This condo is gorgeous! It is updated with new appliances, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is huge and has an amazing view. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. It is centrally located to several restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach paradise!

This was our annual 8-girls trip, all retired friends for over 40 years. This condo was as advertised, very roomy for all of us. The balcony was the most used space for us, loved watching the sunset every night. Good location to shops, and restaurants.

Great views, amazing condo. The only complaint is the tight parking at the condo but there is overflow across the street. Owner is prompt to respond with any questions and the rental has all that you need for cooking and some beach items also. The patio was the best part...AMAZING!

Condo was absolutely beautiful, view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and some. Close to all the restaurants and attractions. Very clean. I seen in reviews before our arrival people complain about parking but we came from 2 different states in 3 cars and the parking was not a problem at all. We will be back. Space for all family, convenient to all restaurants, stores needed. The parking was a struggle at first but we were able to overcome the struggle. The elevator was trying to keep up with all the guests but it was a downer for all of the families trying to go up and down to the beach and pool.
The condo was prepared with all the things you would need to set up the family vacation. I suggest this condo for all the fun you can have in Panama City Beach. Pool was perfect for the kids, the beach workers were amazing keeping it all together,

The unit was nice - good location - great views - parking not so good even if you have a space but not units fault but the designers of the property.
We are seniors and do not enjoy stepping over bathtubs to use the showers . Suggest next time you remodel put in 3 walkins and one bath/shower combination.
Back bedrooms were congested. Suggest going with Queen/Queen bunk beds and that way you satisfy all age groups. Also, need better window light blockage in the back bedrooms. Ended up hanging up blankets to block light from outside hallway.
Little things need fixin but not out of the ordinary for units for rent. Long time renters notice these little things. Suggest once a month walk through to check TVs, lights, Bathroom fans, Shower faucets, Stove top functioning, smoke detectors, furniture, pots and pans etc etc.
Enjoyed our stay but unit is geared more to families with short stays.

Marc was very helpful to solve the parking issue for 3 cars and parking was not a problem at all.

The one of the two elevators was broken and it was very common to have to wait 30-40 minutes to be able to use the one elevator. This condo was what I expected but the complex was very disappointing!!

Was very pleased with the condo/location,all were excellent. Only problem is the parking inside the condo. It was very tight, ended up parking in the overflow parking lot, because we were in a van and was very stressful trying to park it due to the tight spaces. Owners of the condo went above and beyond, so still give it 5 stars.

March Family Vacation
This condo was great, had a great setup with a central common area and then bedrooms on each side. Porch was our favorite part, when raining we could still enjoy the ocean. Great for families with kids. Not many places with the bunk beds set up as they were. Well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property
Property is super nice. However as others have stated parking is an absolute nightmare. Check in process was great however there is only one place to park and unload with a short time limit. We were unable to use this space as the same car stayed permanently parked in it for our entire visit. Balcony is gorgeous as well as bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and condo was very clean. Pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and being next to the trash shoot was an added convenience. Overall great stay and wonderful condo. Would stay here again next summer.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The owner was outstanding. Very responsive and timely with all instructions, answers, and communication overall. The condo is very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The balcony is extremely large and very nicely furnished for gatherings and fellowship- best ever!
The parking is a nightmare. I find it hard to fathom that the parking was designed as it is and even more unbelievable that it was approved by the city! (Note: the owner is as accommodating and helpful as possible with the parking situation.)
The beach war. Renters were not allowed to put up tents anywhere in front of the rental chair/umbrella area (which is almost the entire width of the beach waterfront). Hence, ‘tenters’ we’re regulated to set up on top of and behind each other on a strip of sand 25’ wide by 35’ long between two properties. Renters with their own chairs and umbrellas were often told to move so that property owners’ chairs/umbrellas could have a particular location on the water. The rental chair/umbrella agent for the property to our immediate west was constantly angered (livid) by non residents/guests straying onto that property. They went so far as to string out chairs as a barricade. The rental chairs/umbrellas were never more than 10% full. for either property. This tent and beach access limitation needs to be mentioned in the property description. (Note. I haven’t had an opportunity to relay this last information to the owner. Based on my communication with them I believe they will address this situation in a positive manner to the greatest extent possible within their rights as owners.)

Short Weekend Stay
This was a wonderful place with fantastic accommodations. The inside was wonderfully decorated. Great views of the beach and the balcony was incredible. The only drawback was the very tight parking deck and parking spot. Otherwise, a great spot. Would go back again.

Perfect place
This place was perfect for our party of 12... 2 couples and 8 kids ranging from ages 3-14. The balcony is even bigger than the pictures do it justice... we enjoyed sitting out on it day and night. The beds and linens were comfy and the 4 full baths worked out great. Loved the beach decor vibe, but modern, not tacky. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans. The washer and dyer were used nonstop for all the towels and our clothes... which was great. Loved the easy, convenient trash chute access just outside the front door too. The beach is beautiful... clean, soft, white sand and crystal clear water. Lots of hermit crabs, ghost crabs, and jellyfish. Easy walk out to the beach. Pool is big and clean and perfect temp... shaded pool area was nice too... all shallow though... our kids wishes there was a deep end. There seemed to be enough lounge chairs and umbrellas majority of the time, too. Hot tub was hot and bubbly, nothing fancy, but suffice. Parking situation was tight, but manageable with our minivans. Elevators took a little bit of time, but not a deal breaker at all. Lots of shops and restaurants and activities within walking distance and short drives. It was definitely louder/more activity outside during the weekend than it was during the week. Our beach area was way less crowded than even a half mile to the East on the beach where it was sooooo crowded, I assume from the larger resorts/hotels/condos. The owner was great with communication leading up to the trip. Overall, great place and experience. No issues. We would definitely recommend. We brought our own laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, paper plates, plastic utensils, and toilet paper... all of which was needed and used.

Great location, awesome sand and beach, great deck. Condo itself needed some updates. Living space fairly small .Several light bulbs not working, refrigerator light didn't work. No parking space for our vehicles. Had to pay for public parking for 2 of the vehicles every day. Overall had a great time, weather was great and time went by too fast.

Ladies Week
The location and layout of the condo is amazing! We had 8 women staying together in this condo and we all had plenty of "me" space between the huge condo and balcony - both with AMAZING view! The dishwasher was out of commission for the first day but management let us know they had part on the way and offered to buy us disposable supplies until we could use the repaired dishwasher. I only gave the cleanliness a 3 star because the baseboards were in need of a deep clean - everything else was spotless (note: I am a little OCD)

Awesome Location & Awesome Balcony!
A family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Marc & Krista's condo. We had plenty of space to move around and having four bathrooms was a plus. The balcony is HUGE and amazing! The beach space is perfect for kids. Soft flat sand and clear waters. It felt like we were in the Caribbean. We will for sure go back. The only downfall is the parking situation, but it was well worth it!
