being told we was "being too loud" at 10pm but yet we could SMELL the "LOUD" from just about every room EVERY floor

Disappointed with the water pressure in the shower, very hard to sleep with all the blinding light

No water pressure, no blind, so the outside light kept me awake all night long.

Off to a bad start.

Front desk was terrible. When we questioned our reservation, the response was, Booking.com lies. They always lie and then we are the ones who deal with it. Makes me apprehensive about booking through Booking.com.

Just perfect !

Location was perfect , neat , clean , very nice staff , breakfast included .

Everything was fine ! I had to constantly log back in to have WiFi but it was no big deal

Nice room for the price

Good- large room, a/c works great, clean Second time staying at the hotel/location. Will probably stay again at some point.

Bad- rock hard mattress, too much water pressure, mini fridge sucks

Very good, very easy, very happy.

Breakfast was very good. Could have had a little more in the way of fresh items (fruit, etc.) but good variety and immaculately clean (an attendant monitored continuously throughout the breakfast hours). Location was good—convenient and felt reasonably safe. Great for business travel.

If I was vacationing, things to do within walking distance, but this place really seems targeted towards business travelers so I wasn’t expecting that.

Won’t stay here again

The place is nice

The Clark at the front desk is extremely rude! They accused me of smoking in the room! And charged me an additional $250 not accurate at all ! When I am out in public and smoke a cigarette I don’t toss my cigarettes butt onto the ground I will put the fire out and stick the cigarette butt into my pocket to throw away later ! Since I did toss them away I was accused of smoking in the room so I was charged a $250 fee !

Nice and clean

Someone on the 2nd floor Friday night was drunk and slamming doors and cussing for hours. No one could be located at front desk, and several people were down there to complain. Rooms were not as big as I thought they would be for the cost.

Desk clerk was rude, and lied to us. Room was filthy, and mattresses were about 100 years old with old toppers and sinking in middle.

Superb

I can’t think to say anything bad. So clean, nice & spacious room. Over the years, I’ve noticed many hotel bathrooms weren’t getting cleaned like they should. Their bathroom was sparkling clean, stain free tub & I really appreciated that. Perfect location. Nice heated pool stays open til 9. Will be my new go to!

Customer service by Ron is exceptional, fast check in , very welcoming. Great with kids and family. Amy in the breakfast was awesome too. Keeping everything clean and organized making sure everything and everyone was fine. We do travel a lot for jiu jitsu, so we stay a lot in hotels , this hotel exceeded our expectations , staff like Ron and Amy is admirable. Super nice and very welcoming and attentive . Spaces were big, bathroom sparkling clean. Pool is awesome too. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety of options you can have for breakfast and Amy and Ron were there also making sure all of us had what we needed. This is a 5 start customer service and facility to stay for anyone staying in the Columbus area. Next competition we have here we are staying again at this hotel for sure. Highly recommended.

Owner needs a class in customer service and property needs to be evaluated for the cleanliness and racist owner.

I only met 1 staff member, and get this HE IS THE OWNER. He was VERY RUDE, room was dirty, owner didn’t even offer to get room cleaned, he was trying to give me my money back before I even got the key to the room. I feel the owner is racist.
