Superb

The room is very comfortable and the terrace is nice. Friendly front desk staff and helpful. Love the location on Republic Square.

No top sheet only the comforter.

The hotel is in great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Aside from being attracted by Belgrade itself, we feel lucky that we stayed in this hotel.

Nice on the outside but needs some fixes

Excellent location, wonderful staff, good breakfast (but could be later on weekends. 10:30 is early for those on a break who want to rest).

Room was stuffy and hot. This is the main reason I would not return as we were uncomfortable almost the whole time. Not possible to control the temperature from the room. No explanation in the info binder. Called several times and I think they tried to change it from the desk, but the temperature just went back up again, so had a poor sleep both nights. Mini fridge did not work. Shower head broken. Main parts of the room clean but needs a deep clean around the edges.

Superb location, very helpful front desk team, lovely room. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous location in the heart of the Old town right next to the Republic Square/National Museum so all sights of the town are either North, South, West or East from the hotel which makes planning a day out super easy. All major sights in the town are walking distance which was great and easy. Our room (top floor with balcony) was lovely. Stylish, clean, well maintained and with a lovely view of the square. The team helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations - all of which were excellent. Do be aware however that Serbian people smoke in restaurants (hard to believe nowadays) so do make sure you specify restaurants with non-smoking areas only. The breakfast is OK - mostly a meat/cheese selection but with a small amount of cereal/fruit for western tastes. But you certainly won't go hungry with freshly baked mini croissants every morning. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations - this is an excellent choice in every respect.

Location couldn't be better, just on the federation square, but still quite because of good insulation. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and inviting , always happy to help. Breakfast was very nice. Very good value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

The location in wonderful, just in the city centre and walking distance (up to 20 minutes) from the main sightseeings. Very good personal, who could answer all your questions and recommend nice (and even non-smoking!) restaurants. Our arrival was very early, but the hotel give us an option of early check-in in the other room for extra money, which was a crucial for us, as we were after night flight with a small kid. The breakfast is also very good quality and pretty various (for 3-days staying).
