We are so excited to bring to market The Carlton Collection. Sister property of The Cottage (7264142) next door and Red Hills Vista House (4257106) in Dundee.
Stay in Downtown Carlton - one of the best areas in the Willamette Valley. Smell the bakery (2 doors down) in the morning. Walk to breakfast, coffee, dinner and all the tasting rooms (next door, across the street and 1/2 block away on Main Street). We just completed a studs-out remodel of the entire house including new landscaping with a bocce ball court and fire pit. The 1 bedroom cottage next door is also available to rent if you need a 4th master suite. Everything is new including new king beds in all the rooms, new linens, towels and new housewares. All the bedrooms have 49" flat screen TV's.

Everyone had their own Master Suite and bathroom. No sharing of bathroom or shower. A huge plus for 3 couples. We love Carlton and this place can’t be anymore convenient to everything. Earth and Sea next door, Carlton Corners behind, bakery across the street and drive through coffee 2 doors down.
Clean, well kept, comfortable beds, great flower garden and outdoor seating areas Highly recommended.

What a beautiful home! I have nothing but positive things to say about this adorable house in Carlton! The 3 primary suites were ideal for 3 couples! The quaint little town of Carlton was by far our favorite in the area. Lots of great restaurants and tasting rooms all within walking distance! You must visit the Earth and Sea right next door and the Blind Pig! Both were delicious! The owners were great! Even ran an iron over to the house for us! We will definitely stay there again!

We had 3 couples in town for a wine tour trip and this house in Carlton was the perfect home away from home. Super cute home, all the comforts you would want, and plenty of space for each couple. This was a great place to chill after a “hard” day of wine tasting.

Sisters flew in to experience Oregon Wine Country. Winter storm closed all the wineries and most places in Carlton. We hunkered down in this well equipped cozy home. Owner super responsive when storm knocked heat out. Plenty of blankets to wrap up in. Space heaters. Cozy beds!! We didn’t have the weekend we planned but between the super responsive owner and darling house…we had a great time. We will be back to explore Carlton and enjoy the outside space!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is new, beautifully decorated and very clean. The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Carlton is a small but lively town. We enjoyed the Carlton Bakery across the street each morning as well as eating at The Blind Pig and, Earth and Sea next door. The home is in the perfect location for venturing out to wineries across the region. We highly recommend booking this home for your wine country experience.

This little Carlton gem was perfect for our group of 6. Traveling with 3 couples, the house gave us the perfect amount of together and separate time (loved having separate bathrooms and bedrooms). The house had a nice layout and beautiful backyard to relax in. We also loved that we could walk to restaurants and wineries in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect for 3 couples /family! Well stocked kitchen and comfy everything !! Host is accessible and accommodating. Location couldn’t be better - walk out the door for delish coffee and breakfast goodies in the morn or don’t plan to go far or drive as dinner choices close by as well. Exquisite home, excellent location. Would have liked outdoor chairs wiped down before we arrived and luggage racks in each bedroom to avoid placing cases on lovely linens or furniture. Would stay againin a heartbeat and will berecommending to friends and family.

Beautiful renovated cottage with three master suites each with en-suite bathrooms. We had atmospheric river overhead for majority of visit , but the cottage location allowed a short walk to shopping restaurants and tasting rooms. We did take a trip to Durant (highly recommend). We loved the laid back vibe and freindly folk everywhere.. *****+

The house was perfect for our group. We loved being downtown in the middle of all the action and walking distance from shops, the bakery, restaurants and wine tasting. The restaurant next door is a must!

We chose to stay in Carlton because it was the center of the Willamette Valley AVA. The house was perfect for our objectives and would be perfect for three couples. Modern, spotless, and within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants.

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this beautiful and spacious home smack dab in the middle of Carlton, a cute town with many restaurants and wine-tasting rooms. We enjoyed wine tasting and hiking in the area and found Carlton to be very conveniently located.
The house is well and comfortably equipped, the kitchen is well outfitted, the beds are comfortable, and the garden is stunning. We enjoyed time around the great fire pit and played some bocci in the bocci court.
The host Scott was very helpful and responsive. Thank you, Scott!

