Location, interior like new, brilliant shower. Entrance just past lift to beach. Flat Big and comfortable. Large sun deck . Safe.very private
Cold shower on last day.
Entrance a bit awkward due to restaurant next door.
Tip. Advice on restaurant, amenities, things to do would be an added advantage.

Location very close to old town & beach
Modern and well appointed

Beautiful kitchen, patio, bathroom. Near beach, restaurants, shopping, 1/2 mile to marina. Walking area with quaint shops just up the road.
Upper cabinets in kitchen need step stool for short people (my wife). No view from unit. No paper towels, bath soap, coffee set up, or laundry soap.

Location was fantastic! Close to the beach, a short walk to old town. Has a fully functional kitchen, well equipped. Roof top is neat used it everyday. I would definitely stay here again! Property management were very attentive and responds quickly to any concerns or questions you may have.
Property had a safe but was not useable because previous tenants lost the key. Safe for me is important I don’t like carrying everything around like passports and cash. Also owner has a restaurant down below which has amazing fresh food. The only problem was getting in and out of the apartment everyday. Table and chairs in front of our door. We felt bad getting everyone to move so we can squeeze through. Overall it wasn’t so bad just a little inconvenience.

Great size, great space, clean, bright and only a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. in the old part of town and quiet! Also a great large sun terrace with loungers, tables and chairs, this is where the sea view is…
Safe box not working!

The apartment is roomy and excellent for a family. it has a really well equipped kitchen and a great roof top terrace. it was decorated nicely for a holiday stay and well presented. in particular, it is in a wonderful location for guests without a hire car. The staff responded promptly to any of our issues and were so pleasant in doing so. I would recommend the apartment to anyone.
The plumbing needs some work but it is to be expected in an old building. The bathroom was nice.

the location was perfect. steps away from markets, restaurants and the beach
not very many additional items provided. minimal dish soap, no extra garbage bags, the entrance to the house is on the patio of a restaurant so
entering was sometimes both inconvenient for patrons of the restaurant and ourselves

beautiful place ina super location.
I didn’t know from the advertisement on booking.com that there was a whole process I had to follow just to get the address or keys to the apartment. this wasn’t emphasized on booking.com so I assumed that the rental was a hotel type. never the less all worked out and our stay was super.
5.0
Great location, although there were two different addresses associated with the reservations and the taxi driver actually dropped us off a few blocks away because he was confused with the address. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL, very contemporary, clean and well appointed with a few exceptions that had more to do with the host and housekeeping. Check in was very easy.
The host was seemed to only want me to call them with concerns, which I prefer not to do. It was booked through Booking.com as was most of our 7 weeks and 4 cities in Portugal. Everyone else communicated well through their messaging system which I use as documentation with any concerns or problems. We spent over $1300 for a 9 night stay, and although that is a pretty good price point we should have had the FUNDAMENTAL BASICS OF TOILET PAPER AND AT LEAST ONE VISIT FROM HOUSEKEEPING. I told the host that we only had 3 rolls (half or quarter size of normal toilet paper) and had to go out and buy our own after a couple of days and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen. I also wondered when we would see a change of linens. I was told due to the drought, they were only changing linens and towels once a week, but after 9 nights we still never saw anyone. He said NOTHING about the lack of paper products or apologized. I get the water thing, but I ended up washing our towels, cleaning the bathroom and sweeping the floors because no one ever came or did anything. I don’t go on vacation only to do my own cleaning and the water situation has nothing to do with a visit for a quick clean up or bringing us some toilet paper! There was also the issue of having to squeeze around a 12” space in front of the bed without banging up your shins on the sharp corners of the bed frame, no blanket but for a thin $3 twin sized throw for two people AND being expected to climb up a very steep cobblestone street 300 meters to take the trash out ourselves. The family upstairs was also very noisy with stomping feet of children and moving furniture until late at night. Although there were many nice things about the apartment, I would not stay there again because of the management.

Nice location, great views, very central, comfortable with good air conditioning. Great cafe below the apartment with really great food.
Terrible plumbing - toilet flusher broken, water tap that doesn't stay on, shower with almost no hot water. Front door lock is very difficult to use and almost always obstructed by cafe customers.
For the price we paid (300 a night) I expected more.
I didn't expect to have to walk 300m to empty a bin, didn't leave any spare bin bags, no detergent for the washing machine and no soap or shower gel.

nice apartment just a few minutes away from the beach
A bottle of water as welcome gift would be nice and also a shampoo or shower gel for this price level

Very nice and clean apartment. Nice roof terrace. Very good location.

Very clean and comfortable in a great location just above owners cafe. Super location away from the noise but only a stroll away to centre, beach and marina. Loved the sea view roof terrace too. Cafe is fab too…. great coffee…. if we’d known it was the owners we’d probably have given them more patronage.
You may have issues in getting parked within 50 meters of property during busy periods. Access is a bit inconvenient as entrance is gained via the al fresco seating area outside the cafe and you’ll need to get used to the tricky door locking mechanism. Wi-Fi passcode needs updating on the email photos sent out by the property manager. Its very minor issues tho as everything else is fab.

Great location, very tidy apartment.
At 10am each day, the downstairs café put a table in front of the door so it was a bit awkward asking people to move so you could get in and out, especially because the key was a bit tricky to operate so it seemed you were deliberately taking too long.

One of the best apartments we have stayed. Only 5 mins walk into old town. Loved the nearby Sugar Rabbit cafe for healthy breakfast and lunches. Apartment has everything you need. There was even a first Aid kit on hand.
Be careful with street parking and try not to park in front of neighbor houses. They mark their preferred spots with water bottles ( we didn’t realize at first). We had serious damage to our rental car after the first night which we believe was inflicted. Better to park in the nearby through street.

The agency sent us instructions for the wrong apartment, which was NOT ready at our time of arrival. The second day we could finally sleep at the apartment we reserved and it was excellent.
To receive instructions for the wrong aparment.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the rooftop! It is very well located, very close to the center of Albufeira where all the restaurants and bars are but far enough that it is very quiet. The street was cute and small and although the parking was on the streets, we didn’t have an issue finding a spot. Highly recommend!
Wi-fi wasn’t very strong (for remotely working purposes).

Everything! Our hosts, Alexandre and Julia were outstanding! They even let us borrow their adorable dog Freddie for a whole entire day! We lost our dog in April and miss her horribly and we met Freddie and fell in love! They are a wonderful family that make you feel so cared for and make sure you have the best time!
Nothing! Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. Everything was brand new, clean and safe to use.

A beautiful flat, extremely clean and very comfortable. Location was excellent and only a short walk to the centre of town and even closer to the beach. More than enough restaurants close by.
My one small moan would be how it’s advertised as having a sea view, you have but only from the rooftop, definitely not a reason not to book this accommodation again.

Good location, good value for money.
The apartment is clean, has a larger bedroom that faces the small street, here you hear sometimes some people walking and talking but that isnt disturbing at all.
The small bedroom faces the inner courtyard, we didnt use this, we didnt hear noise from there.
Kitchen is good equipped.
Bathroom small, but clean and enough.
There is a living room inbetween, spacious and good to keep your stuff.
Roof deck is good to have, some benches and table with chairs, we had breakfast there which was nice.
would book again here.
There was nothing that we did not like.
