location is near the city center and it’s easy to go around
the room has a weird smell, has mosquitoes, and the bathroom seemed like they dont clean it regularly (tiles, sink, and faucets have a lot of stains)

good location
bloodstains on the mattress topper, noisy, no facilities, bathroom smelled bad.
Hotel was having a party for Sinulog festival but upon check in nothing was mentioned, felt like we were intruding and not welcome. Overpriced even for Sinulog time. such a shame :(

Facilities is really good, location is very good too. Staff are kind people. Price is right.
Water pressure on shower is really low. We only stayed one night so it's fine. Also wifi signal is really low too. :(

the beds and the super soft sheets! unexpected in that type of accommodation great surprise :)
a tiny bit loud, bathroom could have been more ventilated but not surprising in a humid country

Well they had cable TV, with international channels like BBC and Al Jazeera.
Everything else. The photos on their booking page are very appealing, but the reality is so far from this. I have no idea how this place got good reviews so far. It's so run down, dirty, and unkept. I stayed at room 102 and immediately upon entering the room there was a sewage-like odor that the caretaker insisted was "Downy." The bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly for god knows how long. There were visible molds in the shower area and I saw a couple of roaches crawling around. It also smells terrible. The air-conditioner is too loud, you cannot make a phone call. Around it is brown masking tape to cover the possible holes/ air vents.
This place is just poorly maintained.

Relatively new and thus very clean and well-maintained place. I love all the white bright colors. Loved that there are many options for areas with WIFI to hangout besides the room: the cozy lobby, the homey kitchen and the airy patio. I also liked the helpful, friendly and attentive staff who cleaned the common areas daily. The place is also a short walking distance to two Catholic churches, 2 Jollibees, 7-11 and Shell Gas station/Convenience store. There's a dry cleaner shop right around the corner. The main gate is closed in the evening for extra security.
I came during the height of the coronavirus so the occupancy was low. This worked in my favor because for the most part I had the common areas to myself and didn't have to worry about other guests who perhaps are not good about cleaning after themselves.
For the most part none especially for the price and what you get. However, you do see a few (not a lot) of mosquitoes in the room and in the common areas.

Decent rooms and bathrooms with good communal kitchen to use. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It was very noisy with traffic. Didn’t feel particularly happy walking back there in the dark.

All things ie. rooms, kitchen, public spaces are new & well kept.
Friendly staffs (the guy on night shift & the lady on day shift) and helps a lot if you asked or request anything. They will try their best to deliver it.
CCTV is everywhere, its secured.
Jeepney or other transportation is easy to find as it is next to the main road.
Noise/honking from cars from the main road might disturb your peaceful time inside your room.
