The breakfast was OKAY They only offer waffles & fruit _ The location is the only thing I liked ^

The towels were dirty_ They kept my deposit _ They are a rip off and bad management

Fair for work travel. I'm always ready to leave as fast as I check in.

Location is close to hospital. I don't think they offer continental breakfast because I never see anything prepared only hot coffee. It's okay, the hot coffee will do. The staff are very pleasant with great mannerism. I don't feel harassed or threatened by them.

You all need new comforters because they look a bit dingy & the rooms sometimes have a musty odor to them. I wasn't told about the WIFI if it's available to guest. That would help as I conduct a lot of business on-line. But overall okay.

lights above bed didn’t work. Bathroom had mold. Ceiling texture bubbling and about to fall in bathroom from leak up stairs.

I did like the location and the staff was ok friendly

I did not like the fact that the sheets were holes in them the microwave was filthy the bathroom floor was filthy the price was too much for this room i was from out of town and I had nowhere else to stay but i will never stay here again . Check out time was at 11 they knocked on the door at 10 to see if i was staying

The rooms were modern with modern furnishings, however the level of cleanliness brings the whole rating down.

We booked Room 127 There were obvious spills/marks on the floor from previous guests, the floor was not mopped prior to us checking in. All towels provided had significant marks/stains on them Bathroom walls needed a clean Bench and cupboards need cleaning Marks on the sheets

only thing was acceptable was the housekeeping staff

evidence of mold in bathroom ceiling, baseboards coming apart, ac was not working properly, no one checked light bulbs or electrical lighting, floor was not swept or mopped
