Breakfast was great, served from 9am until 11am: fresh orange juice, bred with butter, marmelade and honey, croisssant, fruits plate, coffee or tea. The breakfast place is at a one minute walk from our appartment/villa, sea view right at Ornos beach. We were at Villa Rosa, we were 5: 2 adults and 3 children: when you enter a small living room, followed by an all equiped kitchen with dining table, a small room which is private laundry, on the first floor a large bedroom with a very large bed with storage, a balcony with sea and pool view, a bathroom with a walk-in shower with wc. On the second floor another large bedroom with storage wiht a smaller bathroom with wc.

Everything was perfect-from the warm welcome at the airport to the amazing personal service from Kali our hostess. The rooms/villa was spotless and well equipped.We loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Ornos is a very familiar and friendly beach. The restaurant in front of the accommodation is the best one. The villa and all staff is amazing! We highly recommend this accommodation for families (specially with kids).

The second room could be bigger, but I was not a problem for our family.

Villas were a lovely Mykonos style, with attractive pool and a very short walk to the beach, Kostantis restaurant and beach club atmosphere. Ornos beach was a lovely spot, we felt at home there and repeatedly enjoyed meals at the Kostantis restaurant including our daily breakfasts with omelettes as you like it. Friendly, polite attentive staff. Maid service was excellent, with thorough cleaning daily. We were sorry that it was so windy on our last night that an empty wine bottle on out outdoor table blew over and smashed in the middle of the night. We were sorry to leave that for the service staff. But thankyou for a wonderful stay.

The first thing we have been impressed with it was a cleanliness in our apartment. Totally spotless! And the housekeeping kept it everyday on high standards really. Fresh, soft towels and perfectly made beds. Also the stuff were really friendly and happy to help although the communication in the first place wasn’t great they’ve easily fixed that impression. The apartment was really comfortable and quiet with big terrace and all equipment needed. Even the machine machine was there- huge thing when you are travelling with a toddler who produces loads of dirty clothes.

Well. First of all really poor communication with the hotel. Only get one message from them after booking and then when we tried to text them no replies at all. Even though email. The phone number wasn’t working, I were looking for the another one on their website and concat the restaurant only. Really annoying as we had so many questions regarding our stay as we have been there with our child. The location was just horrible. Whilst choosing this apartment we been sure it’s gonna be near to the restaurant, swimming pool and the beach as promised in the hotel description but unfortunately the two bedroom apartment wasn’t located like that. And please be aware of that when you are choosing this place for your stay in Mykonos. It was placed up to the hill with terrible surroundings without any proper pathway to reach the restaurant and the beach. It was a huge struggle for us to coming down everyday with the stroller to get there. Really dangerous to pass it with a baby when you are not careful enough. One person couldn’t walk through the path with the baby and the buggy I’m afraid. We have been really unhappy with the lack of explanation on the booking where the 2bedroom apartment is located actually. Such a big disappointment. We have been offer a different room next to the restaurant but not in the same standard so we have refused it. Another thing is the view form the balcony. On the present photos you couldn’t see the disgusting metal garage/shed next to the apartment as it was actually there. Lots of bush and rubbish around the villa. Nobody cares about it. Nobody cleaned. The view wasn’t that good as promised. We have been hoping for the nice relax on the terrace and see the sea but again quite disappointing thing for that price we have paid. Breakfast. Oh lord. Nobody even told us what’s gonna be for the breakfast.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, interior, hosts, space - everything was perfect! We traveled as a family with three kids. The swimming pool and easy access to the beach were ideal for the kids

The working people are very kind people. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and cozy.

The location of the apartment is very bad!!! It is located on a hill with surrounding area full of wastes, garbages, wild grass, you don't feel at all you are in a nice area! it is very sad surrounding area!!! 5mins walk throug all these area, a small road, a short beach, then can arrive at the hotel restaurant. It is very bad experience to go to this apartment. The beach beds have to charge extra, and they are crowded. We have kid, and it is not good for kid to play, too small and crowded. In general, we are very disappointed with this apartment, it is super expensive, but the experience is very sad. We will never recommend to others.

AMAZING! With a location on the best family beach in Mykonos, the Villas provided the BEST OPTION for our family of 5. Villas are located just behind the Kostantis beachfront restaurant with comfy beach chairs, drink service and great food all right on the water. Breakfast at the restaurant was included...nice to wake each day to the breakfast at the beach! The owners were THE BEST!!!! They made us feel like best friends and helped me arrange a family BBQ at our Villa since I was there on USA 4th of July. They provided all I needed (angus ground beef and top quality accompaniments) then told me it was "on the house!!!" Really! Unbelievable kindness from the wonderful hosts. Concierge Andrea, was available to arrange whatever we needed in the way of reservations or rentals during the stay. 5 Star Service. You cannot go wrong with this Family run Villa & Beach Front Restaurant combo.