I could write a lengthy review with all the positives that one could conger, but this property is simply the best…it is in perfect condition in the perfect location. The host is focused on the guests comfort and satisfaction. Once we start to make plans to return, we will make sure the house is available before we book our flight.

Outstanding home in the middle on wine and farm country.
The home is located in the quaint town of Carlton. If you are a foodie and love wine this is the place to stay. The home is nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and had all the comforts of being home. Scott was a great host and very responsive. Beautiful gardens surround house which we enjoyed everyday. The Carlton bakery across the street was a treat in the morning. Closed Mon and Tues. Earth and Sea which is right next door has great food, wine and atmosphere. Cuvee a French bistro is walking distance also. Lots of tasting rooms from several different vineyards right in town. Will for sure come back to this property.

Amazing home!
We had a wonderful time at the Carlton home. The house has been beautifully remodeled. It looks amazing. We’ve stayed at over a dozen rentals in the US and overseas and this home is clearly at the top of the list. The home was perfect with 3 great bedrooms and bathrooms and a very nice and well equipped kitchen. The home was perfectly stocked and very very clean. We will return and we home to stay at the home again.
The little town was also perfect, very small but the bakery and coffee shop at the corner was perfect for breakfasts and Park and Main was perfect for a lunch or light inexpensive dinner. A great all around experience. Thank you Scott and team for a great experience.

Wonderful stay in wine country
Property was fantastic! It was exactly as expected from the pictures. Location couldn’t be better for enjoying Carlton on foot and plenty of wineries within short driving distances. Owner was responsive with each inquiry prior to & throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful wine country home base
We had two couples staying for a joint 20th anniversary wine tasting trip. We could not have had a more perfect base for our three days in the Willamette Valley. The home was clean and updated and well stocked with everything we needed. The little touches like the bottles of water in the fridge, the welcome gifts on the counter and the extra towels, paper goods, etc. put this properly over the top. The location is perfect - plenty of places to walk to and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We greatly enjoyed pizza from Park & Main and a bottle of wine on the patio the first night along with some bocce. The garden is beautiful and more than one person walking by stopped to comment on it. Scott was extremely responsive and the information provided was thorough. Made our stay easy and stress free. Stay here - you won’t regret it!!

It was perfect for 3 couples! The cleanliness, design, and finishings were amazing. Everyone was very pleased with the house and area. Carlton is centrally located to all of the wineries.
Scott (the owner) was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying there again on our next adventure to Oregon.

Our stay at this beautiful home was great! The property appeared to be newly renovated with a really nice kitchen, three very comfortable bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. There was plenty of room for three couples and the location in Carlton was convenient for walking into town and to visiting many wineries,

Amazing Stay in Carlton For NYE
The house was perfect for 3 couples. We have an annual NYE trip and this year we decided to check out Carlton for wine and relaxation so the house was ideal. The bocce ball court was a nice touch! We played Jackbox on the TV and cooked a few delicious meals in the nicely appointed kitched. We will be back!

Beautiful Wine Country Stay
We reserved this beautiful home to enjoy a small Thanksgiving and we loved all the thoughtful details that made our stay so cozy. The three master bedrooms allowed for privacy and everything was luxurious hotel quality. The hosts thoughtfully left a bottle delicious Oregon wine and handmade soap that is made next door. The host was incredibly responsive and we enjoyed being footsteps away from downtown Carlton. We will definitely look to stay here again and explore more of wine country!

Get new little house in Carlton-walk to breakfast/coffee.
We enjoyed this brand new house with bocci court and gas fire-pit for outdoor life. 3 bedroom was perfect for 3 couples. Carlton has a few good restaurants ( one is next door and a little loud) and wine tasting outlets. Dundee, the center of Willamette wine is 20 minutes away. Great overall choice!

Beautifully remodeled property with 3 master suits was perfect for 3 couples. We each had our own king size beds with on suite full bathrooms. Modern farmhouse decorated with great accommodations and location is central to the valley with excellent local dining and drinking options. We will definitely be staying here again on our next wine tour.
