Our host Niko was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The house was ckean, and supplies all provided by Niko. Short walking distance to main town in Sami.

No dislikes as we were extremely satisfied.

Typical Greek Home

Perfect accommodation for a couple and a single (3 persons). Our host had thought of everything and supplied all of our needs. Lovely to stay in a typically Greek home.

The house is amazing. The owner is really nice and helpful, she was so kind. House is really close to the Sami center. I took a taxi from Sami to Antisamos beach. Really nice place. The house is big, with kitchen and a garden with beautiful cats. I enjoyed my stay here.

The owner was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The house had everything we needed. It was spotless and comfortable. It had a beautiful outdoor area to relax in. It was only a few minutes walk to several good restaurants and cafes. Fruit shops and supermarkets were close by. We would stay here again.

Enjoyoyed our stay and the ease of everything, will definatly stay again.

The owner were really nice and helpful people. The property was spotlessly clean and everything was available and the nice things like all utensils, fresh towels etc wer excellent. Attention to detail was lovely , even a few chocolates and a choice of cofee making. Would highly recommend and will stay again, great value for money in a a great location.

Nothing it was exactly what the Greek islands on a moderate budget should be.

Lovely apartment, great location. Would definitely recommend.

Spotlessly clean. Two bathrooms. Lots of hot water. Well equipped with lovely large fridge/freezer. Excellent air conditioning in bedrooms. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very comfortable beds. Mosquito/fly mesh and shutters on all the windows. Great location - short walk to the sea and all the restaurants. Very helpful and welcoming hosts - nothing was too much trouble but they respected our privacy. Quiet road.

Bad experience

Only the location, it is close to the city center

Ralloy Hoyse is among the biggest accommodation disappointments we have ever had part of. Firstly, the space is very very small, not suitable at all for 4 adults (2 couples) - maybe it would be ok for 2. Secondly, the twin room doesn't have a door and the window is facing the neighbour's kitchen, which is less than 1 m away. The double bed bedroom is so tiny you could hit your toes at any corner. The bathroom was leaking and the matress was uneven, so we could hardly rest. Apart from the fact that it's close to the center, there's nothing that recommends this villa. The host was also like a ghost, had nothing in common with the Greek hospitality we have encountered until now - we only saw her once when we arrived, we found no refreshments in the fridge and also the garbadge was not taken away in any of the 3 days we spent here. Imagine how that feels like at 35°+. There was also no sugar, salt or oil and the kitchen closet smelled like mould. Maybe a much smaller price would be a compromise, but even so we will not ever return to Ralloy Hoyse.

Wonderful house at Sami

We are a family for 4 people and we enjoyed this house for 4 nights for the summer time. The house is in the center of Sami, where everybody can do what they want to visit the center, to go and have a coffee in the center or go for a swim, so everything is reachable by foot. We park the car in front of the house so it was not a problem at all. So we enjoyed very much the house and the host is very nice person and give us the information that we needed. Thank you very much for the help and you kindness! Hope the best for you, for sure we will return again to visit you!Thanks, Milena!

Exceptional

We liked everything really, the location was perfect for us as we were roaming the island to enjoy as many beaches as possible. Also this is very close to the riviera where you can enjoy nights out as there are lots of restaurants and cafe bars. The owner of property was very kind and helpfull, such a sweet and pleasant person. We will definitely be back next holiday! 🤗
