L'originalité et le dépaysement. Le cadre en pleine nature surtout au levé le matin, magnifique. Le confort est conforme à la description

I love the room and the bathroom is spacious. The food is really good and the staff are very kind and accommodating.

The garden in the back with different plants, vegetables and even a fish pond.
It makes you feel in touch with nature.
The place is hard to find - not enough signage. The road is not paved and one way.

Clean, spacious, the owner welcome is warmly
Need to have own car, a little bit far from the town

Good location, friendly people and nice place to stay.

Location: 9/10
We didn't have a car, but we rented a motorbike. Going to town center with a scooter is about 20 minutes, and if have to be confident driving in narrow and bumpy roads. There's a jeepney going to the town center but it is hourly, and sometimes it doesn't come at all. But, we wanted a location that has a great view and quiet - and this had both. The mountain view is breathtaking right outside your room if your room is at the back. There is a convenience store open until night time about 5 minutes away by drive.
Staff: 10/10
The owner arranged for us to be picked up via jeep from the bus drop-off. The staff also helped call a guide to go to the BnB to arrange our tours. When we got sick at the last day because of exhaustion, we got room service for ordering food. They usually serve the food downstairs in the dining hall, which is also the lobby. They also got a van to drive us back to town when we were about to leave, because there was no public jeep.
Food: 8/10
Most of the food was delicious, but some were hit and miss. I recommend ordering the sisig, beef broccolli, fish, pinakbet and their coffee. The sandwiches were filled with too much sauce, so I don't recommend ordering it. The food can be a bit salty though, but we didn't taste the saltiness while the food was hot. Overall, the food was great and would recommend having breakfast here before you leave for the day.
Room: 9/10
The beds and pillows were comfortable. Clean towels were also provided. There is one fan in the room, which is about to break, but it still worked. The water pressure is low, but we still got a hot and comfortable shower. The bathroom is a good size as well. The room was very clean and well maintained.
Both Globe and Smart's data connection here are really slow. You can only access the internet at the lobby or at the upstairs balcony. The internet is not fast either, so don't expect to be connected to the internet. It's not really a downside because we wanted a quiet vacation, but not good when you have emergencies or trying to contact a scooter rental. Calls and texts go through fine.
They close the door to the lobby at night so we couldn't get water when we needed a refill when we got sick. Unfortunately, we ran out of water at this point. Hope there's a bit of water available for guests especially at night when it's an emergency.

clean space, adequate parking right in front of the property, bathrooms were really nice, the bedrooms were roomy and it was nice to sit out on the porch and just enjoy the view
it was a few minutes away from town but we had a personal vehicle so it wasn’t a big deal and there are jeeps, a shuttle can also be arranged with the property

Location is very close to nature.. the climate is really nice. The host and staff are very accommodating. Big room, big bathroom, fresh food.
going to the location has some rough and narrow winding road.

The view , facilities and the approachable staffs.
The road going to the location of the home stay.

The hospitality and food. Delicious food. The caretaker Ms.Lugai is super helpful. She cooked me awesome meals, treated me to some great mountain tea with fresh mountain honey and introduced me to an awesome guide. It was a perfect personalized touch. The location is awesome. Away from the touristy places in a quiet corner of Sagada. Best place to unwind. Those who want digital detox they can have that, those who intend to stay connected, there is a weak signal for WA messages to go through. The resort have decent wifi though.
Only from a safety perspective, someone should be present or contactable on premises always. Since the staff leave for the night, an emergency contact number or means to contact someone local should be provided. Guests are new to the area and won't have orientation to resolve emergencies if needed

Great location, behind a rough road thoug that is under repair, great breakfast with fresh lake fish and the owner is preparing to be the first in Sagada to offer real espresso made of their own Arabica coffee beans, with a pinch of imported Robusta for an enriched body. Can't wait when it's available!
That we had to leave...

clean and friendly
location view great hard to find down unmade road

great room! super spacious and if youre very particular with the bathroom, you'll be satisfied with what they have here.
Staff aee really kind too.
The location is a 15 min ride out of central town. So if you dont have a car, it'll be a challenge. The place has a contact from the tourism office so they can assist you with getting tour packages.
Also, it maybe far from town, but the view?? Unmatched.

