy to follow - hassle free. The condo is a great place to rest, enjoy and reset. I look forward to returning.

Just gorgeous. Very clean, well-appointed. Friendly staff and check-in, owner attentive and gracious. Beautiful balcony views-saw dolphins and even a SpaceSX launch as a bonus! Convenient covered parking, and easy walk to the beach. Will stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding at Harbour House and the location of this condo was PERFECT! From the moment we walked in to the place, you could tell that the owners take great pride in it--it's updated, great decor and the sound of the waves on the balcony were amazing! We will surely look at returning to this place! While we didn't have any interaction with the property manager on site, (the homeowner was great at reaching out to see if we had arrived and if everything was ok) so I rated that as excellent as well! Thanks!

We booked this condo after our original condo cancelled on us 2 days prior to our vacation. This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The beach was so quiet and not packed at all. The condo was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for my daughter to use. We will definitely stay here again when/if we return to the area!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Location right on the beach with very few other people to share with. Used the grill just about every night, very convenient to have. Beds were super comfortable, balcony big and spacious. Entire condo was well furnished and clean Will be in touch as we may have to come back next year Would highly recommend

We had a fabulous time on spring break and this little gem was just what we needed! Weather was perfect, condo was super nice and clean. It was decorated so nice and was up to date! The communication with the owner was great and they answered any questions we had. The beach was so nice and quiet. Wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

This was the perfect condo for me, my husband and my 5 year old son. There was so much room and the condo was newly renovated. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and plenty of toys for my son. There is not one thing I’d change.

The exterior of the condo could be better, BUT it is just fine. Who cares. The pool is heated, beach is amazing, walk or short ride to seveal restauarants and bars. The apartment inside is awesome. Perfect for me, my wife, and 5 year-old. It really was awesome. The only negative, which is not a negative at all, is that the ceiling is chipping. Norhing else inside is laike that.All and all, we loved it. Had a great time. Location is on the main strip that you drive up and down - going from beach to beach.

We were looking to relax a few days on the east coast after a business trip to Orlando, this condo was a perfect spot! It's super close to the ocean, most of our time was on the deck watching and listening to the waves. Also fun to track the half dozen or so surfers out there! Condo was very nice, roomy for the two of us, had everything we needed. Grounds kept nice, clean oceanfront pool was great. Close to shopping and grocery. Hope we can stay again sometime!!!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, well decorated, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach items that were available for our use. The pool was clean and well maintained. We loved hearing the ocean from the spacious condo balcony and the beach views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The condo is so clean and the whole property is taken care of so well. The furniture is comfortable and the closet space is great (our one year old even slept in the master walk in it’s that big!!). The master bath has a place to put your make up on which I loved and now wish I had one at home. The views are unbeatable from the living room and master bedroom with a great sized balcony also! The walk to the beach is so easy with a shower to clean off before you go inside. The pool is really well taken care of with plenty of seating. There is a great space outside to grill and a picnic table to eat at also. The condo was very well stocked and has all the kitchen utensils we wanted, has three beach chairs and an umbrella too!! Everyone was super friendly from the office ladies to the maintenance crew and the owners who were super helpful and responsive and kind! The location is great too, near Cocoa Beach and Orlando with grocery stores and restaurants nearby but still a quiet beach that we essentially had to ourselves all week which was great! We really appreciated the covered parking so that our car wasn’t super hot to get Into with two small kids. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were all bonuses also! It was also a bonus to have TVs in the bedrooms and living room with plenty of channel options with Directv. We for sure would recommend this condo and hope to go back in the future! Thanks for the great stay!!
