Our host was accommodating allowing us to drop off our suitcases before the check-in time. Right next to subway and grocery store. Enjoyed the attention to detail: coffee, little croissants with jelly/Nutella.

Location to metro and supermarket only 2 mins. walk. Restaurants near by. Host very pleasant and helpful. Welcoming basket of goodies waiting for us when we checked in - very nice surprise and much appreciated. Did not need car as metro was available for all transport needs. Meet all our expectations.

Only small gripe was that the kitchen was small, but we still managed all our cooking requirements when needed.

A delightful stay in a short distance to the Duomo.

A lovely experience in a superb flat This is a so comfortable, nice and cozy property, in a one block walking distance to the Metro station and next to nice shops and cafeterias ☕️. We loved the building and neighbourhood atmosphere. The flat was clean, has wide windows and all the facilities we needed. The owner was very friendly, attentive an helped us with everything. I highly recommend this one. 👏🏻Bravissimo! Grazie Mille!

The apartment in general is very, very very nice. The owner is actually very helpful. Thank you to all of you. Great location for those who want to see the city center, Metro station is town on foot and very easy to get the center. You need 10 minutes to get the Duomo station. .

A great little gem! 💎

Location was ideal! Easy access to local shops, ATM machine and metro station. The apartment was super clean! It had everything we needed from air conditioning, cooking utensils to washing and ironing facilities. Federica was the perfect host! She made us feel very welcome and was always quick to respond to all of our queries which made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to explore Milan, Venice and Lake Como in our 3 days that we had. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment for any couples on a modest budget.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit/sleep on and we were unable to use it. Fortunately we have a small child so 3 of us were able to sleep in the main bedroom which had a large double bed.

The property was very clean and light. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom and kitchen, while rather small, had all of the things needed for our stay. The host, Fede was very nice and helpful.

The shower temperature was a bit hard to adjust at times

Wonderful experience, better than expected

The biggest advantage I would say, will be the location! Near to metro station, Lidl, shops, restaurants and more. Very clean and the apartment well organized. You have everything you need, the amenities are plentiful, and the overall space is very well used. For a group of 4 people it’s the best choice. Separate rooms for each couple and enough space. If we had any questions or we needed any info, the host was very helpful and responsive.

The pull-out couch should be replaced, it is worn out, and it makes some weird noises, and it starts to be quite unfonfortable. We had to use the heat from the AC units, because the radiators were cold, but I suppose it is from the municipality.

Superb

It was very clean. We had everything we needed and the host answered all of our questions. The location was good. Although it was not in the center, it was 250 steps to the metro station and you could be in the center in 15 minutes in total.

The walls are quite thin and the neighbours were very loud from time to time... Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Apartment was very spacious and modern. Frederica was kind enough to share with us a list of things to do and visit in Milan, and even got breakfast for us on our first morning. Location is superb. There is a metro line 1 minute from the apartment that will take you to the Duomo. Overall pleasant stay.

The walls in the apartment are paper-thin. We could hear everything that was happening in the apartment above us. This is a minor inconvenience, but someone walked in their high-heels around the apartment every single morning which woke us up.

Perfect apartment with the best owner

Federica is a very, very, VERY nice person that tries to help you and make you feel comfortable as good as she can! She gave us exact metro/route discriptions to the apartment and special places, helped us with traintickets and cheaper prices for restaurants. I would definitely come back to her apartment! It was clean, cozy and had everything you need. Thank you very much for everything. ♡

Perfect accommodation

The host is friendly and the room is very big. Kitchenware and sanitary products are complete. And every room has air conditioning! The transportation is also very convenient. A great stay experience!

Because I don't know Italian, I can't operate the washing machine, and the translation software always makes mistakes. It would be better if there was an English version of the annotation

Friendly host, nice apartment, good location.

Our host was very warm and friendly person, also gave many useful tips and information, recommended different places to visit. Apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. There was a very good bakery hundred meters from apartment, where you could buy fresh delicious pastries for breakfast. Also location was very good, only 200 meters from metro, easy to reach different destinations.
