Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The kitchen was fully equipped which made preparing and cooking at home a breeze. Whether it was relaxing at home by the pool or taking a short ride into town, this house exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be back in the future!

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely perfect off-season weekend getaway, despite the rain, at Wainscott Hideaway. The house is as advertised and more. It’s comfortable, clean, well stocked, and welcoming! The 8 of us had plenty of room in the bedrooms/bathrooms. 2 of the 6 beds were shared. All were very comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook and congregate in. The wood burning fireplace was a plus on a rainy day. And if we had stayed longer, I’m sure we would’ve availed ourselves of the assorted games and many books lining the shelves. The location was convenient to vineyard and restaurants.
The staff at StayMarquis, especially Tara with whom we mostly dealt, are professional, accommodating, and extremely responsive to questions. The reservation and booking process, as well as check in and check out, were smooth and uncomplicated. We would not hesitate to re-book!

Such a clean and beautiful property with enough space for 10 adults. Very private, we played music outside without worrying about bothering neighbors. It was chilly but the pool heated up nicely. The only feedback is that the backyard lawn is really large but a bit patchy so we put up a badminton court (rented through Stay Marquis) to compensate. We had an amazing time and look forward to using the service again!

We had an excellent time relaxing here with a few friends. The location is convenient whether you're driving, taking the train or taking the bus. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. This house is fully equipped with anything you could need for a weekend away: pool table, ping pong, darts, pool / pool toys, games, puzzles, books, the works! I'd recommend it to anyone.

This house was great for our family. It was large enough to have guests and had a lot of fun amenities for all to enjoy! The backyard is large and private. We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay Hosted By StayMarquis
My family recently stayed at a property hosted by StayMarquis in the Hamptons. When we arrived we were greeted by Miriam of StayMarquis who shows us the ins and outs of the property. She was delightful and showed us all aspects of the property and how to get the most out of the property. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable of the property and her walkthrough of the property with us was detailed. We didn’t want her to leave and even our dog loved her. The property was fantastic and perfectly maintained. Any questions we had and were texted to StayMarquis were immediately responded to by Ty at StayMarquis. Ty was our contact at StayMarquis from our initial booking until we walked out the door when we left. Ty was wonderful and was always prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will most definitely book with StayMarquis again and would highly recommend staying at a property hosted by StayMarquis

Great Christmas Stay in the Hamptons
We stayed at this property for two weeks over Xmas & NY. Great house, well equipped and in a great location. I would definitely stay at this location again.
Stay Marquis were great, very professional and responsive, we had a couple small issues which they jumped on immediately and fixed the next day. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and Stay Marquis to my friends.

Great house!
This property is great for a family and extended friends. Perfect for holiday, cooking as a group, entertaining , playing games with kids, evenings by the fire etc. would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and outdoors more.
Great job as far as keeping it clean, and new, it felt like we were in a hotel resort!

Wonderful stay
The listing is exactly as described. Staff at Stay Marquis did a wonderful job setting up the house with basic toiletries and a full kitchen of appliances, cookware and dinnerware. The outdoor space is wonderful for lounging and we had a great time riding the bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property!

Great trip in September
Great location in Wainscott for a family trip! Easy to get into East Hampton and Sag Harbor towns. We had more than enough space in the house, with amenities for kids/adults, and the backyard was ideal for grilling and swimming (and the pool heats up quickly). Great property overall!

Amazing stay at Wainscott Hideaway
We had an amazing stay at Wainscott. The house and the pool were immaculate. There was so much space, privacy and everything we needed right in the house. I would recommend StayMarquis to all my family and friends. The entire rental process and overall guest experience was absolutely seamless. It was such a pleasant experience to have a company and a \"front desk\" to communicate with (even though we had no issues during our stay!) as opposed to other rental options were you may not have a point of contact for your stay. We can\'t wait to rent again!

Wonderful Stay at Wainscott Hideaway
We had a wonderful stay at Wainscott Hideway. The home and grounds were beautiful, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and lovely artwork throughout the home. The area was quiet and very well located. There was plenty of room for everyone in the family. Communication with StayMarquis was quick and easy as well as check-in and check-out. We hope to visit again!
