The house was as expected and in a great location
Hot water did not last very long

I like code entries. so easy
the stove top is an induction style and kept erroring out because the pot is not meant for induction

Very nice Tiny-House. Loveley details inside. Absolute unique character.
The only negative thing I want to adress is that the beds dont provide comfort. This is because a slatted frame is missing.
4.0
Location, Parking area cleared of snow daily, cozy and warm. Clean kitchen and bathroom areas.
Need a snow shovel left for the porch and walk way or clear it when the parking area was done. Needs a mat or extra towel for wet shoes inside. Floor around mattress could use some extra attention to detail, hair and skin flakes and bug remnants on floor around mattress area.

it was a perfect place to explore from! Excellent views as well!
nothing.

No breakfast; no problem.
The sleeping arrangements are despicable for 66 and 59 year old clients. More details for the older group essential.
4.0
Great location for Leadville. Clean and nice amenities.
Some noise from nearby residents but only the normal comings and goings.
4.0
Nice and cosy, good location
Slightly uncomfortable seating to watch TV, possibly could so with cushions or back rest.
3.5
The property was cute on the inside. The tiny house was clean except for the coffee maker which didn't have a pot.We asked for more towels and a second fan -- they were delivered to us quickly. The property was very close to main street Leadville.
The AC dripped almost constantly. The bathroom door was stuck. Several outlets were dead. The steps to the loft were difficult to maneuver. The RV park was somewhat unattractive. One of the stove burners stopped working. The facet in the bathroom was insecure. The towels were not the greatest.
3.0
Location, ease of entry, and instant communications and responsiveness of management.
No place to hang clothes or place baggage. Since it is a small space, use of pegs to hang backpacks, jackets, and towels would be beneficial. Also, a full length mirror would be nice to have.
4.0
Ease of check in cleanliness of prpoerty
Couch bed very uncomfortable. Only 2 towels for 3 people

Location
Unfriendly staff Picnic table painted during our stay. No wet paint signs posted. Not dusted Ion high areas that can be seen from loft. Had to call for towels room was not stocked

Great, close location to all the stores and amenities of downtown Leadville. Quaint and kitschy tiny house. Fun to stay in for a couple of nights
It was all fine.
4.5
Cute, comfortable and walking distance to everything.
there were no towels, dishcloths or hot pads in the kitchen.

Tiny houses are for tiny people! It was very difficult for a couple of aging Boomers (we're both 70) to use the loft for sleeping. There's no handrail for the steps up (basically a ladder.) My 6'3" husband got big bruises on his chest and arm from hoisting himself over the top of the ladder. I had a hurt foot and didn't even try. I slept on the futon in the main room.
4.5
Location. Cleanliness.
It was hot the first day. All other tiny homes had AC. Mine did not. It just uncomfortable in the afternoon.
3.5
Very cute, clean and well equipped little house.
Not great for tall people, as the ceilings over loft beds are really low. You cannot close the bathroom door while the ladder to the loft is in place. The outside areas could use improvement, the picnic table is very old. It’s on the rather scrappy edge of town so our first impression was “yikes”. A bit overpriced considering the area.

I loved the idea of having our own place unattached. It had fully equipped kitchen and dishes available as well. Lots of cubbies to put your belongings. We were family of three so there was plenty of room. We were very close to everything Including restaurants, store and gas station.
Things I was not big on were low ceiling on master bed area. The other bed area was right above bathroom so ladder had to be moved around every time. It could have been little cleaner but the place was not dirty by any mean. I thought $60 for cleaning fee was little extensive tagged along with the price of the room for one night.

Clean, adorable, fit two adults and two kids with room to share, great location.

We really like the location and having a space without neighbors above or below.
A water seeping up through floor boards in kitchen and bathroom from some type of leak.

You should allow photos to be attached. Slanted rungs in ladder —very dangerous, as was the throw mat that slid out from underfoot. Bright fluorescent puck lights throughout created a miserable lack of ambiance, no wash clothes, food debris in freezer that stopped working, drained, and soaked all our food, no nightstand.
Cobbled together construstion with cheapest possible components. I had to secure a sheetmetal on the outside with duct tape to keep a loose panel from constantly banging against the home in 20 mph wind gusts.
One thin blanket, with temps in the 30s at night.
Torn upholstery. Rock hard mattress.
Nice staff, but I tired quickly of asking for remedies.

Original and clean
No air conditioning, surroundings look like a slum

Was a cute little house. Good for our small family. Would stay here again
The beds are really firm thats about it.

Small and quaint = fun with friends.
For young kiddos these are not great places. By young I mean any child who MAY roll out of bed since the (twin)-sized loft bed did NOT have any railing on it. Further, the "couch" that pulled out into a bed was not adequately supported and left us fearful it would collapse under our teenaged-child.
4.5
It was perfect for the two of us, enough space and really well set out. The kitchen was particularly great.

I like the designs, I stayed in 5-6 different styles over the last month. Its important to me to have a kitchen and these are great for a weekend home away from home.
If I have a complaint it would only be the bed situation. I’m a large man in my late 40’s and climbing a ladder is one thing in the evening but I would really struggle in the morning. I did find Jesse and the main level bedroom was great.

The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook dinner.
The internet was slow at times.

I loved the ambiance. It felt cozy. I always wanted to know what it was like staying in a tiny home.
It was dirty. The fridge and utensils were dirty. The toilet shut off because it was running, so I had to use a pot to fill the toilet to flush it. 😳 The fireplace didn't work, the heater didn't work. They had portable heaters in there, but I actually was looking forward to the fireplace. The location is right by a bar and a man and woman got into a screaming match at 1 in the morning.
3.0
location easy to get in to
bedspreads dirty- dust present everywhere
