With magnificent views over the nearby village to the splendid mountains beyond, a quick glance at the websites for each of the two apartments within, reveal Etale a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 11 people, with a more traditional cosy feel, lower ceilings, and smaller windows.
Together these two apartments can accommodate up to 15 people in 8 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
Both apartments have wood burning stoves, and indoor saunas. Out of doors both apartments have their own nordic baths. Both have independent terraces well stocked with outdoor furniture, both have gardens, and independent car parking spaces.
Etale has a fabulous indoor games area with table tennis and bar football, plus a dormitory room with two sets of bunk beds. There is a double lounge around the wood-burning stove, a separate TV room, and a combined kitchen /dining room.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
Please note: Etale is a ground floor apartment in the converted farmhouse Chalet Meridien. There is another apartment (Tournette) on the first floor. Larger groups can rent both together and there are two dining tables in Tournette which can be fitted together with enough chairs so that groups of up to 15 people can eat together in one space. Chalet Etale, in keeping with the style of local properties of this age, has low ceilings and small windows.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Rustic, very cosy property with quality bedding. The bathroom on the upper level is great. The ceiling height in the lower bathroom is a little low for tall people. Heaters work perfectly. The outdoor area invites you to lounge around. In the village, on the road to the chalet, there's a super cozy café selling souvenirs. Contact with the OVO Network team was very good. There is nothing to improve.

La décoration de ce chalet est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le côté authentique du chalet, et aussi que le bain nordique qui nous a permis de nous relaxer après les heures passées dans la neige. Laetitia la manager est très sympa !

Lovely stay! Need some patience with the hottub.
We got a code to a padlock which gave us the key. That was all that was required as a checkin. There was some apple juice and authentic pate set ready for us which was a nice suprise.
Very nice looking wooden chalet with 3 indoor hangout places. The couches and chairs are very comfy.
Lots of lights that can be turned on or off allow you to make the rooms feel romantic, cozy or active. The wooden stove is great and really adds to the experience. The hottub takes some time to setup, since its also powered by a wooden fire, but its fun chopping wood and preparing it.
The cooking stove is a slow electric one which doesn't give a lot of control.
One of the double bedroom didn't have a great mattras and slatted base. They should be replaced/fixed which i communicated to the owner.

Lovely place, great area
Thank you for a lovely few weeks in Manigod. The apartment is nice and the views into the valley are delightful. The apartment is wonderfully located and we had a memorable 3 weeks in the Alps. La Clusaz has all you need in a summer mountain resort, the area is not overly touristy, there are wonderful walking trails in every direction. Thônes is close enough and large enough for provisioning. Laetitia the manager who looks after the apartment is charming and the apartment was spotlessly presented. Special thanks to her !

Superbe chalet
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau chalet. Le lieu est plein de cachet, la déco superbe. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces extérieurs, ainsi que l'immense cuisine à l'ancienne, avec une table pour plus de 10 personnes. Le plus a aussi été le service de conciergerie, par exemple le réfrigérateur rempli à notre arrivée, selon notre demande.

Wonderful and very cosy
We had a great time with our whole team of musqueteers (IT-consultancy company from the Netherlands) for a ski trip in chalets Tournette and Etale. The chalets were wonderfull and very cosy with a nice fireplace and a great view. Everything was very clean and when we arrived there were nice and lovely welcome packages. We had every night dinner with the whole group (16 persons) in chalet Tournette where we had plenty of space. The last night we ate raclette, arranged by the chalet manager. It was delicious!

The chalet was exactly as described and viewed in website photos - lovely!
Very well equipped, with a cosy atmosphere and log burner, there was plenty of space and lovely views. The bedrooms were of good size too. Elodie the manager was flexible about arrival times and very welcoming. There is a good variety of skiing, and the slopes were relatively quiet for half term. We also enjoyed shopping in La Clusaz.

A superb chalet - we spent a blissful week in Manigod, with great skiing for our beginner children. The weather wasn't great, but this barely affected the holiday, so good is the La Clusaz resort and town, beautiful views from the chalet, and cosy interior.

Cosy and inviting
We had such a lovely time here, it's such a cosy and inviting chalet. With everything so close, supermarkets, town, snow, restaurants... it made it perfect for us!! The kids loved it also!! The beautiful picturesque views are amazing to wake up to every day! MAny thanks for the Christmas tree and decorations.
