Nice view, comfortable stay and clean facilities

Location is very central, nice facilities and super clean. Daniela is such lovely lady who was very helpful and very easy to communicate. Nice view. close to everything. Highly recommend the place

High walkability = difficult parking

This place is right in the middle of everything! Super walkable and beautiful view from the window.

Even though parking is listed as included, we still had to find street parking and walk 13 min to the apartment. Very unclear instructions on where to park.

Beautiful stay in Bellagio!

Great location in Bellagio!! Beautiful space looking out over the lake. Daniela was very communicative and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely come back.

Loved our stay at this property. You will not be disappointed.

Very friendly owner who communicated with us places to visit. Room are a window that fully opened with great views of town and lake. Very comfortable and spacious. Situated very close to ferry terminal.

Wonderful location, great communication, would stay again!

The apartment is in the perfect location, the first door from the main harbour front in Bellagio! We were met on arrival for a easy hand over. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfy beds with all the facilities you need!

Gem in the most central location

Very nice apartment located in the most central location. Extra cosy and clean. Amazing support from Daniela- tips on what to do and eat.

Lovely apartment in great location.

Excellent apartment. Everything we wanted and in a fantastic location with views of the lake. Less than a minute's walk to the boats and lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Very central location but quiet. We'll certainly hope to stay again next time we visit Lake Como.

Just bear in mind that it's on the third floor so can be hard work with a heavy suitcase! I was a little worried as I hadn't heard from the host about how to collect keys until the day of check in, but a video was sent on the day showing how to access keys.

Amazing location, good communication, great bathroom and comfy bed. But AC was useless with no fans and bar was loud… go

The location was absolutely perfect! two bedroom/two bath, comfortable beds, shower, and gray host

The property has AC but host would only allow it to go to 24C (75D). She said it was Italian law yet very other hotel/stay we were at was much cooler. so it was uncomfortable at night to sleep, no fan, and it’s so loud due to bar outside.

Don't hesitate, book it!

The location couldn't be better. Incredibly central but not noisy. Spacious apartment, the lake view is a treat. Would happily recommend and would definitely stay here again if returning to beautiful Bellagio.

The location was really great and you can see the beautiful lake directly from the window. the apartment was really clean and lovely. The owner replies very fast regarding our problems and also recommended a few nice place to eat around the area.

Very pleasant and bright property in a great location with a very friendly host.

Great location very conveniently near the ferry. Clean and bright, and cute little view from the kitchen/living window. good shower. Great having two bathrooms.

Excellent location but a few issues

The central location is absolutely amazing. Its steps away from several ferry ports and that made for a very convenient stay. If you are using the ferries in Lake Como, this property provides quick and easy access to the ferries. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has beautiful modern touches. There was 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms which was very spacious and can accomodate 4 people comfortably. The view was small but beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, good water pressure for a full ceiling waterfall shower. We didn't cook anything but there is an induction stove top, microwave and utensils.

The air conditioning really dampened our stay at Daniela's place. We were there for 3 nights during a heatwave (approx 34-35 degrees average highs). And the room temperature kept reading anywhere from 25-26 degrees. Since the AC is controlled remotely by Daniela, you have to text to ask to turn it up or down. We texted several times to lower the temperature but the room stayed in the 24-25 degrees range and since we like lower temperature to sleep, it didn't allow us to have the most comfortable sleep despite the comfortable bed. She had said they had tried to fix it twice but no change was seen from our end. If you like to have control over your room temperature, this might be something to consider. Adding some portable fans might be a good idea for the future. The apartment is up 3 floors which for us was okay, but if you have heavy luggage it might be an issue. The coffee machine didn't work and there was no air vent for the washroom.

We loved our stay here! This gem made our stay in Lake Como even more fantastic. The apartment is centrally located, within just a few steps you have shops, restaurants and even a couple of food stores where you can pick up some groceries to make breakfast. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and it has a beautiful view of the lake.
