Hôtel proche centre-ville Bilbao. Confort moderne.

Hôtel pas très loin du centre de Bilbao. Possède un garage en face de l'hôtel mais j'ai du negocier pour la graruite d'y parquer un vélo. Pas de petit dejeuner. Chambre petite mais confortable.

Accueil très impersonnel et peu aimable. Possibilite de garer mon vélo en sécurité

Удобное местоположение, недалеко до главных достопримечательностей, рядом много маленьких магазинчиков и 3 супермаркета. Есть автомат с кофе около ресепшн.

Очень сильная слышимость в номере - слышно все, что происходит у соседей (у меня с двух сторон были очень шумные), плохо стекала вода в раковине.

Lindo y limpio!

Súper cómodo y amplio. Con cocina y baño. Ducha grande y limpia. Heladera, ollas y utensilios básicos. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas

No había tenedores. El inodoro perdía agua. Estaba un poco a trasmano del centro

Hotel sin más en muy mala zona

El baño, para lo cutre que parecía estuvo bastante bien.

Hotel bastants cutre. Lo peor es que está en muy mala zona y no parece del todo seguro. Me habría gustado que alguien me hubiese avisado de eso. La zona de entrada al hotel es bastante rara, está dividido como en varias partes y de la recepción a nuestra habitación teníamos que pasar por un pasillo largo que daba al exterior en el que solía haber gente muy rara. La habitación justita, olía bastante mal. En general no nos dio confianza. Se nos fue la luz en dos ocasiones, una de ellas de madrugada, y al ir a reclamar a la recepción no había nadie.

Ubicación buena, a 15 minutos del centro. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación espaciosa para 2 personas.Cubre lo que necesitábamos en nuestro viaje, ubicación no lejana al centro y habitación cómoda para descansar y conocer durante el día. Relación calidad-precio buena.

La ducha perdía agua. Falta de almohadas extra o cojines.

Buena relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones muy cómodas y cumplen su función. El personal muy amable. La ubicación a 15 minutos del centro.

Se encuentra en un barrio con un ambiente un poco raro y se necesita pagar un parking ya que es imposible aparcar

Repetire sin dudarlo.

La de recepcion majisima y siempre con una sonrisa. Realiza su trabajo con ganas, muy bien. El wc-cuarto d baño, nuevo, limpio, la ducha tbn excelente. Habitacion silenciosa y fresquita. Repetire!

Que tuve q esperar aq me atendieran a mi llegada x habia mas gente. Pero no pasa nada.

Clean. Centrally located at 1.5km from Gugenheim and city center

This hotel seems to be opened recently. All new and super clean. Fairly spacious room with everything you need. Friendly reception who speak english very well.

Comfortable enough for one night, would not return

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The bed was large and comfortable enough. We even got upgraded to a new room after a scheduling error.

The location was terrible, very dirty and noisy street. The unit itself was not very warm or welcoming and we did not feel comfortable in it. Our keycard also stopped working before check out, and if it were not for some very nice hotel custodians, we would have been locked out.

Good

It's about as nice as a premier Inn but a lot cheaper. Main differences would be slightly worse bed, and they give you shower gel in sachets rather than on the wall (but there was plenty for me). I needed to charge my phone while I was out but I realised the power to the room was cut when the door key was removed from the holder on the wall (I'd previously though that only turned the lights off). My phone was at low battery so I really needed it charging while I was out. The receptionist was very helpful and gave me a second keycard to leave in the holder. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite my limited Spanish.

Only ome socket in the room (plus one in the en suite). This didn't end up affecting me though because I only had one EU adapter.

Superb

Great place. Helpful staff. Good location. Close to Lidl and Carrefour. A lot of cafeteria around. 15 minut walk to trains, metro and airport bus. Large room with small kitchen and wash machine. A/ C. Confortable shower.

No kettle in the room. With this 5* accomodation.

Good for a one night stopover

Location in city pretty good. Nice price. Room was fine.

Very noisy guests coming and going late hours. Much noise from neighbouring room. The hotel is in the middle of a commercial complex, a bit weird, a bit dingy.

It was a good, comfortable option for us as we were starting the Camino de Santiago the next day. The rooms are small but fine for what we needed. The bathroom was clean. They did not seem to know much about the Camino, but we figured out where to start from the map that is available at reception.

Very good privce/value ratio!

It's a very good location. Hotel is very, very good for a 2 star hotel. Great value for that price! If you are looking for a non expensive hotel with a good location which is close to the city center then this a hotel for you!

Exceptional

Friendly staff, attentive and also looked after our luggage for free on our final day as we had a late flight out. Bedroom was comfortable, more than big enough.

Small bottles of shampoo or a big one that dispenses from the shower wall instead of the sachets. Everything else was perfect

It can work for very short stays

It was a clean place and without much bureaucracy to check-in and out. It's very close to the train station and multiple facilities as well.

The walls were very thin, you could hear the next door room doing pretty much everything, including using the bathroom, taking showers, alarm clocks in the morning and so on. When we arrived there was also the sewage smell in the bathroom (which I saw it was also reported here 2 years ago), but the bad smell only lasted one day in our case.