very welcoming owner and staff, very comfortable bed. It’s a new property and very clean. They also have a good meal selection. The surroundings are green and peaceful

Located in small mountain village away from town. Great views. Opportunity to experience local life. We witnessed a local wedding open to the whole village. Worshipped at beautiful St. Matthew's church with its friendly, welcoming congregation.
Meals are great. Many ingredients come straight from the inn's garden.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
It is 4 km from Sagada down a one lane road (paved). We had our own car which worked fine. Might be a challenge for a backpacker.
But distance is a plus if you want a quiet, unspoiled local experience.
4.5
the rooms and bathrooms are nice, spacious and clean
location...it's difficult to get in and out of the location because of the road is ridiculously narrow not to mention quite rough roads

Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms

It clean and spacious, the hosts were hospitable and accommodating. Food was great!
it was too far from town making it hard to commute. Best if you have a car.

You must try their Orange Chicken, it was absolutely delicious.

The food, how it cook , made it healthier and serve with presentation
The location and the price is not worthy...or slightly pricy

The place is a little north of central Sagada, but it's okay because they were one of the few accomodations that offered parking. The place is quiet and had a great mountain view whenever it wasn't foggy. The food was great and the staff were really nice too! We'd love to come back again.
The wifi was patchy, and we didn't have good data signal in the room either. That's expected though, since Sagada is very rural. Would also be nice if they had heaters in the room or in the tiles. We went in December, so everything was so cold. Thankfully they have hot showers!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and with an amazing view. Perfect if you want to be near the falls and have a peaceful place to stay, but not a great location if you want to be near town (which most of the tourist attractions are).
It's far away from town and was told by reception when we first arrived that there were no restaurants near by, only by the town and that their cook was out. The roads to the accommodation are also not that safe as it's a one lane road, with a "Danger! Sinking Area" bit to the accommodation, and not the best to drive at night. Also, the booking states free WiFi but when we asked for it for the first night and they said they'd come back with the WiFi password, it never came. Once we did have it, it doesn't reach our room, you have to be by the common areas to get a good signal.

Location, our guide said bnb is higher than Marlboro hills. Cloudy and cold mornings. Also there's free parking and the staff members are nice
Weak water pressure, insects

Staff and the owner are really nice and very accommodating. I also love that they're friendly with their guest. The place is exceptionally clean and with beautiful interior. Rooms and bathroom are big and Clean. Also, the view from the balcony is exceptional. Food is also masarap. Ate Elize cooks really good food for us. Thanks! ☺️
It's a bit far from the Sagada center.

The service, the food and the people are wonderful! Clive and his family, his Mom Ms. Nellie are super nice will go an extra mile to help/assist us. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. I will definitely go back. Also, our room is super clean. You will not regret coming to this place!😄❤️

B&B owners are lovely and warm people. Staff, namely Eliza is a true asset to the B&B. Her cooking (& baking) skills are fantastic, and happy to make a meal impromptu for guests. We had actually decided to stay in for our meals instead of opting for the number of restaurants in the local area - because of her cooking! The best thing - they grow their own veg and use this in the meals. Dining area and a communal area (ping pong table etc) on the ground floor.
This B&B is set a way from the Sagada town centre, and found down a long and windy narrow dirt road. Place is not recommended if you do not have your own method of transporting yourself around. No taxis and more or less all all establishments close at 9PM.
There is a large wraparound balcony on the 1st floor. The view to the pine trees/ partial view of mountains (in distance) and stars at night is pretty awesome. Sagada nights do get chilly. Bring a fleece or jacket.
The room itself was clean and although no kettle is provided you may request for a flask. Speaking of which - try their coffee. Sagada coffee. Packs a strong punch
Firm mattresses in room 1
No TV
Rmb your room key. Door locks once shut.
Some may find the distance to the town centre a problem ... if you have your own car you shouldn’t have a problem

Mom Nelia was so warm and accommodating. I will definitely come back and recommend the place with my other friends.
