Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Easy walk into town. Great for exploring the area.
Property would benefit from a chopping/bread board in kitchen. Ladies please note there is no hairdryer. Otherwise perfect. Would definitely book again

Everything was so clean and well decorated. The host was so close and responsive to even little questions. Everything was exactly as described and the location was a five minute walk to everything in Skipton. Would stay here again!

This lovely 2 bedroomed house is in a lovely quiet area but a quick walk into town. It is absolutely immaculately clean and cant fault it. Dan is a lovely pleasant bloke who stopped for a chat when we were sitting in the sunny little seating area to the rear. My only criticism is that the house lacks curtains, it would be so much more homely especially in the bedroom to keep the early morning sun out. We'd definitely return next time we are in Skipton - which is a beautiful little place.

The property is almost like coming home after a heavy day of enjoying yourself. The property is very comfortable and has mostly all the facilities that you need. We felt that there needs to be more crockery, mugs etc and cutlery to make using the dishwasher sensible.

We were totally impressed with what a great town Skipton is and that 22 Neville was such a great place to stay. It was very comfortable for two couples with modern appliances and furnishings. Convenient to the town centre. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during our visit to the Dales.

Beautiful House
This was a lovely clean, well equipped comfortable house in a brilliant location for Skipton. The bed was very comfortable, normally I get back ache but not here. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was plenty to do. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Only took the car out twice. Able to get everywhere we wanted on bus, train or walking.
I would thoroughly recommend this house for a holiday of any length

Delightful cottage
Delightfully modernised cottage in an old development of miners' terrace houses. 5 minute climb up the 'donkey steps' from Skipton town centre. Very well equipped. Spotlessly clean.

Great welcome from Dan (thanks for the wine) . House had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable. Dan provided sanitiser and masks in case we didn't bring any. The house was spotless and felt very safe in these strange times. Excellently situated just a short distance on foot to all amenities. Thanks to Dan for a great stay.

Terrific Property
The house was like new, clean and everything worked. Lots of space, great location and terrific owner. We would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Skipton.
Quiet area, yet just a few minutes to the train and the shops and restaurants down town, all less than 10 minutes walk.

Perfect location
We arrived quite late on Friday evening and Dan was waiting for us with the keys and a welcome bottle of wine. The property is well placed for the town and the railway station and we did not use the car for the rest of the week. Skipton is delightful and my only complaint is that there are too many nice looking pubs, restaurants and coffee shops to fit in during the week.
Skipton Castle and the surrounding woods are well worth a visit. We were lucky to find a good spot to watch the UCI cycle race on Sunday sheltering from the rain.
The cottage is well equipped, the kitchen and bathroom very nice and there is an excellent jigsaw table in the dining room. A must in a rainy week.
We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.

Birthday break
Good location to explore Skipton and the surrounding areas. Plenty of information to help us decide where to visit. Dan was there to greet us on arrival, offer local advice and kindly gave us a bottle of wine to get the holiday started. Great weather and a great holiday!

Sehr gut!

lovely Property Great Location
Its worth noting this property is new as a holiday let hence limited reviews. Lovely House immaculately clean. It is well fitted and kitted with everything you need. The location is excellent for walking into Skipton. The house is on a very quiet street. We were greeted by the owner who as a local has a wealth of knowledge should you need it. We had no reason to contact the owner however clear details provided should this have been necessary. A nice touch with a bottle of wine on arrival thank you Dan. I have no doubt we will be back in the future.
