Awesome, open and spacious modern pool home with large indoor and outdoor living areas. Marsh Landing is a gated community with a large central pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a fitness center. It is conveniently located close to Coconut Point Mall where you can find all kinds of shopping, numerous restaurants and a movie theater. Being centrally located near hwy 41, you are 20-30 minutes away from many beautiful beaches such as Bonita, Barefoot, Lovers or Ft Myers. An 8 min drive south will bring you to Naples.
The house features 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 6 and comes complete with all new furnishings. The master has a king size bed and a sitting area with a modern leather futon. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 extra long twins. The dining room has a table that seats 8 and the kitchen has 2 barstools at the counter and a counter height table with 4 chairs. The living room contains a grey leather fully electronic sofa, love seat and chair that allow you to recline and relax in total comfort. There is a 70 inch smart tv in the living room, a 55 inch smart tv in the master bedroom and a smart tv in the guest bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer plus a small drying rack, small ironing board and iron,
The backyard boasts a fully covered lanai, a swimming pool, hot tub, bbq, an outdoor table for eating with 6 chairs, and a lounging area with a sofa, chair and coffee table. There are also 2 anti gravity chairs, 2 pool noodles and 2 suntanning floats. The backyard is facing south so the pool gets sun most of the day. For the days when you want to head to the beach there are 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a large beach mat, 2 beach bags, 2 coolers and a full face snorkel. Wifi included, netflix and google home. Really, what are you waiting for?? All you need to bring are your sandals !!!!
