It's a unique property with a lot of charm. The staff is really nice even if not super proficient. This place has the potential to be such a gem but it's pretty run down.

Inaccurate Booking.com listing. Musty and damp. Staff is sparingly available at front desk. Meal situation wasn't clear.

Amazing place in a beautiful forest.

The place was gorgeous, breakfast was great and the staff was lovely.

Walls are really thin. It would have been nice to have water or a boiler available.

Very cute and quaint lodge! The people there are really helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

Nice and welcoming staff

it’s an old house that was renovating fast. The details are not well done for an hotel of that price. It’s unacceptable that breakfast started at 8:30 am.

We were totally disappointed with this stay and will not stay here again and will also tell others.

We were totally disappointed with this lodge.

Room was cold. There is a wood burning heater but with only one extra piece of wood, and no way to start the fire. There is a wall heater of some type like steam or hot water, but it was barely warm and did not heat the room. The ad said hardwood or parquet floors, but our room had old, dirty carpet. There was only one roll of toilet paper----how cheap can they get? And THAT toilet paper was the cheapest type available. There were loose screw heads sticking up out of wooden trim on the floor. But the worst thing was the extremely unreasonably high price for dinner. We had lomo (9000 Clp at DA hotels in Coyhaique) and Merluza (7000 Clp at DA hotels in Coyhaique) and they brought wine which we did NOT order, and I don't drink wine -- and for this dinner they charged 54,500 CLP. With no extra drinks or anything. We do not understand this extremely high pricing. And then we were served in the basement area, NOT the main dining area as though we are 3rd or 4th class citizens. And then the breakfast this morning was without choices. Just one small egg each person, and some flavored water instead of orange juice, and we had to request salt and pepper for the small egg. We paid cash and were NOT given a receipt, nor were we offered one.

Best place ever!!

Location is perfect to relax and enjoy nature Food is excellent ,employees make you feel at home and they are so kind !! Highly recommended

Quiet location, great food, comfortable rooms.

Front desk was not able to handle noise guests after 11pm. A lot of bugs in the room flying all night.
