I loved it as soon as we walked in! The cabin was cozy and fresh, the hottub was clean 👌. We just loved it! There was a bit of a diwner at the end of our stay, i guess a pipeline broke near our cabin and we ended up being without water so the rest of the night 😔. Good thing it was back in the morning. The cabin was just awesome

Nice overall. Some updates could be useful with kitchen utensils, pots to cook in. Also the basement is nice but if some type of heating could be added would be used better in winter time. Thanks for letting us stay overall great location and spacious house.

We came to Ruidoso for a weekend getaway. We met with some locals and went out for a SxS ride. Cabin was nice, roomy, and had a very cool setup. We also had two trailers and had plenty of room getting in and out. Would stay again!

Our stay was great, easy find and access. My only complaint is that our stay was mid February and they still had Christmas up inside and out, 2 trees took up needed room in the small living area and master.

The house was nice and cozy. Very clean. There were appropriate amounts of towels and toiletries. The back porch area was very clean and nice.

The house had all we needed for a fun stay in NM! Hot tub, game room and full kitchen supplies.
We had a minor leak in the kitchen and property mgmt fixed immediately. Great location and good for families.
4.7
Everything was great except we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub for the reason that our eyes were burning due to too much chlorine/chemicals in the water.

All was excellent. Races were close. We will come back!! Made great memories with friends.
4.7
The cabin was the perfect size for our family, had everything we needed to cook, beds were all big & comfortable. The location is close to downtown and all amenities. The game room was a huge bonus! We will definitely book this cabin again for future trips!!

We had a blast. We went to town for about 4-5 hrs per day and spent the rest of the time visiting, laughing, and playing games at the cabin. It was such a nice place just to unwind and relax.

In master bedroom there was dog hair all over sheets, bed cover, pillow cases.i had to go out to buy soap just to wash covers before we could sleep. The house smelt like water damage or mold, the coffee pot had coffee left in pot with mold.it was hard to reach office when I arrived because my code did not work found out I was15 minutes early before 4pm and would not let me in until right at 4pm. Office did not answer until about 10th call, she said she is the only one in office and was rude.

Great location. Close to town and attractions. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Wild life was a real treat.

Location was good and the house was nice. Beds were comfortable. (Which is a huge deal).
Tried to contact property management when we arrived and we couldn’t get anyone to answer. (We had a couple of questions that we wanted answered… but just gave up trying to contact them.)
One of the reasons we chose this property was for the game room area in the garage. This area was not useable due to how cold it was. The heater in the room was not capable of warming the area.
We had to clean all the dishes before using them. The family that used the house before us had placed dirty glasses and cookware in the cabinets.
I feel that housekeeping should have noticed this and should not have left dirty dishes in the cabinets.
I would highly recommend that people bring additional blankets. The ones on the beds are not real thick and one of the bedrooms remains really cold compared to the other 2.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, made some fond memories, and would consider staying in the same house when we return to Ruidoso.

Everything was nice but furnace was not working properly or is controlled remotely. We could not turn temperature higher than 72 and there weren't any logs for the fireplace.

As always this house is perfect for us. We've stayed before and we just really enjoy the homey feel to it. Has everything you'll need just bring clothes. Cant wait to stay again. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Great home but a couple of things were not great. Guest shower had a moldy curtain, toilet and toilet seat broken. Locked doors to go to back yard. Great space, grear beds and bedroom sizes, although more than 6 could have fit.

We enjoyed our time relaxing at Wits' End in Ruidoso. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is close to everything. Not secluded or spectacular views but cozy and comfortable. Master bedroom is large and spacious with private bath. Other 2 rooms are smaller but decent. We had deer come up in the front yard and watched some cross in the back. Our property suggestions: add lighting to exterior stairs... fairly dark and was scary unloading in the dark while sleeting. Needs a better deep cleaning...drawers, cabinet fronts, throw pillows and comforters, etc. We ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper and had to go buy more to get by. I brought my own tide pods or the 4 there wouldn't have sufficed either. Patio door from living room is hard to unlock/open. Porch light doesn't always work.

We had a great time at this cabin. Would definitely go again!
