Dimora Il Mandorlo is exceptional and we really did think it was perfect. The place has been designed optimally for peace and quiet, each apartment is private and gives the feeling of being alone. it is even better than it looks in the photographs, and the facilities are fantastic. We loved the private garden space, fresh herbs for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine and a well thought out kitchen with everything you need to cook. The shared areas were wonderful and never busy so it felt like you had a private pool. There are hammocks strung up in the trees and abundant flowers which attract butterflies and humming bird hawk moths. We could not have been happier there and Tamara was a brilliant and thoughtful host. Tamara had thought of lots of things to make guests life easier, an example being a trolley to help bring luggage from the car. Tamara also organised fresh figs, grapes and plums to be brought from the garden. Highly recommended property and we would definitely return here and consider it the best self catering property we have stayed in, in 10 years visiting Italy.
Honestly, nothing.

Set in a very peaceful setting this accommodation offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Apartments are spacious and clean, with a very nice outside patio. Used to love relaxing on the hammocks in the common areas in the surrounding gardens. Pool area is very secluded and quiet which is definitely a bonus.
Since its set in a valley, reception and WiFi can cause issues at times.

Tamara is a great host!
Beautiful property at the countryside of Puglia between Ostuni and Cisternino.
Well equipped, clean house with private garden and beautiful view.
Gorgeous pool area and garden.

Beautiful property+ spacious inside with gorgeous and functional bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave!) The pool was amazing and even though it wasn’t that warm at the end of May we still swam- the shallow depth helped keep it from not being too cold. The flowers and fruit trees and hammocks all added to the luxuriousness. Tamara left us Tarelli treats. Bed was super comfortable. there were some quiet roads to walk just outside the property. and it was close to Ostuni (too many tourists and high prices) and Cisternino where we rented bikes for the day and rode both to Locorotondo and on the acquaduct cycle trail.

We had a lovely stay. Tamara was a great host and had lots of recommendations for the area. The apartment ist equipped with everything we needed and furnished with love for details and storage everywhere.
We especially enjoyed our time at the spacious common pool and garden area especially considering that there are only three apartments at the location. And since each apartment has their own little garden section as well, you'll always find a quiet spot no matter what.

I have received very helpful instructions to find the accommodation. The host was flexible with check in and check out. She also made our stay extra special with the Christmas decorations, lights and gifts.
There were basic food items, coffee pods left to us, which made the first couple days much easier because the shops were not open. We also got a little cart to help us carrying our suitcases in. I was worried about the temperature of the apartment coming from the hot summer to the winter, but the heating was perfect.
Only the humidity caused some discomfort but it is normal in winter time in Puglia. Everything was perfect! I cannot wait to come back in summer time to enjoy the pool and great resting areas with hammocks.

We stayed for five nights in the Melograno apartment at the start of August, and we had a wonderful time.
We had a really long wait for the rental car at the airport and we ended up arriving later than planned, but despite this, Tamara was there to greet us, and was very kind and welcoming. It was handy that there was a trolley for our luggage to move our suitcases from the car to the apartment.
Upon arrival, Tamara gave us a tour of the site, including the pool area and our apartment itelf. All areas of the villa were extremely clean and very well-presented. Inside the apartment were all the amenities that you could need, and Tamara had also provided some local and essential foods and drink. It was good that laundry detergent, washing up liquid and other cleaning products were all provided. The cot and high-chair that we requested by email for our baby were also set-up ready for us, which was great after a long journey. The air-con was lovely on the hot days.
The space in the villa was ideal for us and it was so well-equipped. Outside, the patio area was lovely. We really enjoyed sitting out here in the evenings with a drink and nibbles. Even though the pool is shared with two other apartments, every time we went to use it, it was empty, so it was like having our own private pool. Our daughter loved it, and it was ideal because the water wasn't too deep. It was great that each apartment had its own assigned sunloungers and parasols. The grounds are all well-cared for, and the hammocks were a lovely touch.
The villa itself, in the heart of the Puglia countryside, is well-situated for easy access to many of the local towns including Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and Locorotondo, all within a close driving distance.
Overall, we had a great holiday and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything about the place was exceptional the only thing that needs to be improved are the direction s as our Sat Nat took us straight past the place and we were completely lost.

THE perfect apartment to explore Puglia. The apartment has everything you need and more. In the morning and afternoon you can enjoy the pool and tranquility, while visiting the lovely towns of Ostuni, Locorotondo and more at night. Probably one of the best apartments we’ve been at so far.

Beautiful grounds. Great location, just outside the town of Ostuni so easy access but peace and quiet. Pool was great. Very clean and nice apartment. separate from the other 2 units so very quiet and private. Laundry and dishwasher on site was very convenient. Host was really nice; met us on site for check in and check out.
