Perfect apartment for family stay!

Afrodite was there to hand over the keys once we arrived. She was so welcoming and great a lot of great recommendations / answered all our questions.

The property is on top of a hill so it's hard to walk up with luggage.

Beautiful apartments BUT do not make the same mistake we did

If you book properly, Oikies has the potential to be one of your favorite stays while on Paros. Aphrodite is soooo nice and welcoming. She met us with the keys and explained everything about the island and what we could do. We all got food poisoning and she was very concerned and checked on us. The apartment is spacious, clean, lots of amenities, great AC, and close to town (lots of hills to walk around in Paros though, be prepared). They left snacks in the fridge for us. The beach is a 6 minute walk away and its a beautiful sand beach with blue water.

The BIG issue for us is that we researched this property for weeks prior to booking, and we had NO idea that we weren't going to receive an apartment with a pool. We specifically booked Oikies for the balcony and pool. Had we known, we would definitely have booked a different place, especially for the price, because it is very expensive to have a ground floor apartment without the balcony and pool. It claims to have a terrace but its just an hot outdoor area overlooking an empty lot without any shade. On the website it claims the apartments have private pools, and all the photos on Booking.com show pools with the apartments. When choosing a room, I believe the ground floor apartment was our only option, but we didn't see anywhere where it said we did not have a pool. I want to stress that this place is beautiful and the people are wonderful, but if you're looking for a pool you must book an upstairs apartment.

The villa was amazing! So clean and had everything we needed, it was a very comfortable stay and the hostess was extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed, she made everything better, would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting paros!

Great experience- we loved Paros

Our host was very friendly and helpful. She gave us many suggestions on what to see and do and was able to arrange transportation to and from the Port. Overall we had an amazing stay and the place was cool, roomy and felt like home.

The property was spacious, very clean and tidy. The pool was called for after a day exploring Paros and was quite refreshing from the heat of the island. Afrodite was the best host, telling us all about the Island and where the must see places were along with food spots. I could not recommend her and the property enough I would definitely come back.

Beautifully furnished property.

it was so beautifully furnished and decorated, to the very last detail. Only a short walk to Naoussa (10 mins). The two staff we met couldn’t do enough to help. They were so lovely. They even left us a welcome pack with yoghurts, water, bread and milk. Plus we could park right my outside.

Excellent apartment with plunge pool with the lovely Aphrodite on hand to answer any questions.

Aphrodite kindly answered our questions before and on arrival and gave recommendations. The accommodation is spot on, clean and spacious with the added bonus of a plunge pool. We received a warm welcome and fridge stocked with essentials for our stay.

Nothing. The apartment was on top of a hill, but that just enabled us to walk off dinner on the stroll home but might not suit everyone.

Beautiful property with private pool on balcony.

Very nicely appointed. Great host. Great property with nice views and good location (town center is easily reached on foot and there are super markets nearby).

Although the AC units were new, they didn’t seem to do much. A few ceiling fans would have been better. Noisy juvenile neighbors (bad luck on our part with timing, haha).

Great spot in a quiet area of Naoussa

Really nice place and great host. Loved the design in the rooms, bathrooms and the terrace. Having a small pool was a saviour in Paros. Useful to have a parking space as well. Afrodite was very friendly and helpful.

Not reflecting on the host or property but our immediate neighbours was a young family with toddlers who kept jumping in their pool and splashing us. That sort of dampened our experience but this was a one off I think and not the hosts' fault.

Beautiful aesthetics but very small

New design and very modern.

Liked the design aesthetic aspect of this property but it’s was smaller and less practical than I had realised. Kitchen & living combined so a little bit cramped. Outdoor area also cramped and for four people not enough seating space to relax in. The pool was elevated so we weren’t able to lounge by the pool. When using the pool we could see right into the adjoining property’s courtyard so we felt like there was a lack of privacy for both of us. Also our pool was full of bugs when we arrived which wasn’t a great look! And when wet the steps leading to the pool are very slippery, so much so that the kids slipped and then I slipped and broke my toe! I also didn’t realise that there was no reception office as such so this place is more like an Airbnb set up. The location of the villa was just a wee but away from it all. We felt like we were a bit on the outskirts and away from the action.
