The townhouse unit is an intercostal waterfront townhome that features 3 balconies. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and one man cave (one bedroom with a King bed, the other bedroom with a 2 full beds, and man cave with 2 full bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms. The unit has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided. The townhome features a heated pool overlooking the tennis courts and a large sundeck with lounge chairs, tables, and hot tub.
