Even worse.

Location was good. Outside of centrum and i like it because not any noise.

We'll first of all. They have really bad bed Bugs problem. I was almost choked when staff doesn't believe me even I show pictures. I was disappointed that i have to fight for new room really late evening. They said this is first time when something like this happens. I read old feedbacks here and I've seen there comments of these bug's also. I was already ready go to another hotel. In last they give me new room even they first telling they don't have any. So that take my trust away. New room was without bugs but little bit dirty. Hotel's hallway carpets looking bad like every where. Elevator doesn't working to first floor where reception was. Last really badly thing was breakfast. Hotel pictures they showed how good is it. I was so disappointed what they just offered. Never before seen this bad. It was quite expensive what u only getting for that money to this breakfast. If i would know this I would rather go to a cafe place to eat. I don't recommend this and i don't come here anymore.

Das nicht alles neu ist bei 3 Sterne ist ok.Aber einiges fehlte einschließlich Sauberkeit im Zimmer.

Das Bad war bis auf leichten Schimmel Befall in den Ecken in der Duschkabine picobello. Schranke waren im Sichtbereich abgewischt. Ein Extrahandtuch wurde mir gebraucht. Das Farbkonzept war ok.

Die Gardine war kaputt. Minibar gefüllt oder Pflegeprodukte gab es nicht . Laut Website sollte das sein. Es gab flüssige Handseife und Dusch/Bodygel. Schränke waren oben und am Griff kaputt. Die Ecken und der Boden war nicht richtig geputzt, gesaugt . Die Nachtischlampen über den Betten haben nicht funktioniert . Ein Fernseher war vorhanden aber auf Nachfrage und ein Sorry hieß das das Haus hat Probleme mit der Technik. Daher kein Fernsehen.

This hotel is underrated! I really enjoyed my stay in!

The staff of the hotel is truly kind and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, quiet and the bed was really comfy and clean The shower was fantastic, and the hotel is in front of the U-bahn U5 and there is also the Tram service so you can reach every corner of Berlin very easily.

Mixed Experience with Noise and Room Assignment, but Resolved in the Morning.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The outside noise kept me from sleeping, and the night receptionist couldn't assist until morning. However, the morning receptionist was kind and promptly assigned me a quieter room. Once settled, I finally enjoyed a peaceful rest. While there were initial inconveniences, the morning staff's helpfulness made a positive impact on my stay.

A really freezing and bad experience

It was nice that the hotel has a private parking and that you can do check in all the night.

It was really difficult to find this hotel, it took us 45 minutes to find this hotel using Google maps. It was unfortunate that we had to pay for parking at the hotel as when we initially called to book, no one had warned us that parking was chargeable. However, the worst thing ever was to find the windows open in the room in February with the radiators off. We immediately went to report it to the reception who told us to wait and that it would be hotter later. Unfortunately the radiators never turned on and it was super cold all night resulting in some of us getting sick. Terrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone. I sincerely hope they fix the radiators. Another flaw was finding only a small blanket in the wardrobe and no other pillows or other blankets. Obviously after a certain time the reception was closed and it was impossible to find them for more information even if the day after they told us that it was enough to call a telephone number Too bad that not being German we did not know how to read the sign in German and therefore it was impossible to understand it, therefore the place is not suitable for foreigners.And to top it off the pillows were really terrible, I recommend changing them all.

My stay

Location is nice. Public transport is not far away from the hotel. Bed was okay, nothing special. It wasn't too loud like someone said in their comments. There is a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and stores around. Cinema theater is inside of the building and some night club. There is a coffee shop right under hotel. ATM is 60 meters from the hotel.

No TV in the room even I have reserve room with TV. Bathroom was too small, barely place to turn around. Furniture is old. Curtains were dirty but everything else was clean. It was little cold in the room. Hotel is too far away from city center. You need about 45-50 minutes with subway to come there. If you wanna see Olympic stadium (other side of the city) it's about 1 hour 20 minutes away from the hotel.

Fair stay

It was a big and clean room!

It is located right next to a shopping Center where over the weekends there is loud music that you can hear in the room. Reception is only open until 6pm and they do not inform you so if arriving later you will need to call to get someone. During our stay neither elevators and the TV were working

Bad experience...never again

The room was big, the bathroom as well was big and clean

The hotel offers a 6 € daily ticket for the parking, i booked a room for 3 nights but i used the parking for only 2 nights, so i wanted to buy parking tickets for 2 days, but the lady at reception said that in order to use this offer (6€) i have to buy parking tickets for all my stay regardless how long i used the parking, she was not nice, and she called the owner or the manager (mr Amin), when i asked him if he speaks arabic, he answered: fortunatly no (zum Glück nein), i asked him why (fortunatly)? He answered that because arabs like to make problems, at this moment i felt some sort of racism. He insists that i have to buy parking tickets for all the 3 nights even if i used the parking just 2 nights, or to pay parking nach tarif, so i had to buy 3 tickets for 3 days ... so briefly it was a bad experience with sort of racism

A modern hotel on the outskirts of Berlin

Nice room, well-equipped bathroom, big supermarket next door, direct metro line from main station, left bed soft

Confused introduction - the entrance to the hotel is unobtrusively marked, the lady at the reception couldn't find the reservation, but she did find it, and she was very surprised that there were two of us staying in a double room, the right bed was stretched out, it will soon be destroyed

Good hotel, at a reasonable price.

Very good hotel, in a nice location and very close to a tram stop. The room was a very good size and there are options to get drinks and have breakfast. There are also a good few food choices nearby.

The location is far out from the centre of berlin.
